"good value for the price"
Very nice ,clean room , with excellent shower room and well equipped.Great value for the price we paid but no real wow factor. I would possibly stay here again if visiting Coventry but wouldnt recommend it to anyone else as it was nothing special. Reception staff were not particularly helpful and verged on being rude.

I have stayed at the hotel twice now. On both occasions, I have been very happy. Rooms are very clean and staff friendly and very helpful. I will keep going back there whenever I am in Coventry.

I stayed 1 night 19th March and enjoyed my stay. Check in and out was trouble free with friendly, helpful reception staff. Room was comfortable, good bathroom particularly the excellent shower and very clean. Breakfast was the usual buffet style breakfast typical of most hotels of this type but of a reasonable standard. I only have one negative the […] bar service was very slow on a very quiet night. Decorating ongoing during my stay caused a little disruption and I did object to the smell of paint whilst eating breakfast! "Good - but there is better cheaper."
Very professional service - although I felt it was more of a 'you are required to do this for this standard of hotel' type service than a natural friendliness that I prefer. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not tempted by the Italian restaurant in the hotel, but a choice of 3 Indian restaurants over the road and a Thai just next door. A personal preference […] - I would rather have a choice of the many Freeview channels than the select few in the room where I had to pay extra to watch a film - The hotel chain should take an example from the budget hotels on this. "Pleasant stay"
The hotel was just what we needed, it was clean and convenient for the city centre. The staff were very helpful and polite and we thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay.

The best hotel in Coventry. Slightly out of centre but only a couple of minutes walk away. Get a taxi home from Coventry after dark..It'll cost £4 and you can get very lost in the subways.

broken shower , tv not tuned in properly, holes in sheets , very soft bed, charge for parking that was not mentioned when booked below stanard

Hvorfor bo trangt i B.ham når du kan få suite til sammenprisen i Coventry. I alle fall når målet for reisen Crufts på NEC. 10 min med toget fra Coventry! Flott hotell, supre rom og god service.
