We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, and the dog enjoyed it too :)

We stayed at the hotel to attend the Ontario convention center. After a small problem with our reservation, we found the hotel to be a great value compared to other close hotels. It had a complimentary hot breakfast and internet. Room and especially the beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Pros: great location, walking distance to the convention center and other dining establishments. Great complimentary breakfasts, much better than other places I've stayed that offered complimentary breakfasts. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Rooms are equipped with a Microwave and a mini refrigerator which came in handy for our week long stay. Loved […] the little sitting areas located in our hallway. This mad it nice to get out of the room especially when housekeeping was making our room. Cons: Depending where your room is at, you could be woken by trains blowing their horns as the go by in the middle of the night, but many of the hotels in this area also have this problem. They offer free WiFi, though from our room it was spotty and dropped many times. Air conditioner/heater worked for the most part, though we tried to get the fan to stay on for "white" noise and it kept shutting off. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others. We had an excellent stay. The hotel staff was incredible, the accomodations were great! We arrived late and the car rental place was closed, so the shuttle came and picked us up in five minutes. They couldn't have been nicer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

My number one criteria for a hotel is a comfortable bed and this hotel had great beds! The room was very spacious and the overall decor was nice. The free breakfast was great-- I had the "omlette of the day" for 3 days and it was filled with good fresh vegetables and not too much cheese. With a happy hour that includes two free glasses of wine, a buffet of veggies and a nice place to have an inexpensive dinner this is a bargain hotel with luxury. The cooked breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. This is a great hotel for the money and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a pet friendly room as we had 2 cats with us. It was across the hall from the hotel laundry room and my wife could here the washers starting up at night which kept her up. They also need to shampoo the carpets in the room more often. Other than that, nice hotel. great place to stay....the staff is the best

The hotel is located behind the ayres suites. Run down lobby no elevator and train running all night. At breakfast the cook touched a mop and dirty dishes and then handled food without washing hands or wearing gloves. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the $$$$! Would have had better accommodations elsewhere.

Nice place. Very, very close to airport. Shuttle driver was very friendly. We only stayed the 1 night in order to catch an early flight so we didn't look around too much. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fabulous shower!

Ayres Hotels have always been reasonably priced, comfortably furnished, and staffed with helpful friendly people. But go there for the breakfasts. They are unbeatable anywhere!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We actually were very impressed with the staff s well. We accidentally left 500.00 cash on the nightstand as was very impressed that it was still there when we returned after housekeeping had came in.

Great Business Hotel. We rented 3 rooms for attending a conference. Two of the rooms were great, but the room on the second story facing east could hear train whistles all night. The accommodations and Staff were great except for that one room. I highly recommend the hotel except the second story directly over the lobby looking over the pool.

A "sweet" place to stay. Convenient location, reasonable rates, friendly, courteous service, comfortable rooms, very well maintained.

We got our money's worth. The breakfast was just okay, but it was "free" so you can't really complain. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!!

Beautiful! Would stay every time I come to Ontario. Breakfast individually cooked was lovely, lobby is fabulous, and staff so helpful. A Winner for sure!

