The motel staff were very nice but the room was run down. The bathroom refit was very dilapidated with serious grime in the crevices etc. The internet was horrible; rare reception and when I got reception it lasted maybe 5mins. We had a great stay in MN, it was just to short. are room was great, at check in they had to move us as I booked a none smoking room and we were put into a smoking room. but it was not a problem to change it as I had my itinerary there to prove i said non smoking. but all in all would stay there again.

None of the promotional literature mentioned that the Red Roof Inn is really a motel, with guest rooms that have doors to the outside. I was really unhappy and didn't feel safe. We pushed a chair up to the door before we went to bed. There were partiers in some of the rooms on the ground floor who left their doors open so people could come in and out. […] The Inn is next to a bar/restaurant that had live music and we could hear it during the night. No hair dryer in the room and only a very small packet of shampoo, good for 1 person. Читати далі

Relatively certain that the hotel has bed bugs, not that clean and woke in the morning with 5-6 bites on various areas of my body. Will not stay again even though they allow pets ~ and those places are getting hard to find.

I have worked in the House Keeping department for a resort, I would have been fired if I claimed the rooms were clean, as I found the room at Red Roof Inn. Bathroom's especially needed attention, dirt in corners, writing on walls. Dirty Handprints on walls in bedroom area. NOT recommended to stay in this motel. We will not be back!

One of our comfortors had a cigarette burn in it. We were staying in a non smoking room.

"Motel in Woodbury, MN"
I think the room was very clean for a motel stay, while traveling to another state, so we just needed to rest for a few hours before getting back on the road, the only complaint that I did have was, the TV didn't work. I would stay again, there lots of places around to go shopping and out to eat for a good meal.

price was right.... hotel sucked..... the first room was not even cleaned form the last guest. the second room the key did not work....

This was a clean hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Overall a decent place to stay.

"Shopping Mall block away"
Great location next to a major shopping mall with national chain restaurants, Kohl's, Walgreens, Walmart, Target and other stores. Convenient location close o I-494.
"Beds suck!"
I thought your hotel was great, but the bed was aweful. I could have been as comfortable if I had slept on the floor. I woke up several times during the night to try and find a comfortable position...the bed was just super hard. Aside from that, everything else was great.
