Great hotel in a convenient location. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our experience overall was good. The front desk lady was friendly and gave us a balcony when we asked for one. The rooms are nice and has a court yard with a pool. The only negative feature I didn't like was you had to use valet parking. The parking is 38.00 a night which I felt was too high.

We traveled to New Orleans as a family of eight including adult children and three grandchildren ages 2, 4, and 5. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The staff treated us royally, the rooms were comfortable and we were all placed together in the same area. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the breakfasts were great. We had the same waiter every morning and […] he was so good with the kids. He directed us to a secluded courtyard behind the pool which had a turtle pond. Our little girls loved it and even had to say good-bye to the turtles before we left. The walk to Jackson square is a bit tiring for little legs but adults and older kids will find it easy. The hotel staff greeted us with a local map and was very friendly. Hotel was very nice, had a valet and door person that got us a taxi within minutes. No in room refrigerator, which would have been nice. Pool area small relaxing. Close to all we wanted. Walking distance to most things and took a tour for things further away.

Location, Location, Location... Best location. But no parking - I used the Casino (it's free if you play 30 minutes per 24hrs) I actually won so it was free parking and I took home some extra bucks ;) , it's about a 5 minute walk away but huge self parking garage.. Hotel is well run but it's old which is expected since it's an old historical building.. […] Breakfast was ok nice atmosphere looking at the courtyard but the waitress forgot our bill at the end which was strange.. Breakfast around the corner at Bombay Club on Conti st is much better.. Not enough power outlets in the room.. Overall good choice/price for that area.. Take the 1pm bus tour then go to the 7pm steamboat tour and take the second dinner option 7:45PM because you can listen to the tour while it's still daylight then eat just when it gets dark.. Hotel was very clean. Everyday it was immaculate. Close to Bourbon St. Only 1 block away. Safe location. Staff was very friendly. They have 24 hour armed security. Would highly recommend if staying in the French Quarter.

Had to wait til exact check-in time after calling at time of booking & requesting early check-in. Staff was great except for housekeeping & second shift front desk person. He was a little rude but better as his shift came to end. Valet was fantastic. Easy access to all French Quarter sites.

Asked for a non-smoking room. They said that it was booked through Expedia as a standard room, which is not a non-smoking room and there are no more non-smoking rooms. Asked the concierge about Preservation Hall, they told me wrong information. Good thing we went there early and checked ourselves. We enjoyed our stay. The experience was par with any other Holiday Inn, but the price and location of this gem of a hotel made our expectations a bit higher, unfortunately they were not met. The rooms were clean, and beds very comfortable. The staff experience was not as positive, even thou we had little interaction with them except to set up taxi service […] and check in and out. Customer service with a smile was not their forte. Even thou I would stay here again, simply because the location is outstanding, but for a few more bucks could have stayed at the Royal Sonesta, which is in a whole different class. We did book a little late (30 days prior), which contributed to the 500$/night rate, but even in a big city that cost comes with expectation for more than what the CHATEAU LEMOYNE can deliver. Wonderful hotel and staff , very friendly and inviting. Probably the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was chilly , so we didn't use the pool . Enjoyed the hotel. Great location in the quarter and convenient to the CBD as well. Only drawback were the worst pillows ever. Pure torture. Couldn't use them.

Loved the Hotel, but the pillows are only the small sqaure ones ,so bring your own, and the lighting in the hallway is very low. Otherwise I would stay here again.

Great location in the French Quarter. The hotel is one block from Bourbon, so you have nice amenities, but are a little removed from the city noise. It is also convenient to be on the inside of the French Quarter from Canal for when parades are rolling during Mardi Gras.

The was very helpful. At first the tv did not work however they sent someone immediately and discovered the pay per view was out for the entire hotel. the engineer gave us free drink tickets for our inconvenience. This hotel is well located and very nice. I will return.

I did not really spent that much time in my room because I was out for mardi gras. The bath tub was stuck on our last morning. The hotel is in a good location. Its just seem a little old . Elevator was making weird noises too. Internet and cable was great !

This hotel is in a great location if you want a hotel that is close to Bourbon St. It is an older hotel but it is kept very clean. There is a small but nice pool. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Bourbon St.

The hotel location was excellent, just one block of Bourbon St. The hotel was better than the pictures. Very pleased and would go back in a minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location for a three night stay. Easy to get anywhere in French Quarter. Great staff. Quiet compared to Bourbon Street. Only drawbacks - pillows are not too comfy and bathroom is a bit dated and small. Overall, enjoyed the stay - travelling with friends in multiple rooms.

Took a trip with my friend for NYE. We stayed here 2 nights. I visit New Orleans pretty often and have stayed at many hotels. This one is at the bottom of my list. Definately not a fancy hotel. Very dated. The room was pretty small, yet fairly clean. There's barely any elbow room in the bathroom & the handle on the toilet was broken. Beds were comfortable, […] although the square pillows were kind of awkward to sleep on. Service was very nice and helpful. Only thing is at checkout time when I called the front desk for luggage cart, no one answered. There's a valet service that's pretty pricy, but dependable. Not sure how close the nearest parking lot is. Overall, great location because its 1 block from bourbon, but I prob wouldn't stay there again, ESP for the price we payed. Читати далі

The location of this hotel made the medicrity of the room tolerable. The bed felt (and sounded) like it had a plastic mattress cover on it and it was lumpy. The coffee maker didn't work and the cleanliness of the room was a bit suspect. They still use those creepy old school bedspreads that the better hotels have discarded in favor of washable ones […] . The hotel is a bit dated, bathrooms are small, and the AC needed to cool a little better....HOWEVER, overall the place was good. The service was excellent: valet and the people at the desk. I could see my vehicle was safe the entire time, because it was in a fenced in area. We were pleased that the hotel was able to offer an early check in (at 8am). The room we received was large and even had a balcony. Nice touch for a New Orleans hotel. Our room did face the front of the hotel, so on a weekend expect to hear some noise, but overall it was a great experience.

Great staff. Very professional, nice and friendly personnel. Bad thing: they do not put fabric softener to towels when they are washed and although they are clean they feel like sand paper on skin.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, just steps from Bourbon Street. The staff was very pleasant and this is my second year staying there during Christmas. Will be going back next year.