My famliy and I traveled to So. Cal for a football game at Pomona Pitzer College, and I choose the Ayers hotel based on the location, free hot breakfast offer, and guest reviews. I was impressed with the hotel, it's ammenities, and the front desk staff. The breakfast is very well done, with cook to order omlets, choice of egg preparation and so on. […] The only drawback is the woman who prepares the breakfast. Her name is Maria, and she is not friendly at all, and downright rude at times. I know that previous reviews indicate that she is very nice, but that was not my experience. Maria was so rude that I was hesitant to go back to the breakfast room the next day for my meal. I was hoping that she had the day off, but no such luck. Even my cheerful "goodmorning" greeting was met with a hard stare, so I decided not to tip her like we did the previous day. My husband observed her behavior with other guests and she was rude to them as well. There were certain guests that she was "friendly" towards; but I don't want to touch on that subject, because it's inappropriate on such a public forum (but it's blatantly obvious if you observe). This was my second time staying here. I was going to book at another hotel just because it was $20 less, but then I found out they had a "NO GUEST" policy and I have co-workers and family that visit me when I am in Ontario and I thought why would I pay to stay somewhere that I can't have a visitor in my room and I'm paying for it? Besides they aren't […] doing themselves any favors, because every time I have someone visit me at the Ayres they say what a great place/room it is and I'm sure they get business from that. So last minute I changed our room to Ayres Boutique, I was lucky they had a king room available night before my trip and that the price was still reasonable. I love the Ayres Boutique and I have never had this problem before, but the bathroom wasn't clean, there was pee drops on the toilet seat and long dark hairs in the bathroom....I didn't notice it right away, otherwise I would have asked for another room, but instead I just used their washcloth and shampoo and wiped everything down myself.....I also didn't like that my room faced the parking lot, whenever I stayed there before I had a room that faced the back of the building, I guess, because I didn't hear car alarms outside my window. Next time I will ask for a room that doesn't face the parking area and also will check everything out before I get settled in. For the good things: they have an excellent free made to order breakfast, please tip the lady well who makes it as it is free and she does a great job of making it just like you want it! I wasn't feeling good this time in the a.m. so I didn't do the breakfast and I really wish I could have. They have eggs, waffles, pancakes, meat, potatoes, toast, cereal, milk, juice, muffins, fresh fruit, beats buffet any day! At 5 pm they have a "reception snack" and it's something light like lunch meat, cheese, crackers, olives, soda; but will hold you over until dinner time. We were plesantly surprised by this hotel. For the money it was an exceptional deal. It is very well appointed, and the room was very comfortable. The only down side was the restaurant. We have had better food at Olive Garden, and were distracted by flies. On the up side, we were given a free dessert due to the flies.

I had never been to Ontario before, but had to be there on business. Someone suggested the Ayres Boutique as being a nice and reasonable place to stay. I thought the hotel was very nice, quiet, and the staff very accomodating. The amenties were good, although I will take my own toilet paper if staying there again as they have the worst TP. ugh.... I […] also wish they gave you rugs to stand on for in front of the vanity and in front of the tub. The tile looks nice, but is cold on the feet. I had to use hand towels to stand on and I hated to put them on the floor since they were towels and not rugs. The made to order breakfast was GREAT, the lady who cooks it is wonderful, be sure to tip her well after all you are getting a free breakfast. My eggs were done perfectly each day, and the food and service really great. It's nice if you clean off your own table so she doesn't have to do it as she is really busy cooking. They had choice of eggs, pancakes, waffles, along w/potatoes, meat of the day, 3 choices of toast, fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, milk, coffee, juices, water. Super deal, free made to order breakfast was a selling point for me for sure. No restaurant in the hotel, but one in the siser hotel behind it. Room service 5 - 10 pm also. Lots of places to eat nearby. Starbucks across the street~! Ask for extra towels at the front desk for the pool. The pool and spa very nice and warm. I tipped the maids and asked them not to bother me, and got some supplies from them, they were very accomodating and seemed surprised that I tipped "not to clean" LOL but I prefer not to have anyone in my room. The room was nice and comfortable, the frig could have been colder, they charge to listen to music on the tv, yikes $9.95 for 120 minutes, but they have an fm radio and next time I will remember to bring my ipod. This place was wonderful! The service was top notch from checking into the hotel, to them calling us and making sure we were satisfied, to the restaurant and waiter Paul, to the free breakfast the next morning. I was very impressed with how clean and nice the room and the hotel was. Especially for what little it cost us! I believe when you stay at the same brand of Hotel. When the only differents is location. You should receive the same qualtiy Hotel, service, and amenities. Unfortunatly to my surprize I was wrong. Lovely hotel with European charm in a convenient location (especially when flying in/out of ONT), and a great cooked to order breakfast!

The customer service was excellent. Everyone assisted you with a willingness. A very nice place to stay away from home.

Upon checking in the room was 62 degrees, and the room smelt so bad from room deodorizer that it was unbearable. Then I asked for a 4am wake up call that I never received. All in all experience was horrible.

Was given room keys and they didn't work. So we were then provided another room (across from check in desk employee entrance/exit door). One key still didn't work to this room. Early in the morning we kept hearing their door opening and slamming, along with loud voices.
