Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites - Піджен-Фордж

Very nice location and staff. Clean and well maintained. Will certainly return in the fall for winterfest..

This hotel was clean, cheap, and conveniently located near all of the Pigeon Forge favorites. The only drawback was that the tvs are older, so they don't have the red, yellow, white jacks on the back to connect video games for traveling teenagers.

The maid was extremely helpful, much more resourceful than the front desk folks.

First things first, you can't beat the price! Of course you will not be staying in a pethouse suite - but the rooms are nice and the price is great. The breakfast is a little sparse - but you'll find something you like. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel smelled weird and made me and my girlfriend feel kind of dirty. I feel that they could do more to make the customer feel more comfortable. Not to mention there was about a inch crack below the door. and the place matt in the bathroom looked like it never has been changed.

It was a good stay with great people at a GREAT price, so the slow drains did not even matter. If you are in the area this is a good bang for the buck:)

Room was pretty decent for the money. One blanket did have a small cigarette burn though. I like the fact that the vanity is located out of the bathroom. They had waffles available for breakfast, which was nice. Breakfast seating was limited, and you weren't allowed to take your food back to your room. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Clean and very neat hotel with great hot showers, good breakfast, and nice durable room with a great be to sleep in. One of the best I have attended.

CLEAN ROOMS, GOOD SERVICE WOULD STAY AGAIN

Did not have Internet in room so had to push for another room with access. The smell of smoke in room bothered family breathing (wife is on oxygen).

For such a low price, this motel really went beyond what I expected. I stayed here to be close to Dollywood, and it was about a 10 minute drive. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were cleaner and more updated than I thought they would be. Such a great deal for what you get! Breakfast is just eh, but the place is still worth it!

it is a great place for the money, close to everything and the room was very clean and comfortable. with a microwave and fridge. I have stayed at hotels that charge twice the amount and were not even half as nice. I will always stay here when I come back.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we would stay again as that was what we were looking for. There were some things we could be picky about, such as not enough towels (but more were provided when we requested them), the towels were thin and rough, there was little water pressure in the shower, no hair dryer (I had brought my own, luckily), […] no bathroom vent, and the breakfast was minimal at best. Since we were wanting a clean, safe, comfortable room for a quick overnight rather than lengthy stay, it met our needs. One word of advice: the heating/air unit in our room was VERY quiet, which meant we could hear the noise from passing traffic and other guests. Wasnt a bad place to stay at all. Matter of fact the hotel was packed. Got two rooms for the weekend and both were clean and comfortable. No problems checking in or out. Everything was close by. The staff that I talked to was very friendly and informative. I will be staying here again.

I had a King size bed and it was sunk in the middle (BAD). It was very had to sleep! I have stay her before and wasn't bad this may be and isolated problem.

Older hotel but very satisfied staff was very accommodating , room was spacious, clean, quiet and affordable. Only 2 suggestions a hook in the bath area would have been handy and linens and towels could use some fabric softener.

For the price, we could not have asked for more. We enjoyed the stay. We will be back.

I booked this room for me and my son for a long weekend in pigeon forge. I had my doubts about the room because the price was super low but as a single mom I have to look for deals. I was pleasantly surprised with our room. Everything was clean and well stocked and the room was very quiet even though the motel was very full. The water pressure was a […] little low but there was plenty of hot water. the elevator was small but fast. The staff was very friendly. There were two arcades within walking distance of the motel which made my son very happy. If you are a motel snob you probably won't like this place. But if you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable place to stay and don't require expensive, unneccessary frills then you will love this motel. Who spends vacation in their room anyway? I have stayed in a different motel on every trip to the Smokies and we go once or twice a year. Pigeon Forge Inn and Suites has definitely been the best deal for my money. I have paid twice as much for less at some other motels. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very accommodating to us. We were allowed to check in early by calling ahead and everything was very clean. Not a fancy place, but a great place to stay for the money. The continental breakfast was a great plus for my family. Thanks and God Bless!!

Reservation made at last minute, but unfortunately wasn't at all what we would have liked. The room was large enough, but rate was too high, had no shower curtain and could not obtain one through the desk, the shower didn't work, had no hair dryer. The room had been updated some but toilet was shimmed up in the bathroom and made you think that it might not hold. Faucet was very loose. Crack under the front door that let in a lot of noise. Back door is next to a road that for even a side street was very busy. But my overall complaint was we were booked on the third floor and even though there was […] an elevator, there were no luggage carts. We had to make 3 trips to the car to get all of our stuff to our room and then the same when we left. There is no excuse for this. If you have more floors than 1, you must have luggage carts. Convenient to all area attractions and easy to get into and out of. Very quiet, no issues. Will stay here again. Oh, and the desk clerk is great for restaurant recommendations.

Room was clean, well furnished and comfortable, If you are a coffee drinker, you will have to ask for extra coffee packs at the desk when you check in. This is our second time staying here, and we will go back again.

Extremely crowded weekend. Parking was limited and parking garage out back was not lighted. Felt safer for my car to park it in shopping mall lot next door. Breakfast was good but limited seating in dinning area. Could not take your food out of the dinning area when there was no seating.

Very uncomfortable beds had a lousy stay

This has to be the worse motel we stayed at, ever! The bathtub was so scummy we wouldn't even take a shower in it. There was a scum ring around it and the bottom was worse. The rug was dirty. Just a nasty place to stay!

had a/c problems room not clean at all no laundry facilities it was suppose to have one breakfast was only from 7-9 breakfast room to small

The room was dark and uninviting. The bathroom was very small and only two (2) towels. We had 3 people staying in our room. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people staying there and the breakfast was not appetizing, (dried out bagels, only fruit loops cereal, no fruit, important for dieters and diabetics). We opted to go down the street […] to McDonald's. We stayed at the Microtel down the street on another visit. There is no comparison between the two. It first glance this hotel doesn't look that impressive and some of the external areas are a bit highway underpass in appearance. However don't let that put you off for the Pigeon Forge Inn and Suites is worth it's price. The rooms are simple but offer most facilities expected. There's no safe and that might be a drawback given the open and transient […] nature of the area. Equally they weren't generous with the towels. The buffet breakfast was simple; no brown bread but plenty of white to toast. Although it's a very big hotel the breakfast room coped well and people in line seemed to get what they needed easily enough. There's a swimming pool which is of a reasonable size but it does get heavy traffic. When we arrived around 9:30pm it was very busy and quite loud, which wasn't what we wanted to see having spent a heavy day on the road. however, to staff credit they got the pool empty at the stated time of 10pm and the hotel quietened down rapidly after that giving us all a good night's sleep. As it's on the main drag you can get to most attractions very easily within the limits of local traffic! If you're passing through or just staying a couple of nights it's fine. There were families staying much longer but in that instance I think I'd have dipped a little deeper into my pocket. Читати далі
