Savoy Hotel Frankfurt - Франкфурт

This hotel is very easy to find being located right next to the Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt. The area is a bit seedy, and I wouldn't recommend spending to much time outside after dark being that it is near the red light district. When I was there the hotels hot water pipe broke so I didn't have a warm shower. The elevators were out of service, and breakfast […] was moved to another hotel, which still cost me 15 euro for cold cuts and bread. A days worth of internet was 12 euro as well. If you are looking simply for a place to sleep, this hotel might be for you, but then again that might be hard, considering that you hear trains coming and going at all hours of the night. Other then that, the hotel was actually very nice. It had a comfortable lobby. The rooms were small, even by European standards. They have small T.Vs in the room but there is a "pay tv" button on the remote, and if you press that then you get billed for that as well. All in all, if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep before you fly out in the morning, it might not be a bad place. If you are looking for anything complementary, you will not find that here (except the newspapers in the lobby) Читати далі

hotel service and reception are good two main bad things in the hotel: 1- no room service 2- curtains in the room are very transparent which makes you wake with the sun rise , it needs black out actually this is a serious disadvantage. safe box wasn't working , I left a notice many times , no reply.

This hotel seemed to take pride in making the guests feel comfortable. We stayed in this hotel two nights on our trip but with space between the two visits. The first time we checked in the room was not ready, so they gave us a space to put our bags and explore the city while we were waiting for the room to be made ready. When we got to the room it […] was extremely clean. Plus, the room (on our first stay only for some reason) had a free mini bar stocked with a couple beers, juices, waters, and a coke. This was a nice surprise in making your guests feel comfortable. We did have to pay for the mini bar on our second trip and we are actually not sure why as we reserved a nicer room for the second stay of our trip. The bar staff was nice and diligent in bringing drinks out the the patio where we could people watch. The staff at the front desk help us discover an amazing German Style restaurant. I needed a room for one night that would be conveniently located near the train station and this was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to others located in the area. The room was small was small and I got the twin bed, but that was ok because I was traveling alone. I could hear sounds from outside, but it was acceptable. Hotel was as described clse and easy to the main train station (link to airport). Hotel was clean and comfotable with helpful staff.

Considering the price and location of the hotel, this was a great deal, the receptionist friendly, the room small but tidy and clean, quiet and the choices of the breakfast buffet really good, overall a good experience for a good price.

For a one day stay coming to or from Europe it is okay. They don't have free internet use for hotel guests - all the other hotels we used in Europe had at least one in the lobby if not in our room. The charge to use theirs was over 12 euros for 24 hours. I only needed to use it for less than 5 minutes to send an e-mail to family - better for me to make […] a phone call and check than pay this high fee. Not far from the hotel is a internet fee for use and it was very reasonable. The hotel drapes in our room were very dirty and didn't close - the lights from all the buildings was quite bright. I can say the breakfast was good. The room cleaning person was friendly and did a good job. That's about all I can say positive. The bar attendant was cheating customers - short shots, beer glasses with 1/3 foam. and to top it off, most unfriendly. The safe in the room was inoperative. The steam bath and sauna were inoperative. The pool seemed full […] of an excessive amount of slimy chemicals. The hotel was situated near the red light district. Flew into Frankfurt for one night stay and needed a place close to the train station. This hotel was perfect for my needs and the price was right. Right across the street from the train station, so it was cheap and easy to get to from the airport. Bed was comfortable and quiet. I slept like a rock and would stay there again.

in the shower NO HOT WATER AT ALL,in the sink discasting brown hot water,yellow cold water with dirt or some dark resedu,after waiting for half hour at list running the water STILL NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER!!!! Check out time one women was playing with some invoices in the frontdesk otherone was on the phone disregard me staying there try to check […] out so after 20 minutes I said ok dont have more time I have to live,then finaly the women on the phone came out from the little office and helped me with making a ugly face!!!!!! This hotel is sold as a 4 star hotel. I would say that it would struggle to receive a 2 star rating in the US. There is no AC in the rooms, which in the summer months makes for a very hot, stuffy stay. Being on one of the main streets in Frankfurt, opening the window to let in air also lets in noise from the street, road and tram line. Location is good for access to railway and therefore airport. Room small, no central heating, given heater that did not work, blind did not go down therefore no block out at night. Staff did nothing about the central heating. Very expensive internet compared with Berlin.

