While the lobby of this hotel is quite nice, the rooms themselves are extremely disappointing. The bathrooms in particular are in horrible condition. When I stayed at this hotel, the power went out in the hotel and did not come back on. The desk personnel said a breaker was thrown. Apparently, they do not have a back up generator.

I checked in for 1 night as I had early flight the next day. During the night, water flooded from pool or piping and shorted out electricity. No notice in mornig from staff for wakeup calls. Halls were very dark, probably an oridiance violation for emergency lighting. The room and all was nice but just poor coordination on management's part to notify […] and help guests. The hotel was an older but still a very nice hotel. It is right next to the airport so for convenience it is nice but it was a bit noisy with planes taking off. As well, it is next to a railroad track. It was quiet from around 10pm to 5am. Very convenient hotel to get into after a long and boring flight. Gym on site is really cool to get up and running when you wake up. I whould recommend this hotel, polite and nice staff.

I really think a free cup of Java in morning would be nice. Great location. Great price.

The convenience of the hotel’s location was what prompted us to stay here as we had an early morning flight to catch – but the service left something to be desired. The hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and also some structural repairs because there was evidence of water damage on many ceiling areas and the carpeted floors felt like they […] were sagging as you walked across them – a sign of shoty construction/water damage. The room furnishings were adequate and comfortable although some of the décor was obviously dated. One wing appeared to be “under construction” so hopefully they are making the necessary fixes. The most disappointing thing was the restaurant. There are not many restaurants nearby, and after driving for many hours we wanted to stay in and have a relaxing dinner. So the restaurant at the hotel seemed to be our best bet. We were sadly mistaken. Since we stayed on the 26th of Dec, the hotel appeared to be mostly empty. Their “fine dining” restaurant was closed and only their casual dining & bar were open. There were only one or two other couples in the restaurant when we entered so we expected service might be swift. Not so - the one staff person at the bar gave no greeting or acknowledgement of our arrival as we entered, and we had to wait 5 min before they came to our table to greet us. They spent most of their time wiping down the bar and watching the TVs rather than waiting on the guests. Once our drinks were ordered we had to wait 10 more min until the staff person appeared again and then 5 more min to place our food order and receive our drinks. We actually went to refill our own water at the empty bar. The food was no faster. When they finaly delivered the food they did not stay long enough to ask if everything was ok. In fact, they never came back to ask. The poor service left such a bad taste in our mouth that when we travel that way again, we will choose a different hotel. The Radison is across the street from the Ontario Convention Center and is convenient if your business is there. The hotel is nice and nothing bad to report. it has a gym, and other amenities. If i'm going to be in the Ontario area again, I would stay here as long as the price is right.

I had a nice comfortable night in my room. There was no complimentary breakfast, and meal cost were extremely high, however I still enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.

General overall impression is that the property needs a make over. When I arrived the back access door to the second and third floor elevator was off the hinge and hanging crooked across the door frame percluding access to my room. When I arrived did arrive at my room the door key did not work prompting a return to the front desk for a re-encoding of […] the card. As to the the room, impressions of clean with the exception of a large grape under a a side chair,stains/ or unusual dots on the comforter / bedspread and the coffee maker was missing the filter tray so "no coffeee for you". This upscale hotel is surprisingly affordable.

I had a nice quite stay at the hotel, I wanted to be pretty much left alone and it was done. The blind in my room did not close all the way and I was on the first floor but I managed to fix it so it would cover the rest of the window. I loved the gym it was great. overall I would stay here again.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Much larger rooms than I expected and very well appointed. Also had a free shuttle to the airport that is what really sold me on the hotel. Staff were very nice. I'd stay there again.

I love this hotel, I stay here frequently. I like the price, location and love the late check out 2 or 3 pm. Has full gym with three raquet ball, tennis and basketball courts. Pool is great and very peaceful, feels like a short getaway.

Convenient to Ontario airport but limited food service.

Your staff from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out was ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! Kuddos to your staff their hospitality and their ability to multi task was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank You!!!

Very clean room, extremely comfortable bed, although the jacuzzi was not cleaned often enough, it was still a pleasant stay.

Consider it an exceptional value. Very clean & very nice. Had a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Being close to the airport thought it might be noisy but it was not.

The facility was clean including my room. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my one night of bliss away from my family. I slept soundly and woke up well-rested. My ONLY complaint was with the intersection where I cross a busy street to the convention center from the hotel. The walk light was NOT long enough and the curb drop didn't line up […] at all with the cross walk. I had to walk in wet grass to access the button to request a cross light. My schedule changed and I tried to cancel my reservation 2 days in advance and they still wanted to charge. The cutoff time to cancel was only 6 hours after I booked and I booked 3 days in advance. As a 5 star plus customer of Hotels.com the Raddison should take notice as I will not be staying in any of their hotels in the future.

gorgeous Hotel very nice professional staff The food was very good. TV remote did not work but truth be told that would be the ONLY Neg about this property. Price...location...clean...professional and friendly I would stay here again!

Really liked this hotel. We travel to LA at least once a week and will probably make this a regular stop.

I stay in hotels every couple months, and I must say this is one of the best!!!

Hotel was a bit older, but it looks like they've been renovating. Room was great. Bathroom very small and no tub - just shower. Pool was great and so was the gym. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is old and run down. The first room they assigned me to had stains on the furniture and it smelled of urine. The second room was cleaner but again very old furnishings, carpet and bathroom needs updating. One positive was the bartender in the D street lounge, very nice and attentive but overworked. It was a very clean room and the hotel is close to the airport as well as the Ontario Mills Mall. It was a very comfortable stay.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The price was affordable. What more can I say?

I found this Hotel to be just what my wife and I needed for an early flight out of Ontario. I could leave my vehicle and not worry. Thanks

the rooms need to be updated to fit the style of the hotel!! toilet r too low and the ac leaked also. I guess this room was set up for Hotels.com specials only
