horrible BEDS checked out early , noisy, bathtub didn't drain.

The recent upgrades to this hotel made for a pleasant visit. My only complaint may remain within the fact that the ECCO LAB deterrent, used to negate cigarette odors on the third floor, gives-off an weird smell. I travel quite often and this hotel was by far the worst! I would never reccomend this to anyone! Maintainance took days to fix out broken door lock (which was broken from the moment we walked in). The cleaning people did not change the sheets, vaccum or clean anything. They just replaced towels. When I complained I was told I could go down to the lobby […] to get sheets to change myself!!! For some reason, when you take a shower, the water collect on the curtain which extends outside of the shower area (there's not tub), and the water just collects and runs to the kitchen if you take a long one! Bad hotel. It was robbed the night we were there

Just the place to stay...perfect!

The staff however was patient and nice enough. But the hotel overall was uncomfortable, a dirty towel left in the kitchen area, loud from the freeway on first level, minimal towels pretty sad that I had to leave my room to bring dirty towels to the front desk while the clerk handed a green laundry basket to put them in. What ever happened to guest services? […] Also why not give a courtesy call to verify if checking out rather than having front desk knock on your door and ask if your checking out , you could be butt naked and running late and a call would plenty to get you moving a little faster? Really who does that? Unless housekeeping is ready to clean the room that should be the only knock on the door. One last thing would it be to much to ask to put a trash can in the lobby so you don't have to go outside while you wait for your transportation? Never again!! Читати далі

It was smelly, visually dirty and I mean GRIMMY dirty. There was also someone else's hair in the bed. The recliner was supposed to be green but actually looked brown from grime. YUCK! My boyfriend and I recently stayed here and liked the locztion, close to restaurants and Ontario Mills. The staff was very friendly.

Great, beautiful place. The air conditioners gave us a few problems. Only discomfort. But all in all good :)

Non-smoking room is what I paid for what about the entire smell of the hotel was reaking. There was NO pillow cases on the pillows the blankets and spreads were tread barren and dirty, the sheet was the only thing clean. I was very upset and tired and could afford to walk away so we slept in our clothes to keep warmer and tossed the blankets and spread […] on the floor. This is a great place to stay if your going to spending more than a day you have a full kitchen all the comforts of home, save money and cook in the room or go out to many restaurants around the area, close to the freeway, airport, mall. Hotel could have been cleaner, local Police responded quickly to distribences involving unruly guests

I booked prior to reading others review. I was prepared for the worst but was pleasantly suprised. The check in was slow and painful but after that the room was clean. I had asked for a smoking room as I had a friend coming by who smoked. And even i the smoking room I smelt no smoke. This was the worst experience I've EVER had at a hotel before. You would have thought I was staying at a motel. The room was non-smoking but smelled so much like smoke that ALL our clothes and items smelled like smoke. We had to change our own sheets and bring our dirty towels and linens downstairs to get more. It was just unbelievable for the price. […] I've never had to experience this type of service at a hotel. i have stayed at many extended staty hotels and this had to be the worst one ever!!! The room smelled bad the water ran all night long. The bed was hard. This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I arrived 10 minutes before check in and the unknowledgable desk clerk said I had to come back in 25 minutes before the room was ready! The place was overwhelmingly smelly from a cross between cigarette smoke and cooking smells. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, however, it was a smoking […] room just recently sprayed with room freshner. During the night, in order to breathe, I had to open the windows, which face a large freeway, inorder to get some fresh air. Even the airconditioning smelled of smoke. In the evening, after returning from dinner (very few places to eat in the area) a group of approx. 10-12 men were in the parking lot with a bbq, drinking, eating and making a fair amount of noise and playing loud music. My room overlooked that parking lot also. After coming in the building, the men were drunk and making a lot of noise which continued during the night. The manager did not seem to care. The beds are extremely hard and creek. Very old place and needs to be updated for the price you pay. Will not return! Читати далі

It was quiet, clean and overall a decent stay. It's no 4 star hotel, but it serves for a decent night or three's rest. It's very close to the Ontario airport without being in the flight path. It is however right next to the freeway, so if you can see the freeway from your room, you'll be able to hear it, especially on the third floor. It's enough for […] quiet background noise, but too noisy as to keep me awake and I'm a pretty light sleeper. If you need perfect silence to sleep, then you will want to look elsewhere. When the AC is blowing, you can only slightly hear the traffic over it anyway. The room's cleanliness is good. The carpet, bathroom and overall feel of the room is a little bit lower quality than you might hope, but decent enough. I was pleasantly surprised 2 out of the 3 times I stayed here to find the room air conditioner actually had a digital thermostat built in so you just set what temp you want. Why don't more hotels have this instead of the vague dial ? One of the times was the older style AC, I guess they are replacing them in stages or something. It has a kitchenette with fridge, sink, dishwasher and two burner stove, which is nice, but I never used, so can't comment on it. I was told they have had a few break-ins to guest's cars over the years (I'm sure most hotels have), but the neighborhood isn't a bad one.. it's in the ONT hotel loop along with several other businesses. Some of the guests that I've seen aren't folks I would be comfortable hanging out in a dark alley with, for whatever that's worth. Other than during check-in/out I never had to deal with the staff for any issues, so I can't really comment on how responsive they are. They were polite and professional during check-in and I don't see why they wouldn't be the same while dealing with any guest concerns. The hotel offers wi-fi in all it's rooms for a small fee, but I did not use this service since I have my own internet connection, so cannot comment on it's quality. All things Читати далі

The room was not very clean. I thought the floor was softer than the bed. The air would not go off so it was either hot or cold. There was a chair in the room when you sat in it a spring went up your behind. When we were checking in a customer had just checked in and went to look at her room, she came back and got her money back to go somewhere else. […] I should have done the same thing. nice place but they need some up keep. no a hair dryer, towels are too hard The place is needs the carpets to be clean and they take pets

Rude Staff. NO ICE MAKER!!! Not even continental breackfast for the price??? I will NEVER stay here again and recommend others to go elsewhere. You'll pay less and get more. Way too close to the freeway. Room vibrates with every passing truck.

Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at nearly 6pm and the rooms were still not ready to be occupied. We had to leave and go to dinner, came back 2 hours later and the room was STILL not ready! Some people had been waiting in the lobby all day to get a room since the hotel could not find their reservations. Last time I stayed at this hotel I had a few problems. All of these problems had been corrected this time and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Great location to the freeway, Center of the inland empire.

The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable, sheets were paper thin. The guests had to go to the front desk theirselves to get their own towels and linen, housekeeping is once with a week stay unless you pay otherwise. Housekeeping was vacuuming above us at 6:30 A.M.
