Villa Des Ternes Hotel - Париж

Very nice hotel and very convenient to the bus terminal for Beauvais airport (5 minute walk). I was a late arrival so did not get to sample the hotel facilities but my room was very nice, no street noise and staff very pleasant and efficient. The area around about is pleasant with quite a few restaurants and an Irish pub. Metro also quite near.

The rooms are too small and the hotel is so out of the way from any sightseeing places, true, one can walk to Champs Elysee from this place, but it takes around 20 mins walk and by the time i reach Champs, i was already so tired. Not really ok especially when the weather is so cold and rainy...

Location was the selling point for me as it is located only three minutes walk from Palais de Congres where I was attending a conference. A neat and clean hotel in a quite neighbourhood. Staff were very professional and ever helpful. Room size was small and the hotel is a bit pricey for a three star. Free Wi Fi is a welcome feature.

A superb hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff who couldn't be friendlier and spoke perfect English!! The location of the hotel is fantasic a short 2 minute walk to a main metro line which is 2 stops from the arc de triomphe and connects to sever other lines. The arc de triomphe and champs eleese is a 10-15 minute walk away and a pleasant walk […] at that!! This hotel is well located at walking distance of Arche de Triumph. The room was a bit small, but I didn't mind. Room was warm, very clean and modern. I travel for business and internet is a must for me. It is quite hard to find good internet in hotels in Europe and this was one of the best connectivities I have seen. Great location. Small but clean, modern and with everything you need. Room was cleaned during our 2 night stay and welcome tray renewed. Staff very kind and helpful. Place to keep luggage after check out. Excellent price for a city centre hotel.

Room was very small, not all staff were helpful

Good surrounding area, close to metro and major attractions. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft and not comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel 1 night because Le Meridian Etoile was full (located - just around the corner from Le Meridian). We were pleasantly surprised - clean room and staff was excellent. We got there early at 9:30am - too early for check in - but the lady at the front desk let us freshen up in the ladies room and we went out for the day. When we returned, […] our bags were in the room waiting for us - great service! For a 3 star hotel, I was surprised to find a coffee maker in the room - and mini fridge. There is also a 24 hour market right across the street... very convenient if you want some fresh fruit, drinks or snacks to take to the room. This hotel is also very close to where the Airport Air France Bus stop is located (line 2-exit at the Porte Maillott top). You can buy a round trip ticket when you get on the airport bus- it's convenient will save you a few Euros. From the hotel, you have easy access to the Metro system and RER trains at Porte Maillott- and all of Paris. If you like to walk, it's fairly close to the Arch de Triumph (about 10-15 minutes). There are also many restaurants in the area and there is a pub next door, which got a little noisy at night, but we were so tired that it did not bother us at all. I have been to Paris 6 times and have never stayed at a hotel with less than 4 stars - but I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to others without hesitation. Читати далі

Good location of hotell, close to bus station and Metro. Good variety of restaurants nearby, especially La Ballon des Ternes at the corner just outside the hotel can be highly recommended. The room was clean and well kept with a nice bathroom, even though the french conept of bathtup and its risk of flooding is somewhat strange for someone from Sweden. […] Soap and shower gel provided by the hotel was good but the shampoo was of less quality. The only negative experience of the hotel was that two nights in a row there were noise and shouting from drunk frenchmen outside our window. Читати далі

We were very happy with both the location and the hotel ammenities. The choice of this hotel was lucky as it was very close to all the sights and amenities that interested us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel turned out exactly as expected. Before booking the hotel, I very apprehensive about EVERYTHING (whether there would be loud noise, if the hotel was truly non-smoking and clean, hidden fees, dangerous neighborhoods), but I MUST SAY my fears were unwarrented. The noise was no issue (although our room was on the 3rd floor and facing the back […] of the hotel) so much so that some nights we could leave the window open to catch a nice breeze (although the AC worked perfectly). I have a truly sensitive nose; and I never once detected the hint of smoke and the maid came everyday. NO HIDDEN FEES (although they still have my card number and fees could come later), and the neighborhood was as safe as I could imagine for a foreign city with a totally different language. Some added perks that we were not expecting was that the breakfast buffet was buy one and get the next free (although we were never up early enough to catch breakfast unfortunately) and the honesty bar was as well (drank there EVERY night). Also, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are restaurants right in the vicinity of the hotel, but they are a bit more pricey. Also, there is a bike rental place right around from the hotel, please take part in the adventure. One BIG drawback was the trains stopped running around midnight (not sure how much the cabs cost) and there are no real clubs or hangout spots in the area beyond this time :-( And last but not least, the train stop is two blocks from hotel (maybe a 5min walk, depending on your height and hustle). I spent four nights at La Villa des Ternes with my six year old daughter at the end of July. We had a wonderful experience, a perfect introduction for her to Paris. The reception staff were very friendly, even offering the loan of an umbrella when it was raining. Free Wifi in our room was also a bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning […] as it set us up for the day. The breakfast was varied and of a high standard. Our twin club room was situated on the fifth floor overlooking the street. My daughter loved looking out the window at all the comings and goings and despite the street below, we were not bothered by noise and we slept very well. The Eiffel Tower was only a half an hour walk away and we also spent two days at Le Jardin d'Acclimatation which was within easy walking distance, a perfect escape from the crowds. Another advantage of the hotel is that the Air France bus stop is only a stone's throw away. There was also free tea/coffee in the afternoon and an honesty bar - although we used neither, they are nice touches. Overall, I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough (although the cleaning staff can be over eager to get into your room to carry out their daily housekeeping duties!) After flying with Ryanair to Beauvais we travelled on a coach which took us to the bus station. This is a 5 minute walk from there to the Villa des Ternes Hotel. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and very near Porte Maillot Metro and Train Station. From the minute we arrived, 7:00 AM and jet lagged to help with finding a patissarie, directions to requested sites and the honor bar in the lobby, we had an exceptional stay in Paris. The staff was so courteous and helpful! The hotel was very clean, and the neighborhood appeared to be safe. It was quiet and sleep was not interrupted by other guests […] or traffic. My husband said the coffee int he room was excellent! We walked around quite a bit and never felt uncomfortable. Aside from the tiny size of the room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Did not use the expensive breakfast service because there are so many patisseries and brasseries close to the hotel. We recommend the place.

