This hotel has one of the nicest atriums in NJ. I annually stay in NJ for New Years, this year was especially nice because of this hotel. The only complaint would be the lack of elevators to support a full hotel. Sometimes we had to wait in excess of 10 minutes for an elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and comfortable - much more room than I expected! Especially helpful with two teenage daughters! Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel for families , the rooms are convenient and comfortable fr a family with babies

We had a great night at the Embassy hiding from the Noreaster of Oct 2011. The room was clean, staff was friendly, all went off without any real complaints. Small gripes: -- Bistecca waitstaff was overwhelmed with having a full house, so dinner service was horrible -- The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Needed a place to stay near home since we lost power in the crazy snowstorm this October. Clean and spacious room. Nice hotel ambience. Very good breakfast buffet included. Overall a great value for this area.

No problem with this hotel. It's your typical Embassy Suite. Suite was clean. Not particularly luxurious (if that's what you're looking for) but large & nice. If you're staying there on a weekend (expecially Saturday night), expect that there will be lots of young kids staying over on weekend outings. I'm told this can get a little noisy & rowdy at […] times; but on my stay, I didn't have any problem. Clean, breakfast was great and the price was very reasoable, especiallt for Northern N.j!

Our visit was good with the exception that our "non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Other visitors allowed their children to run around without supervision causing disruption and noise at all hours, especially after 10PM.

I was very upset when the man not to sure what his title was. He was in charge of watching the pool area. After about an hour of my kids playing in the pool with a ball he said no more and took all the pool toys way. Not only from my boys but from every kid there. I called the front desk and all she said was if the sign says no toys it ok. She could […] of at least sent someone to the pool area and investigate. The whole reason why we stayed there was for the indoor pool which they advertise for the kids. What made me even madder was the next day there was no guard and all the kids where having fun playing with various pool toys. If I can say one thing please be consistant. I actually went upto the sign posted and it said nothing about pool toys. I was also shocked to find that the room had a loss door knob and looked rather worn for the star rating it has. Читати далі

While I have always been a fan of Embassy Suites I was a little disappointed on this stay. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the pool. Because it was a holiday weekend, there were many children in the pool and I became concernced because the water started to look "cloudy". I went to the desk and asked how often is the water checked and I was […] told once a week by a third party company. I was SHOCKED. I asked if someone could please come and check the bacteria and chlorine levels because of the high activity in the pool. On another note, the knob on our bathroom door was broken and we went to the desk to ask for additonal pillows and a blanket and were told that someone would bring it up. We waited for quite a while and no one came and when we called again, we were told that there were no more available. The hotel was great for a family. Our only complaints were that housekeeping didn't come until late afternoon and then just barely cleaned, and hostess in restaurant was rude

Sunday morning a swap of small children in the breakfast area, creating a big mess. Other than that a great experience.

just amazing clean quite and classy

My family had a good experience as far as cleanliness, food, and atmosphere were concerned. Our only problem was a gift was sent from a friend and we never received it.

Our stay took us into the weekend. This was a mistake. Friday night a large group came to stay at the hotel for a family reunion. Some members of the group allowed their children to run rampant through the hotel. Throwing garbage into the fountains,tearing up the gardens and yelling and screaming until well after midnight. This continued into Satuday. […] Complaining to the management was useless since as soon as the parents of the children were told and the security walked away they were back at it. The hotel turned into a pig pen for the weekend. No attempt was made to clean the garbage from the fountains for the duration of this families stay. During the evening complimentary beverage hour there was popcorn served. Children were grabbing popcorn with their bare hands and eating it over the bin. This is a public health issue. If they are ging to allow this to happen don't serve it. My wife and I spoke with the staff and were told that this is a weekly occurence and that the same behavior happens each weekend and that it would only change if enough people complained. The management was full of apologies but no action. There was no effort to evict the offending parties to make the stay more enjoyable for everyone or any effort to compensate for any inconvenience or to find us more suitable accomodations elsewhere. This ruined my family's entire 5 day stay. We will be contacting upper management. Читати далі

Breakfast was wonderfu! Room was great but a little dated, but still comfortable.

The Embassy Suites in Parsippany is a very nice hotel with all the ammenities. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with more things to choose from than you could possibly eat in the morning! Easily a $25 meal anywhere else. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and supplied us with whatever we needed, however having to go down to the front desk […] to get everything was unusual for such a first-class hotel. Also, the phones in our room didn't work during most of our stay, which was an inconvenience. Other than that I'd recommend the hotel and say that our hotels.com price was good compared to other hotels we looked at, especially since it included such a wonderful breakfast each day. With two little kids that still take naps this suite was almost perfect. Music in the atrium was a bit loud but the pool and playground (hidden) in the back of the property was great for the kids. Great breakfast buffet too.

The hotel is very pleasant. Has a wonderful natural indoor atrium with lots of fabulous plants! The ambiance is nice and the full serve breakfast is a treat!

The hotel itself was fantastic. I have stayed previously and love the atmosphere of the hotel. However on this visit there were several slumber parties going on and the pool and whirlpool were swamped with dozens of children. Breakfast was not hot and I have had better. Overall it was a nice stay

My son and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Loved the room, the indoor pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Defintely plan on staying again

I chose Embassy Suites Parsippany based on my experience with the Raleigh, NC location. Love the tropical themed atrium, managers reception and breakfast buffet. All the staff I interacted with werte top notch. On this particular stay the only issues were low water pressure for about 5 minutes one morning, some noisy kids late one night (I did see hotel […] security walking around earlier in the evening, either they were off duty or did nothing about it) and a brief power outage (not the hotels fault). Det här hotellet är inte värt dom pengar man betalar för ett rum. Standar och kvalitet är ordinärt men fullt acceptabelt. Det finns andra hotellkedjor som har minst samma standard till ett bättre pris.
