Hotel is very convienient to the airport and the shuttle service is fast. Desk clerks were very congenial and the complimentary cookies were sinfully delicious. Hotel was clean and grounds were very nice. There were a few restaurants close by with good food - hotel restaurant is very much on the pricey side, Unfortunately room amenities were lacking […] - no microwave, no refrigerator, no body wash, only Camomile and Earl Grey tea (and only one of each). Shower pressure was weak and thus the multistream head was not functioning well. All the exit doors were supposed to be room key secured, but more often than not they did not require a room key to open - in fact they were often wide open both day and night hours. We were there for a convention - the banquet serving staff was very good. The lemon cake, tri-tip beef and triple chocolate cake were excellent but I cannot say the same for the meat ravioli. When we arrived, they gave us the most convoluted instructions to get to our room - down a hall, up an elevator, down another hall, across a skybridge, down another elevator and down a third hall - we soon found the short route across the courtyard - didn't appreciate having to lug the suitcases the long way (about twice the distance). The shuttle driver was extremely gruff and rough with the luggage when we left - in fact he jammed one of the pull-out handles on one bags so it could not be used . If I cam again for lesiure, I'd probably stay across the street. Читати далі

We had an event in Rancho & there are NO decent hotels there, so we stayed at the Doubletree Ontario. Generally, this area is vile & no one would go here for pleasure, but if you have business around Ontario Airport, this is great choice. Hotel is HUGE, 4 separate buildings, and it stormed during our stay, so we got drenched every time we went to the […] front desk or to the bar or to get our car. Brought my dog with me. (No accidents) t was convenient. Ara in the parking lot accessible to my dog. Unfortunately our room was next to the vending machines so a loud hum irritated me. Dog did well. It wasn't too crowded and my dog was barking at the people in the courtyead. Courtyard is very beautiful.

I have stayed at this hotel three or four times and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. the atmosphere is very pleasant the rooms are very clean and as long as I am able to make it to the Road 2 CA I will always pick this hotel.

I always stays at the same hotel all the time, one of the best hotel in Ontario area.

Awesome Hotel. Upscale, beautiful decor. Close to airport. Dinner at Porter's Steak House inside, was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very friendly and professional and seemed just cater to us. Overall the hotel was really good. Comfy, clean and the surrounding area was really good. The workout facility was very nice as well. Some things I didnt care for though. I had to pay a daily rate for the internet. For the price of the hotel I thought it would of been cool to have free wi fi service. Also, there wasnt a fridge or a microwave in the […] room. And room service didnt provide service until like 2 or 3 pm. If you are there only for a couple of days or kno ppl in the area, not a bad place to stay. Well, everything was fine. Lovely lobby and wonderful people. Very clean and comfortable beds. Problem started when we started to sleep. I heard what I thought was an air leak of some type which sounded like a young child moaning. It woke me up as I thought there were kids in the hallway messing around. Then I realized there were no kids. When I woke, […] it stopped. When I tried to sleep, it started again. I thought it was me, but my roommate also heard it. She asked me what it was and I told her it was a vent. I looked for a vent, but was not able to find it. I was a Police Officer for 30 years and have experienced some spooky things, but this had me creeped out! It even made the hair on my arms stand up. So bad that we woke up at 0345 and decided that we were not going back to sleep and hit the road shortly after. The wind was really blowing outside, but when we really concentrated on seeing where the sound was coming from, we could not hear a thing. The staff was very helpful, the room was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, I remember it when it was the Red Lion many years ago. The remodle was well done and the staff is very professional. The room are nice and clean.

asked for quiet room -was put in a room that was closest to the airport and train - because of remodeling that was going on we came home one evening and the room temperature was 53 degrees and the heating sysem had to be repaired-the one day we had to lay by the pool in the afternoon the bug exterminator was spraying around the pool area with the spray […] carrying thru the air-dishes for room service for a room next door were left in the hallway for days Читати далі

We stayed at another hotel while at Disneyland that was about location and price, but for Christmas we wanted to stay somewhere a little nicer. It was like heaven!! The beds were great! Clean and very comfortable. The room is spacious and fit my family of 5 well. I just wish if you have to pay for the 5th person that they would include the roll away. […] My only complaint is that housekeeping tried to clean our room 3 times before we checked out - starting at 8:30am. Although we are next to the airport and they are used to people leaving early, we wanted to sleep in after 3 days at Disneyland. We should have put the sign out and we would have been golden. This hotel consists of three separate buildings so finding the main entrance can be confusing depending on the road that you use to access it. Better signage would be very useful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I very much appreciate that the hotel uses a duvet rather than having a bedspread. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in a long time. Great Customer Service and everything all in one place.

