Great hotel reservations were incorrect tried to make rt but had to put us in handicap rooms which were a bit inconvienent. No shelving or storage then... room keys didn't work when we returned from grad party & then had trouble getting keys re-keyed from front desk. Made us wait for security instead of just re-keying they insisted that the key gob was broken. It was so frustrating. I told them it blinked red several times. It was the key that didn't work they finally re-keyed it but insisted we wait for security to check the door & the new key but he didn't even wait for me when I got there. He just let my family in & left. It was frustrating. We had driven for hours. Went straight to a grad party. Then arrived back about midnight. We were exhausted. On top of it all my husband had just worked a 36 hour shift straight w/o sleeping. If we didn't have to deal with that drama the stay would have been perfect. гість Hotels.com, 10/06/2013
