Great Staff only probelm they did not have 2 twin beds as requested in reservation

This hotel is very nice. My only problem is that I booked 2 rooms with 2 twin beds in each room. They did not have twin bed rooms when i checked in they only had 2 rooms with 1 bed in each room.Luckly the bed was large enough to fit 3 people! A bit cramped but it worked out!

Enjoyable. Purchased 3 day travel ticket and found the metro very easy to use, except "Chatalet" consisted of many lines and access tunnels. A pleasant trip to Versailles organised by Tourisme office, details found at the Hotel.

The hotel is close to the Metro and easy to get to. It is on a side street which cuts down on the hustle and bustle of major streets, so it is quieter. Short 3 night stay. Easy to access from gard du nord station about 10 mins in a cab. Metro line is just a couple minutes walk away. Food shops and general shop minutes walk away. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and general layout of the hotel was good.

I arrive to Paris to stay here for 6 nights.I think the location is very good.On first night we have to move another hotel caused by pipe broken.

The room was clean. Some of the front desk personnel were helpful but few spoke understandable English. I can't understand why there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I had to shave holding a hand mirror in the bedroom.

I stayed at this hotel overnight so it was fine for me. The bathroom was clean and modern but the room I had was extremly small and basic. There was facility for tea/coffee, small mini bar (no wine) and a safty deposit box. The room faced the road so that you could hear loud noices at night. There are many good resturants about. There was a small supermarket almost opposite the hotel in the event you forget your toothpaste or are in need of water. rooms have just been renovated so are brand spanking new. Smallish as with all Parisian hotels. The lobby is still under renovation but that was not an issue for me as the room is what i booked it for. Not the type of hotel to sit by the bar anyway!

Booked Hotel on basis of previous stays at Mercure Hotels and photos of the Monty Opera on Expedia. What a mistake. The reception area was still being rebuilt or refurbished and was completely gutted. The staff were offensive to my companion and later myself. I had booked a double room and was offered a twin. The Receptionist (sitting at a temporary […] reception table) repeatedly ignored the growing line of guests in order to answer the telephone. The Breakfast Room was also temporarily organised and shabby. Once checked into our room and unpacked we discovered that the shower plughole was totally blocked so that ALL the water flowed onto the bedroom carpet. A maintenance man, two managers and a cleaner barged into our (tiny) room while my girlfriend was still getting dressed. They argued and were rude. By the time we had relocated rooms (we were told a new hotel was impossible) the day was pretty much ruined. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are all very friendly. Unfortunately The hotel walls were paper-thin, and you could hear every bit of noise in the surrounding rooms and the halls. Stayed in a recently refurbished room that although small was well finished and equipped. The only criticism would be the lack of drawer or shelf space accessible to those of a vertically challenged stature. Helpful reception staff. A good location means an adequate choice of location for meals and other services that you may require.

Great location, great hotel. 2 mins from Grand Boulivards metro, 20 mins to the Louvre/river 30 mins stroll Notredam. Must have the best bin men ever in France as they were very noisy outside the hotel at between 5.30am and 6.00am all weekend. Other than that excellent. Close to everything, could walk everywhere, or walk 5 minutes to the Metro. I was in Paris for 12 days and never took a cab.

This hotel was comfortable and reception staff were welcoming and spoke extremely good English. The room was compact (as you would expect in Paris) but everything was clean and comfortable. However the place was let down by the noisy plumbing which mean that every toilet flush in the room above and to either side sounded like it was actually in our […] room. This meant were got very little sleep during our 3 day stay and had a negative effect on our enjoyment of our visit. About 20 min walk from Paris Nord station in reasonable neighbourhood. Plenty of choice of reasonable value boulangeries, cafes, and restaurants very nearby.

Hotel was ok, we were able to walk to most places. The dinning room staff at breakfast, very nice and polite. Our room was a little 'tired', but importantly the bathroom was not cleaned properly, not sure when the floor was last cleaned!! our 'clean me' message remained on the mirror for the duration of our 3 day stay. Insufficient towels left in the […] room, coffee was not replaced, teaspoons remained dirty. Same bed linen for the duration of our stay. Sorry to say but the lazy cleaning staff let the hotel down. Rent och fräscht hotell till bra pris. Rummet var ganska litet men inget som störde och relativt priset helt ok. Enda jag störde mig lite på var att dörrarna till rummen stängdes igen väldigt hårt/ljudligt vilket gjorde att vi vaknade alldeles för tidigt av att grannen lämnade sitt rum och "smällde" igen dörren..

On the plus side, the location is good, located only a short walk from the metro line grand boulevards. The rooms very comfortable, and always clean. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good, but a bit expensive though. Vi var en gruppe på 22 personer. Rommene var små, men delikat innredet. Gode senger. Badet var forholdsvis stort. Hotellet ligger i en sidegate med kort vei til Meto og restauranter. Matbutikk over gaten. Vi hadde et fint opphold helgen 22 - 24 feb. og kommer gjerne igjen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Was uns allerdings störte, war, dass im Treppenhaus ständig Wäschewagen und Putzmaterial herumstand und der einzige Aufzug mehrfach ausfiel!Das Treppensteigen an sich war nicht tragisch, aber durch die herumstehenden Sachen und die Schmutzwäsche war es doch recht eng und unangenehm!Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber in […] Ordnung. Chambre silencieuse (sans doute assez rare sur Paris), litterie confortable, très propre, pas vraiment un 4 étoiles mais bon rapport qualité prix en promotion , situé dans le centre de Paris, proche du métro Grands Boulevards et donc des principaux monuments de Paris.

Le camere sono piccole, troppo calde ma pulitissime. Il personale di servizio di pulizia delle camere monopolizza per il 90% della giornata l'ascensore, ed essendo un albergo su 7 piani è estremamente scomodo: all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto raggiungere la camera al 4 piano a piedi e con le valigie. Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e la via e i parigini […] particolarmente chiassosi. Se avete il sonno leggero, evitatelo. 酒店服务一流，早餐很好！距离地铁大约要走七八分钟。酒店斜对面有家超市，非常方便，很喜欢超市里的水果和煮熟的虾。唯一不满意的是，电梯小到几乎进不去一个大胖子。

impossible de faire fonctionner la climatisation,problème d'odeurs venant de la salle de bain due à un siphon de lavabo qui fuyait.Le personnel est très aimable,le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié et la nouvelle salle de restauration est très agréable.Un hôtel que je recommande de par son emplacement que pour la qualité de ses prestations.

Hotellet var godt placeret i gåafstand til de fleste af de berømte seværdigheder og offentlig transport. Det var en godt lille hotel med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Jeg må sige, at væggene mellem værelserne var meget tynde, og vi kunne høre alt hvad der foregik i værelserne ved siden af, hvilket var gernerende når man prøvede at tage en lur […] og 2 damer ved siden af snakkede løs. Badet er bygget, så det var umuligt at stå op hvis man skulle have brusebad og gulvet sejlede i vand bagefter. Ok hotel. Under ombygning. Havde et overraskende stille værelse, der var lille, men rent. Fremragende morgenmad, der dog ikke var billig. Lidt at gå til Metro.
