Generally, nice and $30 per night cheaper than across the street. Could use new mattresses and new linens.

We were attending an art seminar in Decatur and the Forsyth location was close to the seminar, close to nice restaurants and enjoyed the mall walk after lots of sitting during the day. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory and the dining room was clean and well-maintained.

I have stayed here many times, this latest time for a week. They have remodeled and updated the rooms. Pool needs some remodeling and was told they would be doing that over 2012. My room was kept very clean and well supplied. The Breakfast buffet was better than average. They also had some freshly baked cookies as you enter the lobby. The bathroom shower had "hair" in it that did not belong to our family; the elevator was broken, the cable was out. Upon registration the clerk spent 10 minutes looking up our information even though I printed out my confirmation and gave it to her. Not crazy about this place. Too many other choices right in the same area.

Overall I like this hotel, but it's the little things. The hotel pool looked dirty. Don't know if it was, just looked dirty. Shower curtain smelled very musty. Hairdryer was dirty. Not a good impression.

One elevator was not sufficient. Pool small and crowded. It seemed to be a very busy Friday night and they were not capable of such a large crowd.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I only wish they weren't sold out all the time. I guess that comes with doing things right here. The indoor pool and spa was nice. No smoke odor or pet odors as I believe the entire property is free from both. The internet speeds were adequate and I was even able to download some music aside from my business needs. […] The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice and thick. I felt very cozy and wrapped up when sleeping. A fridge and microwave are in the room but concealed within the wood furniture. The desk had extra plugs so I could use my computer and charge two other devices as well. Blackout curtains made the room very dark at night but opened up to let in a lot of light during the day. Nice front staff...gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste when we lost all our luggage.

Toilet in our room did not work. It was never fixed. Due to a local convention, all hotel rooms in the vicinity were full. We had to use the restroom in the pool area on a different floor for the entire time.The hot tub was broken and according to hotel staff, it had been broken for 2 weeks. This motel is excellent - the people are friendly to deal with. They have a complimentary breakfast which leaves much to be desired - but that is the only downside to this specific location.

Hotel was out of plates for Sunday for breakfast had to eat waffles out of a bowl, and of course they ran out of hot food. Hotel was fully booked they should have planned better. Coffee was out in the lobby @ 9:30,10:30 and again at 12 when I checked out. The overnight stay at your hotel was fine. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice. The woman who prepared breakfast was very accomodating to the customers. I stayed at the same hotel back in 2006 and the service both times were great. I will stay there again. Sonya Mallory.

The pool was small but the hot tub was great. It was the cleanest one I have seen in a long time.

Room was spacious - however, there were cigarette burns on the comforter cover.... other than that, the room was CLEAN ....

Better that I expected. One thing comes to mind that needs improvement is the speed of the wireless service. (very slow)

We went to Decatur for the summer music festival and the transit dept in Decatur was terrific we had a knowledgeable driver that made the experience even better. He drove safely was on time and gave us a lot of info on the festival. Thank you.
