Pros: 1. Relatively close to Disneyland (10 mi). 2. Good breakfast. 3. Clean room. 4. Good neighborhood. Cons: 1. Restaurants near the hotel close too early. Overall: Will stay again. Good family hotel.

The first room we got our T.V. didn't work...the tech came out to take a look at it and when he came to the conclusion that it was something wrong with the actual T.V. they immediately moved us to another room with a working T.V. This was a last minute stay for us and I regret not paying the extra money to stay closer. The location is horrible. It's on the freeway in which the parking lot is confusing to get into. You cannot get to the hotel from the parking lot of the strip mall which is a pain in the butt. The front desk staff was the only good part of this place. They were […] very kind and helpful. The room smelled musty, there was a bullet hole in the ceiling and none of the outlets worked! The beds were very hard. Also, they proclaim they're close to Disney which in fact, they're not. Takes 25 minutes each way to get there. There is a ton of construction on the 91 that makes it take even longer. Skip this place if your eyes are on mickey. Pay the extra money to stay closer!! I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. It is in a very nice area of town, so I was expecting this all to be true. I recommend staying here if you are in the Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Orange County are.

Bathroom sink is broken all the time. They fixed but it was clogged all the time.

Okay accommodations basically 21/2 star, small room basic services. Initially hard to find. Nothing bad to say but then nothing outstanding.

This hotel is starting to show its years, but has been well maintained and is close to plenty of various restaurants. They charge a fair price and are pleasant to work with. Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. I did not relize that just behind the hotel is a hip-hop club that blast music until late at night. Ridiculas!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a great Hotel! Conveniently located, breakfast was great, all the delicious essentials, located by a small shopping center. I loved it. The only thing I was very very dissatisfied with was the bathroom. It smelled like sewage. It was horrible. The smell came and went...I didn't notify the front desk because we were only there a copule of days. […] We kept the bathroom door definately closed. This place was a dump. You couldn't turn around in the room. No wireless internet and the dsl cord was only a couple of feet long. I've stayed at other Fairfield Inns and have had a pleasant experience, not here. This hotel did not meet Fairfield Inn standards.

I stayed here one night because I needed a hotel at the last minute in the area. First of all, the hotel is very difficult to find. Internet maps send customers onto an on-ramp to the 91 Freeway East (which creates a 4-mie detour) and not to the correct entrance. When I arrived at 10 p.m. there was one group of guests checking-in ahead of me. There […] was only one staff person on duty so I had to wait for 15 minutes. I sat in a chair in the lobby and watched the news. The front desk clerk could not locate my reservation until she went into a back room and returned with a fax confirmation that I had paid online. It seemed like an antiquated way to handle reservations. But as it turns out this was foreshadowing for the poor condition of my hotel room. I was a singe woman traveling alone but I was still placed in a first floor room on the opposite side of the hotel from the lobby and facing a dark parking lot. When I stepped into my room I was immediately struck by how old everything was. It looked like the property had not been remodeled in about 40 years. The room did not smell fresh, the bed and couch were uncomfortable, the TV was at least 10 years old (not the usual flat screen you expect to find in all hote;s), the towels were threadbare, and the lighting was dim. The whole atmosphere made me feel depressed and uneasy. I could not go to the fitness center because it closed at 10 p.m. I was disappointed as I like to work out before going to bed. I decided I was too frustrated and tired to change rooms (I should have been placed in a room on an upper floor for improved security) so I went to sleep right away. I had to leave early the next morning so I was unable to try the free breakfast. would never recommend this hotel. In fact, I will be warning everyone I can to avoid this place. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself seems a little dated and not quite to the standard that you would expect from a Marriott chain. Breakfast was very basic (cereal, bagels, muffins, some mircowaveable breakfast sandwiches and quiches, juice, yogurt) - no sliced bread for toast or fresh, hot items other than what you could microwave […] (see above). We stayed at the site over Easter weekend. The accomodations met our expectations. Our room's door faced the highway, which as other reviewers noted is noisy. And like other reviews, the noise was not an issue when the A/C unit was operating. The breakfast bar was fairly complete although I would liked to have seen a waffle set up. This is the first time I've stayed at a Fairfield Inn and I was pleasantly impressed with it. The beds were comfortable and the finishes were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, bought our Disney tickets there, to avoid the lines at the park. Free breakfast had a good variety. Room a bit noisy from freeway traffic, but clean! If using gps, use your judgement with getting on to hotel grounds, as both of ours put us back on the freeway!

Older hotel but very well maintained and clean. A little tricky to find if you haven't looked at the map as it is tucked away behind a shopping center right off the freeway. Freeway noise was NOT a problem. Nice breakfast selections including hot cereals, breakfast sandwiches, quiche (microwaved), to the usual toast, bagels, etc.

The location was excellent as it was near gym and lots of resturants. CLose to freeway too.

Hotel was in a nice area, the room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Great value for the price! Free breakfast was very good, and the hotel was overall very nice!

Got all that you would want, clean room, etc. but a nearby nightclub provided some noise each night. If you were tired you could fall asleep, but it was definitely there.

Checkin was quick pleasant experience. Front desk agent efficient. Was helpful in explaining locations of nearby restaurants which we asked for. The room was excellent...refrigerator very cold. We were at the hotel for a one night stay and everything was fine until we left in the morning and forgot a shaver and some other items. We called when we realized we left them behind and after a long wait on hold, the front desk came back and said no nothing was found in the room. We decided to go back anyways and ask housekeeping who we saw near the […] room we were in and ask them directly and of course without hesitation they said yes of course we found it. I was shocked and very disappointed that the front desk would lie to us and since the items were in at the front desk with a paper around it stating what room it was from, I could not believe the front desk would lie and not care about other peoples property.
