Hotel was clean but room extremely small. I had a 6:40 am flight and the worse is that there was no hot water. I reported it but no one ever came. It was a nice room with brand new everything. Very clean and comfortable. It was difficult to adjust the heat above 70 but the system was new and the staff was nice and professional about trying to fix it. Good stay, def go there.

Horrible stay. Customer service at front desk was a joke. Modern lobby facelift does not hide the subpar customer service and smoke stained old rooms. Would not recommend. For future trips will pay the higher rate charges and stay across the street at the Hyatt.

OVERPRICED... certainly paying for location mainly. my bathroom was small and i mean small and every other thing i touch had an extra charge attached to it. the 16oz water bottle in the room had a $5 tag to it. C'mon Man. internet for a day was an additional $12.C'mon Man. the parking ramp is not attached to the building, so u will have to use stairs […] to head down, if u park on higher floors and walk across the street to the hotel.C'mon Man. for the price i should not be freezing to get my things into the hotel and also i shouldn't have to worry about slipping going down the ridiculous stairs with my luggage in the parking ramp.... if u going to stay here pack light and keep ur pocket loaded.. The hotel was quite nice. We learned that it was partially closing right after we left for renovations. I have certainly stayed in places that were much more in need of renovation than this hotel was so I expect that it will be great when the renovations are completed.

We were looking forward to a fun stay with our 7 year old grandson and his friend. However, upon check in when I asked directions to the swiimming pool (I made sure to look online before making reservations to make sure they had a pool) we were told that the pool was closed due to renovations that had been ongoing for the past month and a half. I do enjoy staying at the Millennium Hotel because of the location and the parking fee's are included in the package deal, unlike other hotels. I could tell my room this time was recently remodeled, unlike the room I stayed in a couple of months ago(which was in a bit of disrepair). The staff at the front desk are always helpful and very courteous, […] and I decided to order the breakfast my last morning there, which is kind of expensive once you tack on taxes, gratuity, and a service charge, but I felt was worth it getting a good size breakfast delivered to my room(on time of which I specified) after just waking up in the morning. There are many Great restaurants to eat at within two blocks down the street, and my favorite club, 19 Bar, is only two blocks away. The room was very spacious. However, controlling the temperature of the room was a pain. If the room got too hot you had to turn the fan speed down to reduce the amount of hot air blowing into the room or turn the fan off completely and hope the room retained a comfortable temperature while you are sleeping (which it did not and I woke up to a chilly […] room). It did not seem like the temperature of the room could be controlled by a thermostat which suggests that the HVAC system is outdated. In addition, I had early start times due to work and on one morning no one was in the booth for the parking garage and the gate to exit the garage was down. I started blowing the horn but still no one appeared. I tried lifting the gate manually but that didn't work either. I then began to move a cone that was blocking another lane for incoming traffic in order to try to get out when finally the attendant arrived to open the gate. I choose the Millennium due to its proximity to a theater and a few restaurants. My Wife and I stayed 1 night for her 30th birthday. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The lobby betrays the rest of the hotel though. It is modern and clean. The rooms are a bit run down in comparison. As harsh as I've made it sound, I would stay here again. The price is right, the location is right and for 1 night its fine. the location wasn't walking distance in the winter from downtown, but it was a really cheap cab and $200 less than Graves or the other downtown hotels.

Seems like this property is undergoing some incremental renovations. Quite a contrast between the modern lobby and the rooms which have a mix of modern and dated furnishings and finishes. We like staying at the Millenium because it is in the middle of the cities. The last time we were there we got free parking and breakfast; this time there was a charge, so that is one reason we dropped their overall rating down to 3

bad location, not close to anything, mattresses like cement, coffee maker did not work, stagnant air, hot temperature in room & could not change, water in shower took forever to get hot, paid too much money for what I got for my $P

The staff was very helpful and made sure I knew what charges were happening and why. Check in was a breeze. Room was slightly under par in comparison to comparable hotels, but we weren't in the room much. Overall, it was nice.

Had a great stay! Close to all downtown, room was a little small but clean. Drinks are a little spendy at the bar and service took a little longer than most places. The beds were nice good for getting a good nights sleep.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. We were still close to the clubs and night life we wanted to attend, even though we needed to cab it the clubs and back. But the cab ride wasn't too expensive. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It's located on the edge of downtown, but still within walking distance of many things in the downtown Minneapolis area. The room was a bit small, but still fairly comfortable. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. However I didn't like paying $12 just to park and if you are pulling a trailer of any kind, there is no room in the parking garage. Also paying $10 for internet and $5 for a bottle of water in your room. That was a turn off for me. I won't be back.

The location of the hotel made for easy access to stores, restaurants and public transportation. Staff went out of their way to assist.
