Hotel was great and staff was very friendly. Great location - close to freeway yet no traffic noise. Easily accessable from both freeway and in town for shops and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Boston area.

Everything about the hotel was nice other than our room. The room was dirty and not cleaned in days. The rest of the hotel was nice (restaurant, pool, etc.)

Convenient to highway and residential area. Pets are allowed but we were not advised of the $75 extra fee for a pet. They claimed extra cleaning time. They must pay their cleaners very well. After my complaint the fee dropped to $50. Still ridiculous.

It was perfect for my one-night stay. Room was super clean and had efficient wi-fi.

good service, clean and comfortable room. I liked the market in the lobby but wish there were vending machines on each floor. Also, the breakfast at the hotel the next morning was terrible. A very friendly staff but the food was awful and the price too expensive. I wish I drove down the street to panera instead, or one of the many near by diners.

Hotel.com listed this hotel as pet friendly and told me no additional fees were required. Upon check in, there was a $75 pet fee for the night. The rooms were lovely & clean but the bed was hard.

I was in Boston for a college crew regatta and picked the Marlborough Courtyard for the price and it location off the Mass turnpike and beltway. First the good side of the hotel. The hotel staff was quite helpful and recommended some great dining for lunch and dinner. The room that I stayed in was very clean and appeared to have new rugs recently installed. […] Now the not so good news, The walls in my room were paper thin. I could here the cell phones ring and guests talking on both the adjoining rooms as well as the rooms above. I could also hear everyone using the bathroom facilities overnight. The other thing which should be noted was the loud heater in the room. It was an old style floor unit which constantly trying to keep the room at confortable temperture. Met all expectations. Exceeded expectations in the following areas; the linens and the bed, spacious bathroom, great breakfast and nice late night dinner at the bar. Adequate fitness room.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was pleasant during check-in and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. The hot breakfast was very good with a lot of choices and a made to order omelet station. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if ever in the area.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet that was included with price of room was the best I've ever had. If it were included with price, I still would have gotten it.

This is a very nice place to stay.They do allow dogs and confine them to the first floor, which is nice, however the pet fee is a bit steep.There is a nice strip mall down the street, as well as a gas station at the corner (with a Dunkin Donuts inside) and the highway is just a minute away. I was very pleased with this hotel, it was very clean and the buffet breakfast was more than I expected.

The hotel Courtyard by Marriot Boston-Marlborough, is a nice hotel but I was so mad because the night that I stay there I came to the room at 11.30 night and the room was not clean, I call front desk and they said we are so sorry but now is too late we apologize, and that was all. The management need to extend the fitness area, as part of the service in the hotel. There is a large fitness centre, which you pay for in the basement. On booking in with one individual it was easy but the same individual told us the next morning that we had not paid for breakfast as part of the booking. My son had the info at his house so I could […] not show her the details. When I went back to the counter in the evening another girl pointed out that I should have got coupons for breakfast for the 10 nights I was staying before I showed her the information.Need to train some staff at the front desk. Some are brilliant but some lack basic common sense. That is why I have given it a high rating, some of the staff go beyond the call of duty. Читати далі

Nice facility, great breakfast buffet, wonderful new health spa in basement (includes classes and lots of equipment), in addition to the 24-hour fitness room. Cute pool, private... overall it was a great place to stay and I will definitely return!

The hotel was not totally bad. It was generally clean but the room we were in had an ant problem and maybe something else which remains unidentified. There was a steady stream of ants between the tiny hole next to the bathtub and the uncalked space beneath the toilet. Our second night, we had planned to get an early start home, but not as early as 1 […] AM as we did. The problem was that twice during the night my wife felt something crawling across her. The overall stay was good I would stay there again One issue. (I purchased breakfast option) I went to the front desk to receive my breakfast coupons on 3 separated occasions and with 3 different staff members. I was questioned unprofessionally. I had to open my reservation on my iPad to prove I had purchased breakfast. They had no record on there system […] showing I had purchased breakfast. We asked an extra bed and it was a poor quality matress, my husband din't sleep Walls are so thin, you can hear everything thru Wouldn't recommend to other people

We chose this hotel because it was centrally located between Worcester and the other areas that my family wanted to visit. The restaurant at the hotel is VERY good, and the prices were competitive with any local restaurant. My family enjoyed the pool, which was kept up very well and the really nice gym facility. Only complaint- I ordered the goat cheese salad for dinner at the restaurant and without telling me they substituted bleu cheese for the goat cheese. I am extremely allergic to bleu cheese and didn't realize the mistake until after already taking a few bites. They were extremely apologetic about the mistake, but still charged me for the meal. The staff at this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. They helped me with directions in the area, getting to my meetings on time, etc. WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES. The facility on the other hand...I select Marriott for my stay because of the bedding. When I check into a Marriott, I expect to find one of my favorite mattresses and comfortable sheets. The room was clean, […] but the bedding was old and uncomfortable. The sheets smelled like smoke and the heater was so load that I needed earplugs. Very helpful and polite staff. Very clean rooms. I did not use any of the amenities so I cannot comment on them.

For the price, this was a perfect place to stay while visiting our son. Easy access to the Interstate and most amenities. The front end staff were exceptional and the morning brunch was good and the staff there more than accomodating.

Overall the hotel was clean, convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly. One night of our stay there was a blizzard, and most guests stayed at the hotel for dinner. The service at the bar/resturaunt was slow that night due to the large volume of people. Staff from other areas appeared to pitch in to keep orders moving.

This was one of the best places that I have stayed. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We traveled with a pet and the hotel folks were very nice and accommodating of our requests!! I will go back again and refer my friends to this place anytime!

We stayed during Christmas when a blizzard hit the region. They were understaffed due to the holiday and they ended up with 90 additional rooms booked last minute due to the blizzard (mostly young boys for a hokey tournament!!). If it wasn't for those two circumstances, everything would have been great.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly. Water pressure in the shower was good. Heater was a bit noisy, but I can tune out that kind of noise, and it covered over any potential highway noise. It was very easy to find, right off the highway. There is a gas station/convenience store nearby. They have a rather extensive selection of snack […] type things to purchase in the lobby also. It was Christmas eve and we checked in around 10 PM. We expected the pool to be closed at that time, which it was, but were disappointed that the bar was also closed, but I supposed being Christmas Eve, maybe they let the bar staff out early? If it is always closed that early on a Friday night, its not much of a bar. Being a Friday night and only around 10 PM, I had been expecting to enjoy a nightcap before turning in. Читати далі

I stayed in this hotel during winter, despite the temperature you set, the air conditioner would turn on every now and then. It totally disturbed my rest.

If you are looking for a slightly above-average stay and this is a convenient stop, you should be pleased. When we first arrived in our room, it smelled like an ash tray, so they immediately moved us into a different room. Throughout our stay we consistently encountered a very accommodating staff.

All services were professional and prompt. This is where we will stay every time we are driving to NY.
