    The receptionist is too cool and not friendly at all compare to other hotel I stay during my trip. There is no line up behind but she does not tell us anything except the parking charges. I look around the hotel lobby and get the info about the falls myself. Fortunately, I get a good deal at hotel.com otherwise if I will not choose this hotel if I pay high price and get a cool services like this. Anyway, the view at Oakes is very nice and the room is big, this is only thing I will choose to stay again. The smell of the room is no good though it is a non-smoking hotel. The carpet are pretty old.

    Hotel in downtown which can walk for minutes to several popular place, such gastown, China town, yaletown...etc and the skytrain station is just opposite to the hotel. The front desk staff is helpful to solve my problems. Yet, there is no free parking for the hotel guest who rents a car. And the safe inside the room was out of order. Moreover, it would be nice if there is Chinese TV programme in the hotel room.
