easy access comfortable and clean - breakfast eggs and all pastries but white toast and bagels gone within 1st 25 minutes in morning...we had an early flight and could not wait for anything to be restocked after 15 minutes

We stayed 1st and last night of our trip for airport convenience. Breakfast was nice 1st night or return trip we had an early flight and arrived at breakfast location 6:58am after being told breakfast started 7. There were tons of people eating and lines, eggs were gone and pastries and all but plain bagels. Also we called for directions from Turnpike […] and front desk did not know. They asked someone or read to us to take the exit of 36th NW which was not an exit from the Turnpike. We wasted a lot of time trying to fine. There are 3 similiar hotels so be sure to get address of the one that you are staying at. We had to call information to get the hotel to try to find our reservation at one of the 3 in order to get on the free airport shuttle our first night. There is a Comfort Inn and a Comfort Suites and also a Comfort Inn and Suties as we know now. Читати далі

Grubby, awful, dirty and run down hotel. Breakfast was okay and convenient location to the airport and pier. Would not stay here again. Free shuttle was impossible to find at the airport. Had to pay $15 to get to this dump.

The stay was ok. The comfort inn needs to be redone. You can tell mantiance is lacking. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint. The rooms need to be updated alttle. But the service was better then expected. Now the price was a little higher then I expected to pay for the lower quality.

The room itself wasn't bad but we couldn't adjust the thermostat and froze all night. I realize a smoking room will keep some odor, but the whole floor stank horribly because there wasn't any ventilation.

Perfect for an overnight stay before a cruise, the breakfast was good, but the coffee was very weak.

Because water leaked from the room above we had water on the rug near the bathroom. We asked for and received a new room which was fine. This hotel has two different towers, one rundown, the other new and very nice. The second room was in the new tower. But unless you pay for a suite here, you will likely be unhappy with your accommodation.

This hotel was a huge letdown. It was unclean and the room was awkward with a ton of wasted space. It was a large room with minimal furniture. It was old and outdated and the surrounding community did not feel safe. One of the two bathrooms was not flushed when we got in there. We found multiple stray hairs in the bath linens. After the 3rd room they got it right. would not stay there again. The only person who really looked after me was Genesis she was the front desk clerk. If not for her this hotel would rate not satisfied at all.

Itt was horrible, they would not let us check in until 3pm exactly. the room we camped out in was cold. Internet was slow. when we finally checked in we had a room that was not ready, so we changed twiced. Coming off a cruise ship it was a night mare.

Very bad... the service cannot be any worse. Pathetic staff. Wifi was advertised as free in the rooms.. however it was down right through my 4 day stay at the hotel. Exceptionally bad service , taking guests for granted

old hotel undergoing some renovations. ventilation in room didn't work and room was musty. Asked for a different room and staff accommodated but second room was only marginally better. wifi only worked in the lobby. Toilet didn't work well. won't stay here again.

Was not pleased with waiting for airport shuttle for an hour and then taking a cab. The hallways in the hotel was a disgrace with soiled carpets. The rooms smelled of moist mildew. No thanks never again

We stayed here for a night after our cruise after reading some reviews stating it was renovated. The staff were polite and the continental breakfast was good, but the room was renovated by the worst contractor in Miami. We did not feel clean in the room, not recommended, especially for an extended stay. Close to the airport though.

Bathroom needs urgent upgrade, especially the floor. Avoid scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. Both horrible. Good location but that is about it.

The lobby is nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful however the rooms would need to be updated.

This hotel was filthy - everything from the floors to the walls to the ceilings!! It was so disgusting we were afraid to sleep in the room. While checking in, the staff was extremely rude to another guest. In the morning when we saw the neighbohood, we saw that it was just as bad! Avoid this hotel...it does not deserve 1 star, let alone 2.

We booked this hotel to catch few hours of sleep between our flights as it is very near the airport and hotel provides a shuttle service . Also it was a comfort inn , so you normally associate the quality which comes with this brand , which is decent and clean accommodation.. However I was disappointed by cleanliness and breakfast. But what was worse […] , the toilets got blocked in the morning and staff first said maintainance staff will show up only @ 7:30 am , I asked if we can use another room but they declined. Then I used the one in the lobby , it was also blocked !!! , this hotel may have some plumbing issue as I saw many lined up at the only other toilet in the lobby that was not blocked :-). We finally checked out @ 8:30 and there was no sign of maintainance staff yet . We made our connection alright. Читати далі

This room needs to be updated ASAP. The room was old and outdated. I had an old tv on a swivel on the dresser. I had to keep hitting power on the remote to get it on as it would power itself off at the same time you turn it on. I woke up with a sore lower back. Very Old, dirty faded carpets - bad smell in room - old fasioned TV-no tv remote, had to ask for one. Worst of all, guest in room next to mine, depite my requests that he stop, was allowed to practice playing his electric bass player, all day till 8 PM. Unbelievable!!!! Only good thing was the buffet breakfast. Be warned.

This might be the worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay in. We saw the room and turned right around to leave. At the checkout counter the hotel employee didn't even respond when my husband said we were leaving. She just took the keys with no response at all. I would never recommend this hotel. I tried to change my reservation to another Choice hotel […] just down the street but the hotel told the reservation person that we were still there. It was horrible and bizarre. They would not acknowledge to Expedia, who we booked through, or to Choice Hotels, that we had left. They even hung up on the Choice Hotel person who was trying to help us. Unbelievably bad!!!! Check-in was fast by courteous staff. Hotel looks and feels faded, corridors carpets are old and faded, Room was ample with plenty hangers, TV, mini fridge,microwave and a coffee maker. But the windows were dirty and the frames were rusty, Same on the bath room, you can see some missing tiles under the sink counter, showing the rusty pipes. The room, […] the bathroom, toilets and shower were clean, nice towels and bedding sheets. Breakfast was average, with a selection of cereals,eggs, sausages breads and muffins, but with plenty guests serving themselves, the serving areas were messy, no dishware all is served on disposable plastic dishes. The hotel is very close to the airport with free shuttle that runs about every 1/2 hour. The hotel deck staff was very pleasant and efficient. I had inadvertently requested a smoking room. They quickly and without question changed my room. There is a deli style restaurant which is also where the breakfast is served. The only restaurant outside the hotel […] that is within walking distance is IHOP. The property is in disrepair. The room is also in disrepair and I questioned the cleanliness. The hotel is old and the doors keep jamming up, the rooms was non smoking but it still smelt of smoke, the carpet was old and worn out, the comforters smelt of smoke as well. My kids got locked in the bathrooms everytime they went in, the doors were hard to close and open. the room was not clean at all. I would never stay here again.

Neither the TV nor the phone worked. The room looked tired and the sheets seemed "used". The view of the airport from 11th floor was the best thing. The breakfast was good. Staff on reception were friendly

The front desk staff was help and hotel is located just a fe w minutes from the airport. However the room we got was unfortunately fowl smelling and the bothroom was unsanitary. The gym and game room are both well eqiuped.

The front desk and transporation staff was excellent! The room was okay. One side of the hotel was under renovation...it was discusting!! The breakfast/food area was very very unappealling. If I had to stay there more than one night I would have changed my hotel!