Returned to the hotel at 11pm very tired after hosting my daughter's college graduation dinner. Both room keys didn't work and I had a lengthy walk to the front desk. They asked for my credit card again because their computer messed up during check-in. When I asked if this was the reason why our room keys were disabled, the answer was "yes sir" with […] no apology. I had the worst experience at doubletree hotel in Ontario, Ca. The room was considered one of the newer rooms per the hotel manager. The ventilation system was so loud that I got NO sleep the entire time I was there. I will not ever go back to this hotel again!

The room was very clean and confortable, and the sunday brunch was excellent.

Staff was very friendly

We really enjoyed the hotel! We had a great experience from the second we pulled up. The man waiting outside, Jerry (I believe) was SO helpful (he even let us park next to the big white vans so we didn't have to walk far!). It was late Saturday night and we were able to run in and grab a quick and AMAZING steak dinner at Porter's. The 14 oz bone in […] steak was one of the best I've ever had in my life and the wait staff was so accommodating, especially for it being 10pm! We then checked in with the awesome staff at the front desk ... there is a club downstairs which was a little loud but the sound didn't travel past that area. The bar in the front was really nice, there's a mini Starbucks and a darling giftshop inside as well. The rooms are OKAY. They're outdated but that said, the beds were probably new, stylish and super comfortable. The rug was a little old and the bathroom wasn't anything to write home about. There are new, large TVs in the rooms too with a small table area, coffee maker (Wolf Gang Puck coffee) and an additional sink outside of the bathroom. The view was pretty incredible. We were pool side which I highly recommend. The pool area is really beautiful and the backdrop of beautiful mountains can't be beat. It was so nice to wake up, refreshed from a great bed and see that view. This isn't any 5 star hotel, the rooms are kinda old but it was definitely worth staying at for a night or two. The hotel was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking facility around the hotel. the room was spacious and clean. Although I had to request extra toilet paper because the roll was at the end and there was not an extra roll available. But as request they quickly brought one for us. Personel was attentive and cordial. Very good hotel.

A very nice hotel with an attentive staff. This location Is not recommended for those who can't walk long distances. Parking is plentiful. The food in the restaurants in the facility was tasty.

Excellant with most comfortable rooms.

Very comfortable premium quality hotel. I am always frustrated by the fact that these types of premium hotels do not offer free breakfast, or free in-room wi-fi (it does have free internet access at business center). The staff at this hotel were fantastic. The location--right next door to the convention center-- was great for the bar. My only complaint is that I felt a little nickel-and-dimed with respect to a few of the amenities that I have come to expect to be included--internet, refrigerator, microwave. Quick shuttle service from airport. Good service. Good restaurant in hotel and food provided for conference was very good with good wait staff. All in all, a pleasant experience. Other restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are large and clean. I have stayed here before and have never had a bad stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I WOULD RETURN,BUT TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WITH WHAT I DID IN REGISTRATION, I WOULD NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT.

My wife and I travel. We enjoy going to hotels. We don't appreciate not being taken care of. We don't appreciate rudeness from the front desk clerk at check in. Nor do we appreciate the attitude of the bartender. The front desk clerk was HORRIBLE. She could care less about us. She was rude, inconsiderate and made us feel like we were burdening her in […] helping us get to our room. And then the bartender wasn't much better. She wasn't friendly at all. Just rude, like we were intruding on her night. Because of this, we will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE. We will only say nothing positive about this hotel. Читати далі

The stay at the hotel was excellant. The room was spacious and very clean. The only drawback was not enough towels left, and you had to pay for internet access per 24 hour period.
