Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

This hotel was great. We arrived at 9:30am and after sending an email asking if our room could be ready, it was! Not many hotels will have your room ready at 9:30 AM! The front desk was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast, which was not included, was plentiful and a good variety. We had a lovely 2 night stay in Paris. This hotel is a 15 minutes stroll to the arc de triomphe an 30 mins to the Effiel tower. My little girl (4 years old) loved the hotel room and the staff who entertained her!! Would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again if visiting Paris.

The other reviews are accurate this hotel is great and Harmony the receptionists is great and very helpful and loves her job well done - highly receommended plus great location wiht local cafes and patisserie plus Carreflour mini market opposite which is great for some groceries.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I spent about 30mins with them asking for restaurant recommendations and they didn't hestitate to help. The hotel was very clean and modern, quiet too. It takes 30mins to walk down to Trocadero or just a few stops on the yellow line to all the main sights in Paris. A great hotel if you are visiting the Porte Maillot or Congress (Convention Center) neighborhood. Very convenient to the Metro, wonderful restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the Congress. Also close to Arc de Triomphe. The hotel itself is small, with a European feel which is what we wanted. Very pretty decor. and up to date. Room small, but very comfortable […] and clean. Me and my husband had a three days stay in Paris. This is our third time in the town. It´s more common with small rooms in Paris but we was really lucky with our stay at La Villa Maillot. We were welcomed in the entrance of the nice door man. We got a room in the 6th floor. It was spacious and very beautiful. We have had a very comfortable and enjoyable […] stay in Paris and at the hotel. The cosy spa area with both sauna and steam room was so cool and relaxing. We had only three nights and we didn't had time to get a spa treatment. We didn't had time to get any breakfast. That's too bad since the breakfast area had a really fantastic garden. That have to be the next time we visit Paris. It was overall a nice stay and the staff was just so lovely and helpful from the start of our stay to the end. I really recommend this hotel. From cordial check-in to check-out the service was top-notch. Very convenient to Palais de Congres, and nicer than the attached mega-hotels that go with it.

The hotel is located in a great area, only a few seconds walk from a metro station, and about 10mins walk from the Trimph monument. The hotel is on a busy but nice street. The windows are double glazed and one cant hear any noise from the traffic at all. Plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a convenient store right opposite the hotel. It is a very nice place to stay (both location and hotel wise), nevertheless I would never pay the full price for the hotel room, and it definitely does not fit the 4 star status in UK standards, more of a 3 star hotel. I didn't see too many reviews and was a little apprehensive about our stay. That is, until we arrived and were treated like the only two guests in the hotel. Everyone from the registration desk to the barman were exceptionally gracious and helpful. Every request was met, nothing was too much to ask. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, Maillot […] and Argentine Metro stops this hotel is extremely convenient. This neighborhood is the outermost portion of the e16th, but a short walk puts you in the heart of all that the 16th has to offer. Across the street is Carrefours City market, for all of your in room needs and there are a littany of restaurants across the spectrum from ten feet, to a ten minute walk from this charming little hotel. This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal as you are about a 10 minute walk from Champs Elysee. Also the hotel has a steam room and sauna which guests can use free of charge. Food in the hotel a wee bit expensive though.

Hyggelige, serviceinstilte og proffe ansatte. Koselig rom og hotellbar. Kort vei til metroen og til mange severdigheter. Hotellet ligger i et område som er hyggelig å rusle i både dag og kveld. Bruker nok dette hotellet ved neste Paris-besøk også!

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla metro Port Maillot e vicinissimo agli Champs Elysees. Il personale è quasi "trasparente", non si vede mai nessuno! Le camere gradevoli e, compatibilmente con la media francese, abbastanza pulite. Consigliato.

Sehr schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel im 16. Arrondissement, nahe L'Etoile. Man kann nur gute Worte finden: Komfortabel, geschmackvoll, ruhig: Alles was man für einen Wochenend-Aufenthalt in Paris braucht. Einziger kleiner Kritik-Punkt: Am späten Abend und Nachts ist die Rezeption nicht unmittelbar besetzt. Chambre agréable, ouverture du hamman et sauna un peu tardive et les massages il faut réserver en avance. dommage !!!! hotel à réserver pour 2 nuits de préférence ou plus. le personnel très agréable. Bon séjour à vous

Nice and quite small hotel, located near the Maillot metro station. With a taxi it's about 10 € to the center (Louvre) and 40 € to CDG airport. Everything else was fine but the continental breakfast was bit too expencive as it was 25€ per pax. Rooms were ok. The SPA section is free of charge and it was nice, sauna and steamroom were relaxing after all […] days walk through the beautiful city of Paris. A 2 pas du palais des congrès, Porte Maillot, je recommande cet Hotel. Luxe, calme, qualité de l'accueil : que du bonheur !

Merci à tout le personnel pour leur attention et leur professionnalisme. Petit nid douillet, salle du petit déjeuner tellement confortable qu'on la quitte à regret. Seul bémol : le "grand lit" n'est que deux petits réunis. Attention au milieu... C'est le meilleur hôtel de sa catégorie que j'ai eu le plaisir d'essayer à Paris. ...for en på forretningsreise. Prisen antyder kanskje at du skal få noe veldig flott, og det du får er helt allright. Opplevde ikke noe tull eller tøys. Jeg vil bruke hotellet på nytt hvis jeg skal ha møte rundt 16 arr. etter hvis jeg tar byferie med makkeren. Ikke sikekrt jeg vil bruke det hvis vi er hele familien, men det kan sikker gå det og.

Acceuil agréable et efficace, belle chambre propre, rien à redire sur le plan pratique. Mais le petit déjeuner est trop cher et le parking encore plus cher.

Underbart litet hotell i centrala Paris, ca: 15 min gångväg till Triumfbågen. Mycket god service o vi blev uppgraderade till Deluxe-room när vi checkade in. Fräscht SPA som innehåller Steam-Sauna och vanlig Sauna samt relaxrum. Detta får man nyttja gratis, finns även möjlighet till massage och pedikyr-manikyr mot kostnad. Allt detta inryms i ett jättefräscht […] utrymme på bottenplan. Rummen är fina och sängarna förvånansvärt bekväma. Det enda minus som finns att säga är att frukostbuffen är lite för dyr- 25Euro/per person o dag..Men annars kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta hotell! UNDERBART Читати далі

Sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Ruhig aber günstige Lage (Metro Linie 1 vor der Tür). Wunderschöner Frühstücksraum aber wenn Frühstück nicht inclusive gebucht viel zu teuer (28 Euro p.P)
