From the moment we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful. We arrived early and were lucky to get into our room which was great after a long journey. Upgraded room we were given was very nice. Location was perfect to walk into Whistler Village. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again when we go back .
"LOST LAKE LODGE"

People complain about the location - check the map ? People complain about no reception staff - check your booking confirmation ? People complain about the cost of car parking - dont bring a car or get over it. Its Whistler. You stay at the Lost Lake to be away from the noise and hub-bub of the village, to see the trees, and to be surrounded by the great Canadian outdoors. Well, kind of. The shuttle bus stops outside the door, or its a 10 minute walk into the village - downhill. The studios and condos here do exactly what they say on the tin - a walk in, self catering, clean place to stay. We'll be back for sure.

A warm welcome from Friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Good size room, a little worn around the edges, but clean linens etc. Excellent location for Village access. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. A good selection, juices, cereals, breads, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, pastries, fruit and Tea or Coffee. Free wifi access throughout the hotel. A Good value for money 3 Star Hotel.

This hotel was in a great place right in the centre of town within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We had a studio room which had a double bed downstairs and two singles in a loft room above. There was also a lkttle kitchen area. Only downside was even though we stayed for 2 nights there was no maid service even though the information in the room said that there should be for that duration of stay. Parking was available inan underground car park but was a bit pricey.
"Great service and lovely spacious room"

Room had kitchen which was brilliant to be able to cook for ourselves and save ourselves from the crazily pricy local restaurants. We've stayed in whistler before in a room without a kitchen and it made a huge difference this time. The staff here were so helpful and very patient with our multitude of requests / questions. Parking is expensive ($23 a night) but there's a street not too far away where you can park for free. Hotel is at the top of a steep hill which is pleasant enough to walk down into the village, but a bit of a climb getting back. There's a regular shuttle bus that stops right outside the hotel though so don't let this put you off if you're looking for a clean, well managed hotel in a quieter pocket of bustling whistler. Buffet breakfast is good too. We would stay here again.
"Better than expected"

We weren't expecting it to be a self-catering style room, so were pleased with how big it was & what we got for our money. Only downside was nit having it serviced daily. We were told though that we could if it needed it. Whistler itself was buzzing. Wouldn't suit everyone, as loud & busy but our teenage kids lived it & we enjoyed the feel of the place. Everyone is friendly & helpful.

The suite had everything you would need for an extended stay, no air con but the room we had was shaded by trees so was cool enough. Wifi was not great and dropped out a lot. Would stay here again if in whistler.

Hotel was easy to find driving into Whistler from Vancouver. Check in was painless and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Looking for the bedroom we soon realised there wasn't one and the bed pulled down from the wall. There was a full kitchen, a good sized bathroom and decent TV. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. The only downside was the 18cad per day for parking in an underground car park. Restaurants, shops & bars all within walking distance. Can recommend "3 Below" restaurant, close to the hotel.
