The hotel staff was very nice and helpfull. The location of the hotel was good. Next to a shopping center with alot of little stores. $10 cab to downtown or take a little shuttle for free to downtown.

It was overall very pleasant. The staff was a little weird, unfriendly and were rude about kicking us out of the pool, but its a nice hotel. Would stay there again.

The pool was really nice. It was a decent place to go for a night out and to relax. Breakfast isn't included which always irks me, but otherwise it was fine.

Very near the ski slopes. Staff very nice, helpful. Laundry room on site with two commercial washers and dryers. Nice breakfast.

An evening receptionist shared her meal when I arrived late and the sourrounding restaurants were closed. She is a reflection of the caring culture that I observed in that hotel.

Room 337 is the absolute worst room at this hotel. It is right next to the elevator and the upstairs bar. So we were able to enjoy bar noise and noisy guests going up and down the elevator until well past midnight. I believe we were assigned room 337 specifically because we got the room through Hotels.com and not the hotel. I have had this treatment […] before at other hotels. My wife and I spent six very enjoyable nights in Park City. The hotel is good value for money and the staff were very helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool and hotub soothed our aching bones after a long days skiing. We had a quiet room on the top floor and the Cookie Man was a nice touch. We stayed in this hotel for the second time in Dec 2011. We stayed before in Dec 2007 and loved every aspect of the hotel from the price, closeness to lifts, underground parking, in hotel restaurants, friendly helpful staff etc but what ruined our whole experience was what happened after we left. On our drive back home I noticed an unknown charge on […] my card. It turned out it was a significant charge from the hotel even though we prepaid our stay in advance. I called the hotel and they said yes they made the charge after we left because all the sheets and bedding were missing?! Needless to say this was very insulting to us. The hotel person wasn't very helpful and said they would transfer me to their maintenance staff which was unusual in itself. After a few broken cell phone connections I made sure the charge is not approved on my card and the hotel said they will refund the charge for the time being? I never heard back from them but needless to say we will never be going back. What we would've expected from a hotel would be to determine what actually happened first before accusing us. Either there was a mix up with the maintenance department or something else but it shou'd've been investigated first. A great experience completely ruined by the gesture by the hotel after we left. This hotel was great - beyond expectations. Staff could not have been nicer, rooms were clean and well maintained, food was great. Don't know what the complaints are about for this place. No, it's not brand new or 5-star, but for the price you pay it can't be beat. And did I mention how nice the staff are!!

Fresh hot cookies and hot chocolate at 5. A great bed and location

We simply enjoyed the opportunity of seeing and spending time in Park City, Utah. Our daughter has been attending Westminster College and it was time to see the places that are special to her and that includes this hotel. Apparently when she has needed a place for her bike in the summer time, you have accomodated.

My wife and I had a wonderful night in Park City. Fun hotel. Friendly staff clean rooms. Great price. We will be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Park City Peaks. The beds are very comfortable, the TVs are 27-28 inch flatscreens, and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the pool area a lot as well. The walls are paper-thin; we had a large family with screaming kids next to us and we could hear absolutely everything. The room was dingy looking and sparse, the pictures above the beds had been removed, but no other wall decor put up. When we first arrived there were three hairs in the bathroom (a big one on the floor and 2 in the shower). They charged for internet access (who does that anymore?). We bought a soda from the vending machine, which was room temperature. […] And when the maid service came in to clean they turned off the heater so our room was freezing (it was wintertime and snowing outside). Comfy rooms, nice pool - but the temperature of the two hot tubs seems to always be too hot or too cold. Also, they do not offer free wi-fi and do not have a complimentary breakfast. But we have stayed there a few times and will again despite these issues. Very pretty view from the pool area although it is right on a busier road.

The hotel was in a great location to shop, site see, and dine out. It had a great pool with the ability of being outdoors or indoors. The rooms were a little dated...but comfortable and nice.

The hotel is stuck in the 90's. The room was tiny and the TV was a joke. The color was totally off and we couldn't fix it. The bed was comfortable but that really was the only positive. The pool was MUCH smaller than what the photos show. The two spas either were too cold or way too hot. We definitely will not go back there again.

This is a clean hotel that is in a quiet area. I have stayed here many times and would always recommend it to others.

We just stayed the night before a half-marathon. I thought the hotel staff to be very unprofessional and not the least bit accommodating. The hotel had an odd smell but our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would never consider this hotel more than a 3-star stay.

