Staff friendly & helpfull. Breakfast more than adequate. Close to shopping &restaurants & interstates. Highly recommend.

"Homewood in Columbus"
Room was not clean when we checked in, hair on bathroom sink and on the floor. We stayed two nights and housekeeping never came to clean our room. We were unable to order movies on the bedroom tv. The facility was somewhat in need of upgrades--it was an older building--but the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There was an uncovered window adjacent to the bedroom door, and that hampered privacy. The breakfast and dinner service (included in the price) made the overall value very good.

Very comfortable atmosphere for our family of four. Although the living space/kitchen area in the king bed suite was a bit small, the bedroom and bath was very comfortable and decorated in simple elegance. The complimentary breakfast was very good offering a wide variety of choices including hot items- the eggs were unexpectedly good!

The King suite with a fireplace is the way to go! Perfect location to the Winking Lizard. Clean, Quiet and big!

"Nice experience"
Met incredably nice people. This hotel offers a dinner from Monday through Thursday. The two cooks were so friendly and did a very good job. I forgot my cereal and they just gave me some to make in my room. The manag was very courteous and gave us good ideas about restaurants. I enjoyed my rooms. We had a sitting room, a separate bedroom,and a separate […] toilet and make up area. Out bed was sup comfortable. We were situated neat wonderful shopping and very good restaurants. "Topnotch customer service"
We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Worthington for our daughter's wedding. It was great to have the extra space of a suite. Having a separate bedroom with a door made our stay very quiet and was nice when several of us were changing into our wedding finery. I had booked a separate suite for my mother-in-law and she was welcomed with balloons and a […] snack bag as the "guest of the day", which made her day for a month! The hotel was quiet, very conveniently located near several good restaurants, the warm breakfast buffet was fantastic (a different breakfast meat all 3 mornings) and left nothing to be desired. Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The manager, when he found out that my mother-in-law had decided against bringing her wheelchair on the trip and now badly needed one, went out of his way to borrow a wheelchair from a sister hotel at no charge! "Homewood Suites - Worthington"
It's a quiet and pleasant location, convenient to I270. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. We were discomfited by our room telephone which rang at odd intervals disturbing our sleep. Also, we had to ask for extra wash cloths. Overall, we stay again.

We suppose to be in a nonsmoking room and I came in with my 3 kids including a two months old baby and we were put in a smoking room even though we book a nonsmoking room. We call earlier when we were running late for our reservation just knowing that we will arrive late, and to let the hotel receptionist be aware and give us the adress for the hotel. […] But when we got there they gave us a smoking room and said that they ran out of nonsmoking rooms, and promise us to send a fabreeze spray to take out the smoke smell out of the room and later that day they will also give us a nonsmoking room, but non of this ever happen, we stay in that room until it was time to checkout. So I was very disppointed a lot ,I even want to call back to ask for at least one night refund for such a great disappoint. But all in all I like the hotel even though the service on my first stay wasn't great at all but the hotel and neighborhood and the look inside the room was nice and most of all the complimentary breakfast was great. That was my best and only enjoyment from the hotel. Comparing with my Bluegreen resort timeshare the rooms are similar but at blue green resort we don't have a complimentary breakfast like we had at HomeWood and we really hope upon our return in November it is going to better for us and more improve.
