It was very close to all and the rate was great . The beds were clean but the bathroom needed to be cleaned. There was a whole in the wall by the window, and all the ice machines where out of order. Just a few things would make a difference .

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and close to everything. There was no coffee in the morning. You had to buy it from a little store in the lobby.

Kissimmee is full of inexpensive, aging hotels similar to this and I've stayed at many of them. This is a decent choice, though certainly nothing fancy or particularly remarkable. For the location and the price it is worth it if you don't plan on hanging out in your room. We only stayed in this hotel one night. We had a pastry in a box that was infested with ants when we woke up. There were large holes in the wall near the baseboards. The A/C kinda worked. We found an empty bottle on the floor that wasn't ours. There was a shopping cart filled with trash on the floor which was kinda strange. I mentioned this when I checked […] out after listening to the man in front of me complain as he checked out. The staff really didn't seem to care. The room was crawling with bugs when we woke up in the middle of the night each night,, we had to throw away open snacks and food. The ad also said that they had continental breakfast with there wasnt. The only plus was the location which great and the free shuttles to Disney.

when we checked in the room the carpet was soaking wet all around one of the beds and had a moldy smell to it. We were able to change to the room next to it which was good until I woke up the next morning with a cockroach sleeping with us on our bed and the bathroom had dried ketchup all over the walls.

Been staying here for the past few years while visiting WDW. Great location. Facility is an older one and needs new carpet and furniture in the future. They no longer offer the very limited breakfast that they used to offer in the mornings. They have raised prices a bit and also seem to be offering less substantial discounts as compared to 12 or 24 […] months ago. As long as the place can be booked during sales for a low price I will continue to stay here. If the low rates are no longer offered, I will stay somewhere else for less. Читати далі

I know we are in Florida and its hard to avoid, but our first floor room had bugs. Roaches and little small ones. We were moved to the top floor and there were none. The advertised shuttle to Disney parks was a joke. There were two departure times, thats it. One at like 8 AM and another at around noon. And only one coming back at 10. It is not run by […] the hotel like the make it seem. It is another company that comes by and picks you up. They were half an hour late, also. Parking or taking a cab to the park costs money, too. You're really just better off staying in a Disney Hotel, its like 30 bucks more a night and the transportation isn't an issue. I'll bet they're a lot friendlier there, too. the staff was so nice and the room was clean.

Staff was very friendly but once in room it was old the beds squeaked when laying down.Towels and sheets holes in them. The air didn't work that great had to turn it down to sixty to even start to cool off room. But to top it off there where cockroaches climbing around sink and mirror in room. NASTY

Would recommend this one.

I saw this hotel reviews on other websites and thought I woul give it a go, how bad could it really be??? 2 words BED BUGS. My husband and I walked into the hotel and wanted to cry. After driving 19 hours from MI all we wanted to do was lay down and relax with our kids. The carpet was gross, the bathroom was gross, the beds were gross. We then went down for the free breakfast to learn that they don't offer it anymore and the owner just didn't take it off the website because it brings in more customers. I asked the front desk lady about the bed bugs and the lack of free breakfast an she said they haven't had a problem in a few weeks...WEEKS!!!! I initially thought this place was a good value after reading some of the reviews and I was over the fact that this was a motel, not a hotel. However, when I got there, my sheets on my bed looked as if they had already been slept in and the maid just made the bed behind someone else. Not to mention the towels looked a little grungy. On one occasion, […] we came in and found the door left open. I wouldnt leave any valuables in the room if you decide to stay. I itched constantly in that bed and just decided to not sleep in the covers. You get what you pay for. For modest amount, I got a room with two beds, bathroom, t.v.-but no comfort. Looking for an inexpensive overnight stay in the Orlando area? This is the place. Convenient is the operative word, everything else is on the verge of acceptability. This hotel is very close to many restaurants and Disney, but unless you are willing to sacrifice to save money, stay away from the Continental Plaza. When I arrived the bedding hadn't been changed or cleaned after the previous guests left. The bathroom light was dim, and the shower fixtures were rusted. The room smelled like chlorine from a pool. The […] bed was reasonably comfortable, and the AC unit was sufficient to cool the room. WiFi didn't work outside of the lobby, and people tend to congregate there to use their computer, fighting over AC plugs. Modern hotels have no excuse not to have WiFi available in the rooms, but this is a budget hotel, so you can't expect too much at this price. If you can afford it, look at some better, more reputable hotels nearby, you'll be thankful. I wouldn't spend more than one night here, and won't stay again. Читати далі

