Everything was as expected with this hotel. The personnel were very responsive to our needs and wants. The AC in the room we were assigned did not work and we were moved to another room without any problems. it's a good hotel , with good breakfast , front desk people needs more effort on customer service.
Poorly maintained hotel. More housekeeping in public areas. More attention to details.

"Decent but not very clean"
I'm not usually one to complain about a thing here or there needing to be cleaned up or attended to. But this hotel was really pretty dingy. We were there on Texas/OU weekend and it was extremely loud in the hallways at night and I just knew I would have no chance getting help from the staff so we just suffered through it. Easy to access of one of the major Freeways. Condition of the hotel was not the greatest, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable.

"You Truly Get What You Pay For..."
It was ok, but it wasn't what we expected at all. The pictures made it look very appealing and beautiful to the eyes. Once we got settled we were ok with it, because we had paid for it. The greatest thing about this hotel was the breakfast it was GREAT. I must say that overall I would grade it a C+.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, room service was good. Right off the freeway, close to our training location.

Nothing special, but for the price, the hotel is fair. The positive point is the breakfast. The negative point, at least for tourists, is the localization with very poor options of entertainment
