Hotel Features.
Resembling a fashionable community more than a hotel, the New Otani complex – which was built in 1964 – spans two connected buildings. These buildings house a convenience store, a conference center, a computer station, complimentary wireless internet access, and business facilities. The hotel’s shopping plaza has more than 100 boutiques and the shops offer everything from formal-wear to flowers, and dental clinics to designer furnishings. The hotel includes an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool with pool umbrellas and a swim-up bar. Equipment provided at two on-site fitness centers accommodates most guests' aspirations toward toned physiques, and a full-service spa offers a complete menu of therapeutic and rejuvenating body treatments. A floor butler and laundry facilities are available. Dining options include La Tour D'Argent, the only restaurant of its kind outside the borders of France. Ristorante Bella Vista offers authentic Italian pasta and seafood, and Satsuki's chefs prepare healthy organic dishes 18 hours daily. On-site and nearby parking is available; charges and height restrictions may apply. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Guestrooms.
This hotel features 1,479 soundproofed guestrooms divided between two buildings. Guestrooms in the 17-floor main building offer more convenient access to Yotsuya station, while accommodations in the 40-tower building have views of the city, Japanese garden and provide better access to Akasaka-mitsuke. All rooms have complimentary wireless Internet; desks; phones; flat-panel televisions in high definition with digital service; pay-per-view movies; and OnCommand Video. The private bathroom features a shower/deep-soaking tub combination with a handheld showerhead. Select accommodations include refrigerators, coffeemakers, televisions in the bathrooms, VCRs and minibars.
