The hotel is somewhat dated on the outside, but nice on the inside. It wasn't as close to the University as I was led to believe, but was fine for our purpose. The complimentary breakfast was very complete and tasty! We had a pet and had a room on the first floor with a door directly to the outside. We needed a hotel and I called hotels .com. I have never used any discount company before and we were pleased with the pricing.

The only problem we had was there was no water in the vending machines either on the top floor or second floor. Other than that the stay was very comfortable. Thanks,

Check in took like literally a minute. The room was spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep on the king size bed, even though we were probably just exhausted from the trip, but overall we slept well. There was coffee & tea always available in the lobby and there was also a coffee maker available in the room. The hot breakfast in the morning was […] ok. The muffin and bread was hard, the scramble eggs were made fr. those liquid eggs in a box, so it does not even taste like eggs, especially for someone like me who loves eggs. I loved the sausage and the make your own waffles station. My boyfriend loved the waffles that he went for seconds. We enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. Читати далі

Stay was enjoyable. Hotel is not new but was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good and sufficient choices.

The front desk personnel were very accomodating. BUT - our room was not clean - mildew on tub groat, broken counter top next to drafty window, frayed carpet, no "Do Not Disturb" sign, & a spider in the bathroom. I could go on, but this facility needs refurbishing and the housekeeping is obviously not supervised well. I have used the Comfort Inn in the past since they take pets and only charge a $10 fee (daily, if I remember correctly). It was really convenient - right off I-90. They gave us a first floor room with direct access outside which was again great with the dog. The hotel was very clean, but the floor smelled a little musty and the heat wasn't as warm as […] I would have liked. The breakfast is always great and was a good start to getting back on the road (we stopped in at the midway point of a long road trip). Shopping and food are about a 5 minute drive down the street. This is a great place to rest on a road trip, but maybe not ideal for a vacation... I would definitely stay there again. Читати далі

This is obviously an old facility that needs drastic renovation and maintenance. The individual service at check-in was excellent, but the room left alot to be desired. No toilet paper (brought by front desk), worn carpet, bathtub needs regrouting, drafty windows, cobwebs around corners under cabinets, and generally dusty.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk who were always wiling to help. The room was large and spacious and very clean.

Close to the transportation center, Carousel Mall, and downtown. they do offer a free breakfast, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it due to sleeping late, but there are several restaurants in the area.

Hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. No comfy chairs to sit in except for two chairs at a table. There was a free continental breakfast each morning. The hotel was difficult to get back to if traveling south on Thompson Rd, could not take a left because of the divided highway. Neighborhood was OK, it was in an industrial area and so there […] were not many restaurants close by to eat at other than McDonalds (in front of the hotel) and Friendly's about a 1/2 mile away. We have stayed in this particular hotel often for college visits. This time however we were in a room that needed some renovations. The bed was way too hard to be comfortable, the temperature was difficult to regulate, the pillows on the king bed were not good at all and the counter top in the bath is lifting off the base. It's behind the McDonalds, a bit hard to find around the Carrier Circle. Industrial area. Good basic hotel. Nice lobby. Clean room. Nice people. Basic breakfast buffet. Reasonable price.

Good value--hotel is a bit older but well maintained. Rooms are huge! Very friendly staff. We were pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very clean and the maids came in every day and did a good job. Also, the breakfast was great! A lot more then expected.

The room needed to be aired out, as the air was stale, and the bathroom towels were rather worn. Otherwise fine, clean (although not spotless), comfortable beds, friendly service and somehow convenient location. Would espect a litlle better for the price paid.

Even though it was located around abandon property, the price was right and the people were very nice. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the smell in the hallway and improved in the room. We stayed here on our way to Coopertown, NY. Save a lot of money than staying in Cooperstown and about an hour and half away.

Clean, Cheap, and free breakfest. Will stay at again when I return to Syracuese/

The hotel was very nice and clean, the surrounding was very nice too and convinient, the breakfast area was a little bit small but the waffles were delicious. The price was excellent. Very recomendable hotel to rest a night after a travel day.

The king-size bed had its mattress overhanging the box spring by over 6 inches, causing it to droop. Pillows were somewhat hard and lumpy.

Clean, convenient to downtown Syracuse and a pretty good hot/cold breakfast

The room is value for money , clean and neat. easily accessible from the major highway

Unremarkable hotel. The rooms are fairly clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is not bad. Good place to spend a few days, nothing amazing about it.

This Hotel was Filthy. My room had Dirty Sheets sitting on a chair. Also, dirty towels on floor in Bathroon. Would never reccomend . mentioned dirty room to front desk, and all they said was oh sorry we must have missed that. Dont' stay here, you would better off staying in your car and then using a hose to shower with. At least you know you don't have […] to deal with a dirty room and your A/C would work Читати далі
