"Hyatt Park Central"
Great staff & gorgeous, modern, clean room at a great price. Will stay again.
I loved staying here, check in is very quick the staff is really friendly, and everything is near by!

Hyatt has always ment exceptional rooms and beds. My room the carpet was stained and dirty, the bed was really uncomfortable. The walls were chipped and dirty. Service was ok, but when I went to check out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, no one in their breakfast area. I have had to stay at several hotels in the area from the Crowne […] Plaza to the Studio Motel 6. And when I can say the Studio Motel 6 had nicer carpeting and a much better bed, that is pretty sad. "Great place in a convenient spot"
The room was more of a suite with a full couch and fridge. Only downside was super-loud AC and breakfast ended too early.

This is a great hotel and a great price. The only complaint that I have is that I saw a silver fish in the restroom. It was cold so that maybe the reason other than that it was a great hotel.

There is a nearby running/biking trail that I've used, seems like it goes on for miles, I was told all the way to downtown Dallas, which is plenty too far for me.

The main problems that I had with the hotel was first that due to its location it was hard to get in and out of, and the parking lot was poorly designed. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. The biggest problem, however, was the failure of the staff to perform maid service after the first night of my two da stay. I was away from the hotel all day […] and when I returned about 8 PM I was told that the cleaning staff were all gone and nothing could be done other than giving me a pile of clean towels that I had to carry upstairs. "AWESOME for the price!"
This was by far the best hotel, both service-wise and room-wise that I've stayed in for its modest price. The rooms were HUGE, clean, SUPER comfortable and TOTALLY affordable! I'm going to look for Hyatt Place hotels in EVERY city I ever travel to from this point on. In general, Hyatt hotels are usually a step above their competition - this hotel was […] nicer, cleaner, and more user-friendly than the (terrible) Westin hotel I stayed in on my anniversary! I have stayed in this facility before and had a good experience. The staff is very accomodating but on this visit - the room I was given smelled of marijuana. Apparently the previous guest had ignored hotel policies and the law and just had a "Smoke Out" in the room. It smelled awful and caused my allergies to get all worked up. "Poor cleaning"
When I returned to my room from sightseeing the sofa bed was not put back there was a towel lying in the tub the bathroom floor was not clean there was an empty toilet roll on the vanity with its holder I had no new soap or shampoo. I do not recommend this hotel.
Clean with spacious rooms. Close to 75 and 635. No hot breakfast just bagels,donuts,fruit andcereal.

"Great hotel; Great Location; Very Clean 5 Stars!"
The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is new-ish, clean and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Good location--easy access to N Central Expressway. (Easy to get to good shopping and restaurants.) The continental breakfast was good--but I have had better. They rotate oatmeal one day then biscuits and gravy the next, then […] oatmeal...Then they had a variety of fruit, cereals and breads. Meat/eggs cost $7-ish extra made-to-order. The staff was friendly and helpful, Our room was nice. The hotel was located in the middle of all the shopping places my wife wanted to hit up. At first I was going to give the hotel a bad review. Simply because the young 20 year old working the front desk was VERY unprofessional. But the whole experience turned around the next morning. "As home as away from home can be"
I went to Dallas for a conference with 2 other people. The room we had was comfortable and was prepared with the 3rd bed (that's in the sofa) already pulled out ready for us. Even though driving through Dallas was a nightmare, once we got to the hotel it was as calm and relaxing as possible. A few people have complained about the bathrooms, and I do […] agree, it's difficult to close the door normally, but the water pressure and consistent hot water more than made up for it. "Excellent Hotel"
I would definitely stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and my room was great! The 42 inch TV was wonderful. Also, I had the continental breakfast but saw others having a hot meal. It was a great experience!!!
Their people at the front desk were great help find some great entertainment and the very best Italian restaurant I ever been to. The rooms were nice and had a big tv.

"Convenient and clean"
Location was convenient, facility was clean and staff was friendly. Great value for the price. I'll be back. (My only beef: I've become accustomed to having toothpaste provided in the room at a Hyatt Place, and they were out.)

The Continental Breakfast, was very lousy. It was low in all Foodstuffs offered. With the Hotel presumptously being full because of the that special weekend in Dallas, I still think that correct forethought could have possibly eliminated this problem. Also, the availability of Coca Cola and other vending products sturck me as being most unusal. Parking was also at a premium. "Second time and just as good"
We have stayed here on two seperate visits and had a great stay both times. The hotel is right off the expressway and about 10 minutes from downtown. The hotels in the downtown area are more expensive and charge for parking. The parking was free and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.