We stayed at PCP for one of two nights in Park City to do some shopping and to enjoy the fall colors. I read all of the reviews before hand and had modest expectations, but I was mostly hopeful for a good nights rest. I believe that our hotels.com reservation made us a target for the least comfortable room in the noisiest area. The appearance, amenities […] and furnishings were modest but lovely. My complaints are that we were given a queen rather than the King bedroom that was confirmed, and that our room backed up to the stair way and the main hallway where we heard everyone's noisy kids coming and going. The bed was cozy initially, but was not comfortable for more than a couple of hours. It felt hard as a rock, and neither I nor my hubby could rest comfortably. I'm a reasonable person, and don't mind the noise as much as the crummy matress...I'm a sleep deprived momma so I just needed some rest...sorry to say it was disappointing. (Stayed at a similar hotel just *Yonder* up the road for the second night, and though the room furnishings were less updated..it was clean and the best sleep I've had in over a year... ) Suit yourself. Worst customer service I've ever had in a hotel. They were 0% percent accomodating. Their room-service never picked up the phone, so when I called the front desk to ask for room service the girl laughed at me and then told me they were closed for the day. When we asked for sparkling cider they told us they weren't allowed to sell us any because it was […] only for specialty package members, even though we were willing to pay for it. This hotel had mostly pros but a few cons. The pros are the underground parking, onsite resturant, the swimming pool is awesome, the beds were so comfortable, its centered in the middle of everything but away from the crazyness. The cons were the outside hot tub was not hot at all, they charge 4.95 per 24hrs for wireless internet, and our tv kept having […] problems but they were quick to get the maintenance guy out to fix it. We were awakend by morning noise from the room above us. Sounded like a bunch of elephants tromping around. Besides that it was a nice stay. Comfy bed

The overall experience was alright but when the information says things like spacious rooms and an arcade, don't be so trusting. Really they only had 2 actually video games, there wasn't alot of room in between beds and wall. Staff seemed friendly, but not too concerned when we found a ladybug in our room and went to take it outside.

I have stayed at quite a few places in Park City, some nice, some not as nice. The Peaks may not be as nice and classy as some but it was decent, clean and we paid like seventy bucks for the night which is a steal in park city or really anywhere. It is not some seedy motel either. If i was staying for a longer period of time or wanted a hotel that offered […] more amenities then I may look somewhere else but for what we needed it was super. ok hotel for the discounted price we got, but not the friendliest staff, light bulbs out in room, had to go to front desk to get soap, charge to use their wi-fi, no great amenities, no microwave or refrigerator in room. There are too many other hotels in Park City for the same price that offer more value and amenities.

Found a great deal online for this hotel. Location is on the main highway (about 1.5 miles from historic downtown Park City with fabulous shopping & dining). I requested a quiet top floor room away from noisy streets, elevators vending/ice machines. At check in we were told the top floor of the hotel was not open and we were given a room on the second […] floor, which was oka, except we could still hear the highway, probably would have been better to be on the back side of the building. Rooms were clean, even had a safe in the closet for valuables (which I like!) The building is well maintained. There"s a restaurant on the ground level (we did not eat there) at check in we were given a coupon for 15% off to use at the restaurant or the bar/grill (on 3rd floor). The bar/grill, smelled strongly of deep fried food (which I'm not a fan of, just popped our heads in to check it out). The pool/jacuzzi was outside & looked very nice. Also, there's an indoor pool,sauna & jacuzzi, there's also a work out room. It was good for our needs, got a good deal on the room, comfortable bed & bed linens. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff

The phone numbers that were given on the web sight for park city peaks were not in service, made it very difficult to get ahold of anybody to talk to.

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and found that while the property would most likely be nice during the winter with a full staff, but on this last holiday weekend, they were short staffed and closed the dining option significantly earlier than they had posted. They also closed the kitchen for room service and basically just sent me down the road […] to their competition to collect my own food. No real apology or concern. I can understand keeping the lounge closed if the guest count is that low but to shut down room service more than 30 minutes early is not good customer service. Читати далі

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was for the price. We have traveled a lot this summer and this, by far, was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. We would most definitely stay there again if we could get the great rate!

Bigger lady at the front desk was very rude when I arrived. She then was extremely rude kicking people put of the hot tub at 10:50pm. Later in the night I asked how far the airport was and she told me to look it up myself.
