The Hotel Diva is an interesting place to stay. Great location near Union Square. Some might find the street people a bit much, but that did not interfere... with our love of this historic part of San Francisco. It is great to across the street from theatre. The staff and service are excellent. The rooms are comfortable but a bit strangely appointed. We had a queen suite which was a nice size that had a separate bedroom. The suite area had a Murphy bed, lamps and a small dinette table with four chairs and that was it! No couch or easy chair in which to sit. Strange. The exercise room was excellent for a hotel. Weight machines, lots of dumbbells, and 3 cardio machines. Our only real complaint was that there are only 2 chairs on which to sit in the very small lobby.
