the hotel was OK, but the bed was probably the worst bed I've ever slept in. Mattress was totally worn out. Sunk in the middle. We were put into a handicap accessible room. Also had trouble with the keys working on the door.

A fine place to stay. Attached Chili's was fine. Breakfast was extra, we didn't partake as it didn't fit our schedule. The neighborhood lends to business travelers more than families, but access into Baltimore was easy.

There was nothing great about this hotel. It was pretty average. Clean rooms, decent inexpensive breakfast, and a nice staff. The only thing I didn't like was that there seemed to be a bar or a club near/attached to the hotel and several nights we came back to a bunch of drunk men smoking right outside of the lobby.

The Hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I just stayed overnight but it was a good value relative to the other Hotels in the same class. I have stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.

Hotel was nice enough although it is placed on the corner of a very busy street. They want you to pay $5 for their breakfast buffet - why in the world this is not included in the room price is beyond me. Overall an okay hotel for a one-night stay but I would want to spend several nights here.

Reserved on Expedia and when we checked in they said they didn't have our reservations. Insisted it was under someone elses name that was similar. I doubted that and eventually they found it. Had a nice stay and room was clean and comfortable. Kudos to maids as they restocked soap shampoo and coffee each night. Something that usually falls through the […] cracks at most hotels. No breakfast but decent buffet for $5 each just off lobby. Good hot food and friendly attendants. Chillis restaurant is attached an you can take out to your room - nice feature. The room was clean. Sheets were launderedvery well. However value just wasn't there. The cost vs. what you get makes this hotel not worth staying at again. Also, do not waste the 5 bucks for breakfast. It was horrible. Go across the street to Bob Evans.

Courteous staff, clean room, and the $5 breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the a/c system. There was no way to run just the fan. I see this trend in some hotels these days. I like the ability to run fan only for white noise. It helps in the usually noisy environment at hotels.

It was a nice stay. I have a few points. The bathroom is to small. Hard to close the door with out twisting around. The pillows are way to small, and so then way to few. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. While i knew that breakfast was not free i booked the room for location. From now on, free breakfast is a deal breaker. The bigger […] concern is that i thought the rate was to high. The desk said that because i had paid thru you, i was stuck at that rate. We just needed a place to stay overnight. The staff was polite. The room and hotel were clean. The A/C worked but was rather loud when the compressor kicked on.

Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. Beds were not the most comfortable and the little square pillows were terrible. The A/C unit kept cyling on and off and was somewhat of a nuisance.

The room was comfortable. The pillows are too small. It's as though a regular sized pillow has been cut in half. I was near the laundry room; the dryers "clanked" until after midnight and started up again around 6 a.m.The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Buffet breakfast is meager; "hot" foods are cold.

Very average accommodations, suitable for an in-and-out business trip. The room was spacious, but indifferently appointed. There is nothing about this hotel that would persuade anyone to do anything but sleep I the room and check out.

The hotel was great for the money we paid. The location was easy to get to and the room was spacious. I wish the size of the bathroom would have been bigger, but the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I would stay there again and it was a clean hotel.

As soon I checked in and went in to my room some Elsa was checked in the room. Went and changed the room. The other room had people's hair on the bed as if the bed sheets weren't changed. The lobby and elevators and room floors smelled bad like fish and food. I really don't recommend the hotel. Internet speed was too slow. I had a freelance gig at Towson University and booked this hotel because it seemed relatively close and didn't bust the pocket book. Right off major highway. Hotel was down the road from light rail so very easy access to Inner Harbor / Camedan Yards. Could have walked to the station if really wanted too, but choose to drive b/c of free parking. Breakfast chain right across street if do not want to pay for hotel's buffet.

Every aspect of my 3 day stay was great from front desk staff, to room cleaniness, to comfort, to nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Good hotel--your standard Holiday Inn experience...you know what you are getting. Clean and convenient location. Only complaints: The walls in my room were pretty thin, I could easily hear the conversations of the people in the room next to me. Also, breakfast is not included. They have a full hot breakfast available, but it's $8/person.

In the information about this hotel it was stated that there was a "complimentary breakfast". Outside the small breakfast area there was a sign stating that breakfast was $8 per person...not exactly "complimentary". The room was OK but more attention is needed in the area of cleanliness. It was very convenient as far as getting on and off the interstate. […] There also was no indication that there was a pool there, something that would have been good to know ahead of time for our granddaughter.
