Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Waterfront - Берлінгейм

Was under construction. Pool freezing cold we were advised to go swim at the Hilton. We had two rooms and were excellent only drawback was that one of the rooms thermostat was not working well .All problems completely fixable. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay the suites was pleasant, a calm environment if you're on a business trip. The hotel isn't far from San Francisco and a morning run along the water is fantastic! Although the rooms are clean the one thing that I found very disappointing was the glass doors that go to the balconies, they haven't been cleaned in ages!!! There are water marks and […] dust that don't seem to be recent so it's easy to tell no one every cleans them. If you get a room with a view, you're lucky otherwise the view won't be that great. It's a little overpriced for the outdated furniture and overall look of the inside. If you were to ask me if I'd stay there again I would say, definitely! The small issues aren't that big of a deal but more a recommendation that would push the ratings and overall experience up a notch or two. Читати далі

We stayed here for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. We pick this hotel because it is located on the bay and we didn't want to pay the downtown SF parking rates. The staff was wonderful and they more than made up for the fact that there was a bit of construction still going on. It was our 25th anniversary and they sent a card signed by the staff, […] champagne and a great cheese plate. Just what we needed to start off our getaway. We loved the hotel and the bay walk. The hotel is great but was having major refurbishment during our 3 day stay Access from the car park to reception was tortuous to say the least. A complementary breakfast was appreciated but it was served in an uninspiring room which was crowded. The food on offer was limited (especially hot food) at breakfast. Generally, this is a nice place. But, while under construction, I'm surprised they still charge the full rate. The pool is closed, the place is noisy during the day.

Loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great view and great location. My family and I loved it. The only thing we didn't like is that the rooms do not have bath tubs. The bathrooms are shower only and it resembled a hospital bathroom. Too much noise, awaken up with grilling and bangging from the construction. They should fix it as early as possible.

construction while we were there but they did try to limit the noise. condition of the room and hall ways was not up to the usual standards we expected from Embassy Suites. Would stay at another Embassy suites probably but more than likely not this property.

The hotel's atrium is undergoing a major renovation and is completely closed off to all hotel guests. The swimming pool is also closed. The hotel did offer free Internet access as compensation for the closed swimming pool. The room was very acceptable and the location is good. Shuttle to airport runs every 35 minutes to airport.

Hotel is undergoing massive renovations so the center of the hotel is off limits. Rooms are large, but dated. Breakfast was just ok

This hotel was great, except we stayed during the atrium renovation so there was plenty of construction going on. We also did not have access to the pool/spa but were allowed to use the pool at the Hilton. The room was great and so was the service. The view from our room was beautiful. My family would definitely return to this hotel again.

As has been the case with all of our stays at this Embassy Suites, everything (well, except for the major remodeling going on) was wonderful. The folks at the front desk were attentive, professional and personable. The Manager's cocktail reception was nice. the only disappointment was the food. although there was a variety I did not feel the omelets were that great. they were too cheesy. Front desk staff named SEAN was very helpful and courteous . The hotel should be honored to have him on staff. The housekeeping staff was wonderful especially Jolie.

First of all, Hotels.com did not make clear that this property is in the midst of major renovation, but I can hardly blame Embassy Suites for that. The rate was decent and the Front Desk comped all the regular surcharges: Parking, Wifi, and cooked-to-order breakfast. The double bed suite was roomy, but why double beds?? More than enough room for two […] queen size beds. That would be my only complaint about the room. Once the renovations are complete, the property will be undoubtedly gorgeous. You can be just as sure that the low rate I got from hotels.com will go way up and all the surcharges will be back! The location is great, easy access to US101, right on the bay with the bay trail right out the back door. The cooked-to-order breakfast wasn't all that great. There were great queues after 8am and the food wasn't spectacular. The daily 5-7pm happy hour of complimentary cocktails was nice, but who knows if that will still be there after the renovations are done. Staff is friendly and efficient. the hotel is under renovations. the atrium area was closed and the cocktail hour as well as the breakfast area were moved. the breakfast was not cooked to order as advertised.would have not stayed there if these conditions were known.

looking forward to another chance to stay in a hotel like this. considering it was undergoing renovation, the room is very comfortable, free internet with excellent signal ,able to do things like at home.watch cable, netflix,use internet for business and household purposes...breakfast is excellent,classic looking building and furniture inside...

I specifically asked when I booked the room if they had an indoor pool. They said they did but did not tell me IT WAS CLOSED FOR REMODELING!!! That does not seem very honest and I am seriously annoyed. Also not mentioned, parking is $20 a NIGHT and the hotel is in Burlingame, not exactly the premium high rent district.
