The transportation to this motel is very convenient by just using the courtesy phone in the LAX airport when we arrived. The motel itself is nice and decent and worth its price. I was afraid that the noise of airplanes would be disturbing. Happily it was not. The continental breakfast and the restaurant are not bad either.

Visited Shelter in May 2010, the rooms are big and clean, in a reasonable price. The room is simple in a stylish way, quite comfortable. King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

Located in high class beautiful Beverly Hill area. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hill residential area. Very convenient and quiet. A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

Don't be fooled by the brand "Sheraton"--it's not. But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

The hotel is GREAT ! From the lobby, the front desk, all the way to the room, everything is more than fine. Me and my wife are very impressed and we hope would have stayed longer -- we got there at 11:30PM and stayed for only one night. Gotta come to stay if we hit the city again.

As always the Holiday Inn gave me the best service possible. I have never had a bad stay at one. I know this area well. I used to live down the street years ago. Close to many fine places to eat, great shopping and only minutes from the airport. Staff was absolutely wonderful! My daughter in Law wanted to take the bed home with her it was so comfy!

"Great neighborhood"
We came in a day early for the Rose Bowl and were impressed with how accomodating they were on very short notice. The service was excellent, the room nice and it was a perfect location to experience old town Burbank by day and night. Connected very well to Pasadena also.

I requested a room with a view but got a room overlooking the heating/ac units. Additionally, I was adjacent to the hotel dumpsters so I heard every time the trash was collected (which started around 6 a.m. The two gentlemen at the front desk were rude. "Typical good Holiday Inn experience"
The hotel was in good condition and the location is fantastic as far as Burbank goes. I wish that Holiday Inn used bigger pillow though.

Quite pricey for what you get
"Holiday Inn Burbank - Great Stay"
After staying in a terrible Holiday Inn in WIlliams, AZ on a cross-country trip, I was a little worried that I'd booked another Holiday Inn in LA. But the front desk staff (Tomas, in particular) was warm and welcoming, and the hotel was classy and convenient. Advertised free parking, but as we had a car top carrier, we couldn't fit in their parkade. Were told we would have to pay $30 per night to park on loading dock area. "Convenient location"
The Holiday Inn Burbank is a perfect lodging point when driving south to LA (e.g., from the SF Bay Area). Close to downtown if necessary, but far enough away if not. The two tower layout is a plus, with great views of the surroundings. The staff is pretty good overall, a few are quite friendly and helpful.

"Great Hotel with Great Deals"
My family and I were greeted right away and with a smile!! The people at the fornt desk were very helpful and polite. The service was good and very clean. The best part is that check out is at 12 and not at 11 like in most hotels.The special price (prepaid) was great deal for this hotel!! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this Holiday Inn.

I have request for a non smoking room and when i get in at the front desk, the stupid manger give me a smoking room for me but i am not a smoker and i have ask again for the non smoking room only but he keep say no no non-smoking room and i have discuss with this matter for 3 hrs. still don't get the room yet. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Burbank and was very happy with the Hotel. The employees were friendly, the room was clean and the glass elevators had a fantastic view of the city, especially at night.
