When I first walked into the room I went to place my suitcase on the bed and had my leg cut open. I lifted up the sheets to discover the metal frame was sticking out a good 4-6 inches from the bed. "Honesty of the employees."
I always stay at this hotel but this time I left my expensive cell phone in the room. I was very happy when someone answered the phone & assured me it would be at the front desk. I was so grateful. I will continue to stay here!!!!
When we checked in we were sent to a room that already had people in it - yep, luggage upstairs only to be sent down a floor. Lights were burned out in the room, toilet wouldn't flush properly, they brought us a microwave 3 days into our stay. I left a note for everything that was wrong and hmmmmm, the maid took it but nothing got fixed. "renovation"
This hotel is doing major renovations. When we checked in we were given a room on the third floor which is under renovation. The next day we were greeted by the smell of paint and lots of workers in the hall. When we asked to be moved, the mgt did so within a short time. The rest of our stay was wonderful. "Hampton Inn - Bensalem, PA"
A decent night stay. The bathroom had no fan. The tub was sloped so you had to balance yourself while you showered. Breakfast was decent.

"Nice Hotel"
The hotel was very nice which a reasonable price, clean rooms, nice pool convenient to Sesame Place. The only problem which we knew before hand was that we needed a King size bed and they were all booked. Also, the vent in the bathroom does not do it's job and it's close to everything. I wish the room would have been more spacious. The fold out bed […] in the couch was not very comfy but it worked for the short time we were there. "Great Hotel"
This trip was to visit relatives that live in and around Philly, including Haddonfield NJ. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The coffee and tea 24/7 was very convenient. It was an easy on/off of 95 for easy access to NJ and the city. Really happy we chose this hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in town.
"For booking a Wedding Block"
The hotel was nice. They experienced a flood the night before our stay which is not their fault. However, the block of rooms was reserved for a group of guest attending a wedding. We were told the hotel lounge would be open when we got back from the wedding reception. After the cab drove us (wedding guest and the bridal party including bride and groom) […] to the hotel @ 12:00 then we find out they closed the lounge. This was very disappointing news! Further, the hotel required that wedding guests had to check in before the wedding or their room could be given away....no late night check ins allowed which I think is an inconvience. If you have a reservation, it's your room! This was an inconvience to people who had planned to go directly to the wedding and then to the hotel. Rooms were nice. Breakfast good. "Close to NE Philly"
In town visiting friends. Close to plenty of shopping & restaurants. Hotel is quiet and clean. Will definately stay there again.

"Great Hotel"
I loved staying at this Hampton Inn. The staff was wonderful, the rooms was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to all.

Was in town for a friend's wedding in Philly. The hotel was super-close to her place in Bensalem. Very convenient to 95. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were so nice and pleasant. The hotel was in excellent condition; our room was spotless! And the bed was soo comfortable! The best part, though - the free breakfast!! Omelettes, sausage, waffles, […] fruit! "Oy..."
When the Hampton chain opened some 20 years ago, it was one spanky-good discount hotel. Now (at least as per the Bensalem Hampton Inn) it's a bit of a tacky pit... no better than your garden variety Motel 6 or Days Inn.
"Hampton Inn Bensalem"
The Hampton Inn in Bensalem was exceptionally clean and looks to have recently undergone a renovation. Staff was courteous and friendly. Free breakfast was above the usual cold cereals and bagels. Overall stay was very enjoyable.

This hotel is located conveniently just off I-95 which makes getting around the Northeast Philadelphia/Bucks County area extremely easy. The room was comfortable and the staff appeared willing to please. The one low point at this facility was the free breakfast. The eggs were dry and seemed almost to be powdered eggs. Other items were much better.

New & clean room, nice swiming pool. close to Frankin mill mall & shopping area.

Hampton Inn like any other Hampton Inn was clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and amenities. This one was in a clean safe neighborhood.
"Needs Improvement"
The room smelled like smoke, as did all of our clothes and bags once we returned home even though it was supposed to a nonsmoking room and hotel. The AC would not cool the room down even though the room was tiny and the AC was on high. Overall a very disappointing experience to say the least.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, nice location & neigbrhood, all hotel amenities were clean and organized, also it provides breakfast, and has small but nice swimmiing pool, fitting center, and enough parking area. the only thing was that there was no fridge in the room

Excellent hotel, un personnel accueillant et tres à l'écoute, toujours pret à répondre aux attentes des clients et tout ca avec le sourire. Hotel tres bien situé à 15 minutes de Philadelphie, calme et trés confortable. Un petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous y avons passé un séjour tres agréable et sommes prets à y revenir sans problème.