For the price we paid, it was just what we expected. We needed a place to sleep at night and it worked well for that. It is located fairly close to Disneyworld and on a street that has many eating places to the east and west of it. No Internet access in the rooms. No breakfast in the morning.

Good price to stay. Definately not 5 star, but close to a lot of attraction. We just stayed for one night, not bad for the price. bathroom needed more TLC.

Once you just get over that this is really a motel- nothing fabulous- then it's really a great deal. It's close to the Disney parks and I4 and cheap.

Chose this hotel as a more affordable option and because of how close it was to Disney. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. The housekeeping was a little eager to clean the rooms, had to shout at them a few times we did not want them to clean yet.

this hotel is located in the worse area and I have a room close to a dumpster I spoted few rouches not fun at all. Also they've charged me aditional $10.00 a day for a requested microwave an fidge. Rooms smelled terribel and no interned in room only in loby. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE !

For the price it's an excellent value. The beds could be nicer but there what you would expect. I would recommend it to a friend.

Hotel was a great deal for the Buck, All Staff were helpful and Pleasant.The Bldg Was a little old But Very Clean.

Pros: Clean room, fast check in and out, friendly staff, close to Disney, price Cons: Bathroom smelled and looked old, continental breakfast isn't great, no hot tub

The iron in one room did not work and the ironing board in another would not open. Would have been helpful to have iron not locked down to the ironing board in order to get a freshly pressed shirt. The 2 star rating is deserved.

Booked in March 2011 for 40 percent off. This older hotel is showing its age but it is decent for folks like us that spend most of the day in the parks. We have stayed several times over the past 2 years and really like the location as it is about 3 minutes away from Animal Kingdom.

The Breakfast!! Only bread with butter, Orange juice, cereal and coffe, is until 9:30am and no matter you're in line to eat, begin to pick up breakfast. Ha!! and only 8 small table to be sit. Well!! is free. The room, good condition and clean. Excellent 2 star hotel to go to rest and sleep and the next day for a walk.

1. The free breakfast is merely water down orange juice and bread and jam. Basically bread and water! Prisoner food is better! 2. Found shards of glass in the bathroom then in my foot! 3. Internet is only available in the lobby! Not in the rooms! 4. Pool was not heated as advertised! 5. Tried to sell me used Kids eat for free cards instead of new ones! […] This is rampant down there. So we booked this place based mainly on price and location to the Disney parks. Its literally a 5 minute drive to the animal kingdom. Anyhow we read some pretty bad reviews about this place so while we still booked it...we were pretty apprehensive. We get checked in and head to our room. We walk in and it looks good. Not too shabby. I read some reviews […] about the "dangers" of staying on the first floor. For us...the first floor was great. Not bugs no leaks no issues. Shuttle service to the parks worked exactly how they said. Free WiFi in the lobby. And a Chinese buffet right next door! Sure it's not the newest hotel around. And yes it could use some updating. The hotel has some tricky advertising. The "free" internet just works out in the lobby, they only have one free shuttle to disney parks, and they only drop you off at epcot. return shuttles is only 1 at 8.45pm!! Continental included breakfast is messy. The drawers in my room were full of dust, and the iron didn't work at all.

This hotel deserve one more star. The swimming pool is big and clean. It has a laundry facility. Breakfast is offered from 6:30 to 9:30and it is close to Animal Kingdom. Above all, the night price is reasonable low.