Great price! Very convenient to the main train station which is across the street. Bed for two was only a double bed and was expecting a king size. Room size was tiny but clean. Breakfast was 16 Euro's so we opted out. The Red Light disctrict is only 3 blocks away and some of the guest looked questionable. You can't get any more convenient than the hotel you can see as soon as you exit the train station. Unfortunately, the area around the train station is what you would expect. A typical small room with no air conditioning, leaving your window open will mean hearing a good deal of noise at night. In addition to the hotel room, you have to pay for the Internet connection (EUR 12,50 / 24 h) and breakfast. Sum it up and you can get a better hotel for the same total.

The Hotel is located right accross the street from the Frankfurt Haupt Bahnhof and, therefore, easy to get to from the airport (by train). It is also very close to the numerous resturants of Sachsenhausen and to the Haupt Banhof U-Bahn station (and the City's extensive U-Bahn system, in turn, provides easy access to virtually all of Frankfurt and the […] surounding area). The hotel rooms were comfortable, but did not have air conditioning. And since it was relatively hot during our four day stay, this made the hotel stay less than ideal. However, for most trips to Frankfurt the lack of air conditioning wouldn't be a problem. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but we found numerous relatively inexpensive options accross the street in the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Not entirely sure about the 4 star rating (I have stayed in better 4 star hotels), BUT... the service could not be faulted, the rooms were clean and the breakfast each morning was FANTASTIC!

El hotel se encuentra justo enfrente a la estación de tren. Si la habitación asignada da a la calle es muy ruidosa, enfrente hay un bar donde se escucha el ruido de la gente hasta tarde y el movimiento de trenes empieza desde temprano. Es fácil desplazarse desde el hotel a cualquier lado. No es nuevo pero funciona. Limpio, buen servicio.

Ótimo custo beneficio, localizado próximo a estação de trem e metro, ficando fácil a locomoção para o aeroporto. Atendentes atenciosos e prestativos.

Hotell Savoy är ett bra hotell som ligger 2 minuter gångväg från huvudstationen i Frankfurt och lika nära S-bahn och annan lokaltrafik. gutes Preis Leisungs Verhältniss

駅近です。朝食はついていませんが駅には食べるとこがかなりあるので困りません。 wi-fiは一日で１０ユーロほどだったと思います。 隣とドア一枚でつながっているので声がかなり通ります。 部屋は小さいですが必要なものは全部そろっています。 帰りに日本人の団体客と遭遇しました。 ツアーでよく利用されるのかもしれませんね。 荷物はこころよく預かってくれました。

Synes prisen er litt høy i forhold til standard. Ble veldig overrasket da jeg sto med ene døren til dusjkabinettet i hendene. Kan lett skje en ulykke der. Dette skyldtes dårlig vedlikehold/rapportering. Døren manglet en del som så ut til å ha vært borte lenge. Om rompersonellet vasker i dusjen vil dette bli oppdaget med en gang. Dommage que le restaurant n'offre pas de repas du soir, pour des français en allemagne, bon accueil malgré la barrière de la langue. le patron parle un peu français. Les chambres sont très agréables.

sehr günstige Lage, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut nicht ausreichend. Fenster nicht isoliert und dämmen absolut keinen Straßenlärm

wir haben dieses Hotel zum dritten mal ausgesucht weil es nahe am Flughafen (15 Min. im Zug) und zentral zur Innenstadt liegt. Besonders geniessen wir den Saunabereich abends nach einem winterlichen Stadtbummel.Am nächsten Tag kanns beliebig in eine Richtung weitergehen beim 3 Min. nahen Hauptbahnhof.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nur einige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es direkt an der Strasse liegt und dadurch die Zimmer auf dieser Seite den Lärm der Strasse auch in der Nacht hören. Sonst ist alles sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Det har vistnok fire stjerner, men tror det er en for mye. Trenger man en seng og en dusj uten en masse ekstra, er dette et helt greit hotell. Perfekt for deg som skal rundtom i byen og først og fremst trenger et sted å sove og hvile litt mellom slagene. Skal du "bade i luksus" finnes det bedre hoteller.
