Wouldn't stay here again. Had a family of four staying, only 2 bath towels and three pillows. The front desk didn't care. Second night our room was left unlock after being cleaned; we didn't return until 11pm. Again management didn't care when told. Elevator smelled stall. Paint and mold in bathroom shower. I was pleased with my stay at the Baymont Inn, aside from the fact that it was very loud. I woke up several times throughout the night due to the noise in the halls and outside. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

This hotel is absolutely FLITHY! The carpet is flighty, the walls have stains on them, the comforter had hair on the inside of it from the previous guest. When approaching managment about the condition of the rooms, they became very irrate and unprofessional. There was NO microwave in the room and it was suppose to be, check out time stated noon, upon […] arriving management said 11. I informed them the website stated noon and that's one reason I picked the hotel, once again they became loud and unprofessional. It's a lot of truck drivers that stop to stay at this location. The hotel was clean and cozy. The kids enjoyed the clean pool. The only complaint I had was the temperature of the room. I kept the air on 60 degrees and it was still hot in the room. I like to sleep when it is cool.

We got a really good price on the room. The rooms were clean with a fridge. Bring your own pillows and blankets for comfort. There is a gas station and a cracker barrel across the street. Staff was friendly. Pool was old and cracked.

every thing was good except swimming pool need some repairs , pool walls are cracks and broken, my kids loves to swim in indoor pool

This hotel is NASTY!! The carpet have stains all on the elevators, hallways, and the rooms. The front desk staff is very rude and unconcerned about issues or problems you bring to their attention. They don't want you to complain or voice your opinion. The one older lady at the front desk raised her voice at me because on Hotels.com the check out time […] is listed for noon. I need a hotel with the check out time for noon due to being from out of town and had to be some place at 1:00 p.m. so I specifically did not pick a hotel with a check out time of 11:00 a.m. She got really upset when I asked about the check out time and said raising her voice... HOW RUDE! The condition of this hotel is horrible. There are a bunch of truck drivers that hang out there and a bunch of THUGS! NEVER will I stay at this TRIFLIN hotel again!! The window was falling out of my first room so they moved me down the hall. My second room had a major wet spot on the carpet so I just put the bath mat over it and walked around it. At least the window didn't rattle as much when the wind blew. Besides the peeling wallpaper and the bedclothes full of burn holes, I was totally disgusted when the next […] morning I noticed the bath mat was yellow. If my only other option is this Baymont Inn, next time I will sleep in my car. On the upside - the staff was friendly and accommodating. While I stay there for the convenience it is really not my choose hotel. Internet never works both times I have stayed. No extra pillows the first time I Stayed. Really needs an update. This hotel was very economical. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast food was fresh.

This motel is ok but nothing special....it is an old motel and shows it's age......the food is really not something that you would want in the morning....

This Hotel needs several updates. The pool was so dirty, people actually wrote their names in the grime all around the pool. We made a last minute trip to Cincy to attend a 90th birthday party. Our room at the Baymont was clean, comfortable and very satisfactory!!!! It was close to the Highway as well as some nice restaurants. I would recommend this Baymont to anyone!

The room was nice for the price and would definitely stay there again.

I am sure it was a nice hotel once, but it's had it's day. It's old, worn and dirty now. Breakfast was plain bagels, dry cereal and waxy apples, as they had run out of waffle mix, (and they had an hour left to serve!)

Front desk clark was ruded and very disrespectful! She showed no hospitality at all! I was really dissatisfied with the hotel service and quailty. Sheet were nasty and clark gave my guess and I a hard time about requesting clean ones. The room was not clean and it was past the check in time! Nice stay, Clean & comfortable

The lady at the front desk who greeted us needs to learn to be more friendly. I also saw her having trouble with another patron. A patron (woman) who had paid cash for her stay asked for a receipt . She had to ask at least 3 times. I don't know if the front desk lady either didn't understand the request for a receipt or was hesitant in giving the lady […] a receipt. The front desk lady was not that friendly to my wife and myself either. The major other problem for me was the mold that was located in the shower tub ceiling and the tub tiles. The carpet looked a little stained and/or dirty also. The surrounding sound was very quiet and the heat in the room was very comfortable. My wife and I two weeks ago stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the Hocking Hills area (Ohio) and that hotel experience sure beat this hotel stay. Читати далі

My stay was very short, but the time I did spend there was okay. The furniture was dingy and dirty looking. The room was clean it was just the condition of the furniture that I did not care for. They need to update their hotel and rooms.

The location is great...convenient to everything! But....the elevator stopped working, the air conditioning in our room stopped working....the pool was cold.

room was clean and met my needs, huge king size bed, bath room needed some importants made. I only needed some place to rest at night, so I didn't need to stay in my room that long, for the money spend it's a good place to stay.

Dirty Carpet, stained sofa, very, very dirty refrigerator, no ice machine on the floor.

Staff was indifferent, as I was standing at the desk to check-in, nobody greeted me until they were done with their personal conversations. While I was checking in, an irrate customer came up & said she had to leave for a family emergency & the only response was, "well we can't do anything for you". The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and there were a few restaurants and bars close, not a lot of choic but acceptable for a night or two. Convenient to I-75. In my opinion, a very good value.

This hotel is disgusting! There is mold EVERWHERE! On the walls, in the cracks of the wall where the ceiling meets the wall, on the shower wall.

Was a great stay at a good value. Only complaints are the bathrooms had mildew in shower stalls along caulking and the beds were small. With the beds it was my own fault for not noticing they were full size and not queen size. It says it right in the room description and a king bed was the same price. The location was great especially for the tennis Tournament and then going into cincy, right on 75. The breakfast was nice if you got there on time. The room was small and my pillow smelled like feet! We will not be staying at the Baymont next year.

The hotel was very nice,our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. At the change of shifts of front desk though, the first told our boys as long as they could swim they could go to pool (after closing schedule) when new person came in told them to go back to room to your parents! This was the biggest mistake for our family. This hotel was so filthy, and absolutely disgusting. We were staying here as a transition place while we waited for my hubby to finish work, in Cincinnati and we moved. The bathrooms were covered in mold and mildew, you could see on the carpet where they hadn't vacuumed for a long time. We stayed one night […] because we were desperate, in the morning breakfast was just as gross. My children were afraid to eat or touch anything because everything was so dirty or broken. The out of order signs on everything should have been a hint to leave immediately. Even the pool was horrible. It was green, and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The hotel staff was less than helpful, and could hardly speak english. They wouldn't even speak to us when we checked out to go across the street to a different hotel. DO NOT use this HOTEL. Hotel was dingy and old looking. When we arrived there was a very strong odor in the hallway. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The carpets were stained and the toilet kept running.

We just wanted a cheap hotel for 4 nights while visiting my husband's family. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Shower was a bit awkward to work. The breakfast was great.
