"GREAT^ (except we did not like the pillows."
Parked and flew. Nice staff and room was just fine. Nice breakfast with local products! CHAINWIDE PILLOWS are not to our liking and no others available... too small and flat..had to put 2 in a case.....
Service was great, location is great, however; the building could use an overall "facelift", it seemed rather "tired". No pun intended,
"Clean, Quiet, Close"
This is our preferred hotel for visiting Calvin; it's close, relatively inexpensive, and not too far away. The staff is always friendly, and the breakfast is surprisingly decent. Room coffee tends to be a bit thin, but that goes with the price range.
"Will do again"
Even though we only spent one night the stay and staff were great. Our return flight came in to late for the shuttle but the hotel called a cab for us and covered the cost!

"Comfort Inn Airport Grand Rapids MI"
Great place! When we walked through the lobby, we noticed a trophy case with awards for this hotel. We'd never seen a hotel trophy case before...we discovered why they had a trophy case full of awards. Wonderful stay. All you would expect of a nice, yet moderately priced hotel, PLUS they served pizza in the evening, gave everyone a complimentary bottle […] of water and cookies at check in, started the breakfast at 4:30 am so those of us flying out early could eat, still provide complimentary hand lotion/shampoo/etc. The staff was helpful, service great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast lovely. "Great place"
Found the Airport Comfort Inn to be just perfect for our needs. Just stayed one night but found everything to our liking.
I needed to stay there prior to working a trade show. I had several boxes shipped prior to my arriving. They took excellent care of the boxes and did not complain at all. this hotel is a business travelers dream come true. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

"Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport"
Room was not made up by maids on second day. I did have a Do Not Disturb sign on door. I left by 10:20am so what they don't check back? Upon returning at 4:30 pm I notified the desk staff of situation and was told they would take care of it. I went our to dinner and returned to find it still unmade. I gave up at that point...
Clean and comfortabl room - no issues or concerns at all.

"Close to Calvin College"
We stayed at this Comfort Suite when we brought my daughter to college. It was very close (about 1 1/2 miles from campus). Very friendly staff when we checked in (not as friendly in the mornings. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

"Perfect"
I had a great stay. The room wasd spotless, no smoking really meant no smoking. Not like in some places where they say no smoking but the room smells like a chimney. The pillows were perfect. I ended up staying an extra night because business fell thourgh but being walking distance from the mall helped fill in the extra time. "Comfort Inn"
This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very courteous and so extremely friendly. The breakfast in the morning was amazing for a hotel without a restaurant attached! There was an amazing variety! Anyone who says otherwise is nuts! Overall we had an EXCELLENT stay.
The hotel was good. The stay was comfortable. We had good restaurants and shops nearby to spend the evening in a pleasant way. Booking a hotel in 28th st was worth it.
"Decent Hotel"
This hotel was just okay in my opinion. The hotels.com operator stressed that it has high guest ratings because of the breakfast. I didn't agree. The eggs tasted like reconstitued powdered eggs. UGH. The sausage was lukewarm. Being gluten-free, I had to pass on other items. One nice thing is they had an assortment of fruit ... apples, bananas, grapefruit. […] The room was clean but the upkeep was not stellar. I've been in better rooms and been in worse. This was just the average run-of-the-mill okay hotel room. "Comfort Inn Grand Papids Airport"
I stay in many hotels. I especially liked the fan in the bathroom and the quick hot showers that were available. Many high priced hotels do not have fans in their bathrooms and I have complained about that to them before. This hotel had a separate switch for the fan so it did not have to go on. "Comfort Inn in Grand Rapids, Michigan"
The personnel were all so helpful and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and also the convenience of in-room coffee, microwave and refrigerator. These items and pleasant workers are so appreciated.
"Good place, just wished I could have stayed longer"
Honestly I was in the hotel for about 6 hours because I was jumping around from customer to customer. For the whole 6 hours I was there the place was simple, clean, and the beds were comfy. I would sleep there again if I'm ever in the area.

"park and stay"
We would stay again. The service was great. Breakfast was OK. The hotel was clean and the free shuttle to and from the airport was what we were looking for.
"Convenient and good service"
Only stayed here one night prior to an early trip out of Grand Rapids airport. Place worked out very well and I could leave my car while on my trip. Nice staff..... the manager offered to use her personal car to jump start mine when my battery was dead. In the end the maintenance manager quickly came out and got my car going in minutes. Well done!

"standard hotel, nice pillows"
They provided a free ride from the airport at midnight (we took a taxi waiting outside the airport, and they paid). The room was standard, with very comfortable pillows. Breakfast included waffles and hard boiled eggs.
WE CAME IN LATE AND LEFT EARLY BUT THE SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AND BACK AND PARKING CAR WERE REALLY NICE! SHOWER DID NOT DRAIN ONLY COMPLAINT! WOULD USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY! THANKS
