Allthough the room was clean and the pool was nice - do not go to this hotel if you need to sleep. I stayed three nights here - could not leave since all other local hotels booked. (1) the hotel should have mentioned that it was under construction. Wires, plastic screenings, construction materials in common areas. (2) guests from Asuza Pacific Univeristy […] track team were noisy and played in the hall well after midnight. Hotel management did NOTHING to stop it even though I asked several times over several evenings - had to approach the coach and the team myself. (3) "breakfast" was nasty - but at least the coffee was good. As I said above, don't go to this hotel if you plan on sleeping. Over the three nights I was there I got a total of 12 hours of rest. The outside of the hotel was being redone so the front was covered with scaffolding. I could hear workers outside my window. They did wait until 8 a.m. To start work. I probably would not have stayed there if I had known about the construction. I felt there should have been some form of compensation for the inconvenience. The rooms were great but the pool was over clorinated and the hot tub was not hot but warm Other than that everything was fine.

The room was clean and functional. I enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. Matress and pillows were good. The motel is located across the street from a mall that is surrounded by many restaurants.

All five people we encountered who worked at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast had variety, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to restaurants and a mall. Very friendly and competent staff. Clean and fresh. Quiet! Nice pool and SPA. WE had our dog with us and she was treated like a guest also. The only reason I put "Comfort of Room at a four is really not a complaint. It is to call attention to having a chair in the room that is usable and beneficial to a guest with back issues. It was nice to have a non-smoking room that didn't smell like smoke. The hallway didn't smell like smoke and the elevator didn't smell like smoke! An average room, it provided the necessities needed for a one night stay. I thought the bed was too soft (I love a hard bed), but my daughter thought it was perfect and loved the pillows. My family and I stayed at this hotel over the Labor Day weekend. We have nothing but good things to say. The room was very clean, linens were fresh, bed were comfortable and most of all the service and staff were great. We will come back. No complaints here.

Was a good experience. The room was Clean, and comfy. Was a good two night stay for the price. Front desk staff could have been a little more inviting or nicer but not a big factor. Was overall pleased.

We were very pleased with the room overall. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair for tv watching rather than straight-backed chairs. Also one drawer didn't slide in and out very well. There were many amenities we really liked: safe-deposit box, iron and ironing board, nice shower, plenty of pillows, blankets, coffee service in room, […] and of course, the great breakfasts in the lobby. After checking in , I eralized there was only 1 towel in one of the bathrooms (we rented 2 rooms). I called the fron tdesk to report this and the clerk was less than polite and acted like she didn't believe me. I went to the desk to get additional towels and realized upon returning to my room, that the bathroom had never been cleaned since the last […] guest. This hotel stay was a nightmare!!! We were only at the hotel a limited time & I was extremely disappointed in it! The room was very unkept. The bathroom was filthy & we ended up showering at a friends house. The pool area was absolutely disgusting!!! The hotel should be priced lower considering the facilities and current economic conditions. Need to expand the breakfast area while improving the selection and quality of items. The donuts were stale and the line for customer made waffles too long.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice desk and comfortable chair. I have back probelms and the bed was more comfortable than most places we've stayed. The breakfast was great with a varity of things to eat. We would stay here again.

The majority of the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, but too cold when we first arrived. We all had a good night's sleep and were surprised at how quiet our room was.
