Baymont Inn and Suites Alexandria - Александрія

I was in town for a one day trip. Had to arrive late in the evening and leave early the next day. The hotel seemed to have been renovated/remodeled. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Would stay again if in town for a day or two.

Everything was fine with this hotel, except that when we went to breakfast, the eggs and sausage were ICE COLD. I think the can of Sterno that heats the pans must have gone out. This minor inconvience could have been easily resolved.

The soap tray looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was hair in it, soap scum. The vent in the bathroom had dust collected on all the slats. The wallpaper beside the shower was peeling away. If they don't pay attention to the small things then I'm concerned about the large ones. I expect more from Baymont.

I enjoyed my stay there. I had been staying at some of the hotel in Natchitoches LA when in that area and this hotel is by far leaps and bounds above those in that city.

This hotel is the best value for the dollar in Alexandria. It's far and away the best in its class. What sets this place apart is its comprehensive included breakfast, which has fruit, fresh waffles, and even french toast available together with the usual assortment of breakfast foods.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice large bathroom. Well kept-up hotel catering to business groups. Free continental breakfast included hot eggs and sausage - nice touch.

Seems to be recently renovated or fairly new. Great staff, really clean rooms, comfy bed & pillows. Free WiFi - always a plus.

the staff was wonderful. we needed a can opener in the middle of the night and the woman at the front desk helped us find one in the kitchen at 2 in the morning. They also were very flexible with late and early checkin and check out they helped us with everything. and they also have a nice pool to sit by and hang out at night next to. I research and read alot of reviews before I make a purchase or book a Hotel and I've stayed in places that have cost less than $40.00 a night and more than a $100.00 a night.Old and New.And one thing I can say is no Hotel is ever going to be 100% perfect all the time if ever.It requires a lot of work everyday with a limited staff.I work for Domino's […] Pizza and one of my pet peaves is how they expect us to continually do more work with less staff (LABOR COSTS) and then they complain when we can't meet their goals. Now about this Hotel,I booked 2 rooms and they were clean the beds were made and comfortable as were the pillows.The Hotel was very clean and looked nice the staff was very friendly and helpful.Some other guests did have some minor issues one room was supposed to have been cleaned it was marked by House Keeping as cleaned but wasn't.The evening Manager put them in another room and comped them a night stay on them.I was very happy with my stay here maybe because I work in the food industry I'm a little more tolerable and patient of Hotels and Restaurants.I travel a lot and have stayed in several hotels a little paint starting to peal in the bathroom didn't bother me it didn't cost me any sleep if you want perfect stay home otherwise I would highly recommend this Hotel.I and my companion enjoyed our stay here very much.2 thumbs up!!! :-) Читати далі

The road sign is kind of low compared to other hotel signs around location, so I had passed it up and had to circle back around.

My 2-night stay was good. Staff was great, and very helpful with answers to my questions. Nicely kept grounds, but surrounding neighborhood was a little questionable. However, I would visit again.

We were a little apprehensive when we read the some of the other reviews on line but we booked here anyway and we were very glad we did . The staff just could not have been more friendly . It was a great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The facilities were well maintained, very clean and smelled fresh. Convenient location with easy access to the highway and freeway. Food options are a bit limited but within five minutes is every type of fast food or other restaurant. I highly recommend the hotel.

loved the room; would suggest cutting down on perfume-y air fresheners. Hotel personnel courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Hotel sign little hard to see.

the only thing that was good about our stay was the hot breakfast,NO MICROWAVE in room,slow wireless internet,the room had several warning signs about theft... made me feel like I was in prison...never again.

Location of hotel was great easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping . The lady who checked us in was very helpful. We went to ask about late check out and the guy was totally rude. Also, when I called to book a room the guy was super short and rude. I ended up booking through this website so I didnt have to deal with him. Our room was nice […] and clean. Like that it is off the highway, but close to restaurants. Have never had problem with noise. Think most of the people staying here are in town for business. Amenities are good. You can tell some of the furnishings are old but a overall clean room.

I booked a King. Got there, room was humid and remained that way, I turned the air as low as it could go but it did not help. The humidity wasn't a big deal, so I just stuck through it. But later, toilet backed up. I went to front desk, was given a plunger and told to fix it myself. I tried, then the toilet overflowed and ran onto the bathroom floor. […] Finally, front desk attendant decided to give me another room, a 2 doubles room (downgrade). In this room the TV did not work. The front desk attendant tried to fix it, about 15 minutes later, he gave up. I was given yet another room, 2 doubles again. Noisy, guests partying into the late hours. Other guests banging on my door in the middle of the night. Was home for a funeral and did not appreciate not being able to get any sleep. Will never stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. The beds were soo comfortable and the room was clean. We all slept like a rock during our stay here. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. They had a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not in the best part of town. Restaurants are not that close. Breakfast was poor, always late, and rarely was the coffee fresh. Access to the hotel is a bit difficult located on a one way service road next to the highway. On the plus side. There is plenty of parking, rooms are large and clean, and the staff are kind and professional
