The transportation to this motel is very convenient by just using the courtesy phone in the LAX airport when we arrived. The motel itself is nice and decent and worth its price. I was afraid that the noise of airplanes would be disturbing. Happily it was not. The continental breakfast and the restaurant are not bad either.

Visited Shelter in May 2010, the rooms are big and clean, in a reasonable price. The room is simple in a stylish way, quite comfortable. King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

Located in high class beautiful Beverly Hill area. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hill residential area. Very convenient and quiet. A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

Don't be fooled by the brand "Sheraton"--it's not. But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

The hotel is GREAT ! From the lobby, the front desk, all the way to the room, everything is more than fine. Me and my wife are very impressed and we hope would have stayed longer -- we got there at 11:30PM and stayed for only one night. Gotta come to stay if we hit the city again.

From all the reviews we had read, it lived up to expectations. The staff was very amenable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient, but simple. but for the price, you can' ask for more. Only downside, free wifi is not compatible with all tablets and e-readers. The Comfort Inn offers very good value for money and exceeded all expectations. Well recommended for a short stay.

"Pretty Good and Decent Price for LA"
I stayed at the Comfort Inn-Eagle Rock for three nights. The location is pretty good, right near Pasadena. Most of LA is easily accessible from this location. The hotel is an older property, but well maintained. Front desk was staffed by a nice, competent clerk. Got the exact room type we reserved. Parking was ample, but i think every space was used […] up each night. Rooms were comfortable and pretty spacious. I had a king bed room. Bed was good, furnishings were pretty standard. Wi Fi was reall strong. Breakfast was pretty basic, but life sustaining. Overall, this hotel is pretty good and a really good value for this area. "Very nice."
The hotel was just about everything I normally want or need in a hotel with amenities for traveling such as a mini-fridge, microwave, and ironing board. I didn't try out the breakfast, so can't speak for that. The only drawback was the nightlight in the vanity area. It was way too bright, and reflected off the wardrobe and vanity mirrors to make it […] worse. I had to cover it up because I couldn't remove it. I understand the desire to provide a little safety light in a strange place, but this was way too much--especially for anyone who needs it dark to sleep (like me). Our non smoking room smelled like it had recently had a life as a smoking room. We moved rooms and this was true in both rooms.

After reading all the great reviews I was expecting a little bit nicer of a place. It was good don't get me wrong, but I didn't love it. The towels were very thin and there were only two. "Comfort Inn at Eagle Rock"
The motel was very clean and well lite which was nice as the surrounding area was a little sketchy. My room was clean and in good repair. The motel's location is very close to the 210 but the highway noise was not a problem. Overall I would recommend this motel for travelers in the Pasadena/Los Angles area

I booked this hotel the last minute. for the money it was good. The breakfast was much better than I had expected. for this kind of money I think it is the best you can find. "Comfortable to be Inn &"
Great motel. Price was unbeatable for the location and the room/service. Arrived late at night but the clerk was cheerful and helpful. Asked if I needed wifi access code before I even brought it up. Day staff was just as helpful. Would stay again for sure next time I need a room in Pasadena - or even Glendale or Burbank...
