Knoxville Airport-Alcoa Fairfield Inn by Marriott - Алькоа

We arrived late and they had given our room away. It took 15 min. For them to locate the last room. We realized to late that the toilet didn't have a flush handle. We will never stay there again.

Great mattress, quiet, friendly & quick check in/out. Just had a little spider in bath that didn't heart anyone. : )

Great hotel, very neat, clean and really courteous staff. Has a heated indoor pool I am sure I would have enjoyed had I had the time. Breakfast needs some work though.

found out when we checked in the roof was being replaced, so a lot of noise also the room was not 100% clean.. I asked to talk to the manager, who met with me immediately, he put us up in the new MARRIOTT that was just down the road he was very professional and helpful the staff members that we talked to we're also very helpful and nice, all in all […] if it wasn't for the roof noise we would have stayed.. The price was reasonable for the quality of the room The bed was Great! carpet was clean like new. The wifi internet worked great and hassell free. only complaint is the bath room did not have a vent and the Comp. breakfast ends at 9:00 am weekdays. But we enjoyed and I will stay here again unless the price increases signficantly.

Nice hotel, super comfortable beds, and clean. Great customer service. Quality equivalent for hotels I have stayed at for twice as much. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was okay, just the basics. Close to restaurants which is nice. Overall great exprience.

Thinking that this being a Marriott property that it would be a cut above the average such as Comfort Inn or Best Western. Come to find that this property is very out of date and lacked the amenities that you find normally associated with a Marriott property. Room was the standard 70's style layout and lacked upscale decorations or furnishings. I really […] wondered if this was American owned or not. Television was the old 19" tube set that had generic cable. The breakfast was "hot" in the sense you took it out of the mini-fridge and microwave it to make it hot. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was kept very clean. The continential breakfast included a lot of variety and was kept well stocked. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked very small. My only complaints would be that the key cards for our room had to be reactivated several times until someone at the front desk […] told us not to place them next to our cell phones. Apparently cell phones mess them up, this would have been nice to know when we intially checked in. And our room had a beautiful big window which I really wanted to open and let some fresh air in but there was no screen in the window :( We were otherwise very pleased with our stay and would stay there again. Across of Knoxville airport, convenient to fast food, and coffee shops. Clean hotel, would recommend..will get some airport noise during daylight hours, but a good value nonetheless.

One of the best stays in a long time. I highly recommend the Fairfield by Marriett in Maryville, TN. to anyone.

We were able to take advantage of the summer discount for room rate. The rate was very good when compared with the other surrounding hotels. Very pleased with our overall stay. The continental breakfast had real eggs! Location was ideal and close to everything.

The Knoxville, TN Fairfield Inn is very close to the Knoxville Airport, has an indoor pool, fitness room, free breakfast, computer access, and was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is about as good as gets for the money.

Good accommodations and value. Breakfast should be available past 9:00 AM.

This place is great, close to pigeon forge and other attractions. Staff was fantastic!! I requested a fridge, it wasn't in my room so the front desk went and got one from another room and brought it down within 5 minutes. I will stay here on future trips and you can't beat it forthe price.

After a very long day driving, we were exhausted and had trouble finding the hotel. After contacting the hotel, it was unbelieveable to learn that the front desk clerk, "Theresa" was unable to give us directions to the hotel. She simply had no idea on how to help us, of course, we asked if there was someone else available that might help us, we were […] told there was no one else at the hotel. Very nice overnight stay, even though it was probably one of hottest days of the season and power was lost for a couple of hours. Other than that, it is most convenient for the airport.

Very friendly, helpful employees including the front desk and cleaning staff. Very clean, comfortable hotel. The only complaint, which was minor, was that the hotel promised a USA Today for everyone and we did not get one because they ran out. For the price of the hotel, the beds were very comfortable-lots of pillows. Spacious and clean.

My impression was favorable. Although there were some minor items that needed repair, the overall condition and services were good.

Yes , we enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice & clean and very up todayed , we will be back again. The breafast was the best of enywhere we ever stayed . We stayed at some other motels at the smoky but yours was the best hands down. keep up the GOOD JOB !!!

The power went out and the pool was closed! The entire reason we booked there was bc of the indoor heated pool!

Good attention to detail for the rate charged.

The only services we used were at the front desk checking in and out of hotel. That service was fine. We were dissapointed with the room quality and t.v. channel access for the price of the room. We've had more amenities in the room (refrigerator & microwave), and better t.v. channel selections for a lower rate at a Motel 8 across town.

The Fairfield Inn at Alcoa fitted our travel requirements perfectly. The location was ideal; the rooms were clean, spacious and well looked after; and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would defintely return to this hotel on a future visit.

upon entering the room, a dirty towel was found laying on the bed. Instructions given by the desk to a restaurant were incorrect. The breakfast was marginal at best.

Très bien situé,propre et confortable. ``A 20 minutes de la Dragon Trail. Plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pieds. Je le recommande.

This hotel was perfect for me, arrived in the evening tired, got good information from the staff, took a swim in the pool, a complimentary banana and went to bed. Did some exercise in the morning, had some nice breakfast, got a free ride to the rental car place. Clean room, helpful staff, free shuttle, close to the airport. Perfect for me.
