The transportation to this motel is very convenient by just using the courtesy phone in the LAX airport when we arrived. The motel itself is nice and decent and worth its price. I was afraid that the noise of airplanes would be disturbing. Happily it was not. The continental breakfast and the restaurant are not bad either.

Visited Shelter in May 2010, the rooms are big and clean, in a reasonable price. The room is simple in a stylish way, quite comfortable. King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

Located in high class beautiful Beverly Hill area. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hill residential area. Very convenient and quiet. A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

Don't be fooled by the brand "Sheraton"--it's not. But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

The hotel is GREAT ! From the lobby, the front desk, all the way to the room, everything is more than fine. Me and my wife are very impressed and we hope would have stayed longer -- we got there at 11:30PM and stayed for only one night. Gotta come to stay if we hit the city again.

Simply known as “The Valley,” this sprawling area includes the suburbs of Encino, Northridge, and Van Nuys. But Burbank is the key attraction, as several movie and TV studios are based here. Universal Studios’ theme park combines tourism with the local craft. Griffith Park provides much needed green in a city known for its smog. Nearby, the Burbank airport is an alternative to LAX.

"Needs some help"
Checked in and went to the room, with entire family in tow, only to find out that the clerk had given us the wrong room. Had to lug family back to the front desk to get the right room. Made it to the correct room passing by the garbage that was stacked up all around the trash cans (it was still there the next morning). The non-smoking floor smelled […] horrible of cigarette smoke and animal urine with visible stains from pet accidents. Steer clear of this place. A night in the rental car would have been better. "Comfortable and friendly. Not so clean."
Staff was nice. Bathroom and sink were not clean at all. Tub and shower curtain had mildew and mold. Toilet was leaking and not level with ground. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. A lot of dust. Not enough parking available. The surrounding area is not so safe, but felt safe leaving the car there because hotel staff has surveillance.
"Do not book your stay here!"
The room smelled toxic like a bug bomb, the comforters were both stained and smelled disgusting When asked for them to come smell the room no one came. Was not offered another room. The blinds were busted also. I would have rathered have stayed at one of the more divier hotels in the area.
