The hotel is not the newest or the greatest, but the staff more than makes up for any "old" in the building. It's clean, everyone is friendly. This was the second time we stayed there. Spent two nights there and requested a quiet room. My room wound up adjacent to end of hall stairwell. Pluses: Clean, close to my work location, very friendly staff at all levels. Lone Star grill next door Minuses: Shower in room above was louder than shower in my own room. Stair traffic noise transmitted into room. We were on the road and pulled in pretty late--we were still greeted with kindness and enthusiasm by the front desk personell. The entire staff at this hotel is very warm and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

The initial interaction upon entering the hotel. The front desk clerk was rude and very short. The bathtub was dirt and and stained.

My stay was comfortable and satisfactory in every way. The only negative is that this hotel is shop worn and desparately needs a face lift.

We stayed here for 3 days. Love the size of the King Suite and it was emaculate just like the picture. Very comfortable and Right next to the Highway 6 for easy access to other areas of Denver. 5 minutes from stores. 2 restaurants right next door. Only complaint was the breakfast was very basic (no hot food unless microwaveable) However the laundry […] facility and workout room is next door to the AmericInn. If you aren't kid friendly though be sure to tell them that...I have my 8 year old with me and they seem to have put ALL the kids on our floor in our end of the hall so it was a bit noisy Читати далі

Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. Indoor pool and hot tub, great continental breakfast. Great steakhouse next door. Comfortable beds with big, fluffy pillows.

I was hoping for a better stay. Don't get me wrong, the room was comfortable, the internet was strong and they have a couple restaurants within waking distance. However, I got lost trying to find my way in and I was using gps. You either have to make an illegal U-turn or go around a couple of blocks to get there. The was a dead mouse in the parking space by the front door. Every day, I expected that someone from the hotel would have picked it up, but each night, when I got out of my car, it was still there. Finally, on the third day, I asked the manager to pls have it removed and she did so. Makes me wonder what is hiding inside the hotel?

When we checked in, Darcy, the lady behind the counter was so sweet and kind. Steller. However, we ended being there for three days, and when I checked our bank, I found out that the hotel had charged us $20 A DAY for possible damage...without ANY prior knowledge or discussion with me .Darcy had mentioned to me that she needed a credit card for any […] incidentals that we might charge to the room, but nothing about the hotel charging us an additional $20 PER DAY FOR EACH DAY WE WE THERE! The money is flagged as unavailable in the account until two or three days after departure. So be aware that whatever they say is your rate...just add on an additional $20 PER DAY that they "borrow" against your account. I believe it is unethical for any person or institution to take money out of my account with out my approval or at least prior knowledge. The hotel should at least have something in writting that states their intent to do so; which they do not have. ONLY that they need a credit card number for incidentals......THEY HAVE NOTHING IN WRITING THAT STATES THEY "BORROW" $20 PER NIGHT! Читати далі

The units are spacious and the pool area is very clean and warm. The breakfast was a nice touch. Will visit again and again.

Nice hotel. Famiy friendly with clean pool and hot tub. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The hotel is ok, it's fine, clean, moderatly new. The pool was clean, fresh towels. Close to Denver and easy to find. But, the BEST part of the hotel is it's staff. Very friendly and able/willing to help with what ever you need. We will stay here again for sure!

Clean hotel. The staff was very nice.

The folks that work here are extremely helpful and friendly. All our needs were met. The hotel needs carpet stretched and updating in areas, but the other hospitality lacks for nothing.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the races we were in Denver to see. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the track. The desk clerk was most helpful with printed directions. We didn't make it in time for the breakfast, we're late sleepers. but it was clean and nice.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Good variety for breakfast with an attendant to keep breakfast items replenished.

The only difficulty was the hard left turn you must make to access the hotel from the Frontage Rd. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were super friendly and personable. They informed me that the room key-card was a free pass to the athletic club a few blocks away and that was a great bonus! The staff was more than friendly to us. As women traveling alone, it sometimes can be scary. We felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel.

The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. There were no breakfast sandwiches, but there were breakfast sausage "corndogs"- yuck. The OJ was not functioning, but the attendent did get it working. It just felt a bit beyond frugal and almost cheap. The waffles were good, however.

The Fairfiel Inn by Marriott in Denver, CO on 6th Avenue was very nice. It was a bit hard to find but the service and rooms were wonderful. The area was quiet. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and l really enjoyed how she talked and treated me on arrival. She was also the desk clerk who checked me out […] and was still cheerful and smiling. Very friendly staff, easy to find, close to downtown Denver, close to a nice shopping and near excellent places to eat. We will stay here again