Typical European hotel with smaller but fully functional rooms. All services were as advertised. No surprises or games at checkout. Room was clean throughout. Staff was polite and helpful. 1 block walk to metro.

This professionally run hotel is a good find in Paris - reasonably priced, comfortable rooms, lovely staff.

Only stayed one night but it was fine and well located less than 10 min walk from Arc de Triumph. Staff friendly and helpful. Internet worked well and was able to use hotel facility to print something off for free.

Booked this hotel as the conference hotel (La Concorde la Fayette) was fully booked & Le Merdien opposite only had suites available. I can't begin to praise this hotel enough. Everyone from night porter to cleaner was friendly, and the whole experience was excellent. The hotel has been recently renovated (to a high standard) from top to bottom, with wood in abundance. Very tasteful, although they could have opened the front for al fresco relaxation. The room, while compact, had […] what we needed: hanging space, small fridge, safe, flatscreen TV, quiet AC, hairdryer. Anyone staying for a week would easily cope. The ensuite bathroom had a fullsize bath with a shower over. I'm a big guy who often struggles in small cubicles so this was a welcome inclusion. The beds were comfortable and seemed spotlessly clean. Downstairs, they operate an honesty bar: help yourself (up to 2am) and hand your record over at the permanently-manned reception afterwards. Choice is slightly limited: 2 Cokes and 2 bottled beers cost €19. Next door and just around the corner, there are several restaurants, with French and Belgian cuisine prevalent. Not cheap but nothing is in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel if you don't need to be right in the centre. Saying that, it's 5 minutes walk to the M1 and RER, and only a further 10 to the heart of the city. As a footnote, I foolishly left my house keys in the room. The Villa des Ternes is a lovely smallish hotel. It is 5 minutes from the Ryanair drop-off point, 5 minutes from a Metro centre and a 15 minute stroll from the Arc de Triomphe. 夜パリ着だったので、空港のシャトルバス近くのホテルをとりました。 パリの雰囲気を味わいたいという方には余りおすすめできないかもしれませんが、地下鉄の駅も近く、治安なども私には特に問題ないように感じました。 日曜の夜まで営業している地元のスーパーがホテル目の前にあり、利便性で言えば文句なしです。 私はシングルで予約したのですが、余り広くはありませんでしたがバスタブなしのシャワーのみの部屋でそれでも非常に清潔で毎日ちゃんとタオルやアメニティの交換がありました。

凱旋門に近くて地下鉄も徒歩３分と立地条件は良かったです。フロントスタッフも親切で24時間対応してくれます。 部屋は清潔でアメニティもしっかり付いていて快適ですが、非常に狭いです。それだけが・・・・

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel disponible, à l'écoute et très aimable. L'hôtel est très bien placé à côté d'une brasserie le "Ballon des ternes" très sympa et où l'on a l'eau à la bouche.

Kurant hotell med god beliggenhet nær Triumfbuen, samt metro og busstasjonen ved Port Maillot. Spesielt gunstig for reisende til og fra Paris Beauvais hvor busstoppen ligger 2 min gange fra hotellet. Rommet har fint bad og ok størrelse. Av negative ting kan varmt rom selv med AC på, hard seng og ikke frokost inkludert nevnes, men dette er av mindre […] betydning. Hotellet kan derfor anbefales. Villa Des Ternes Hotel viste seg å være et veldig hyggelig hotell. Vennlig mottakelse, engelsk ikke noe problem. Kanskje litt for mørke farger/mye rødt til å være helt moderne, men pent og rent og ikke minst trivelig. Frokosten til 15 euro var god, det var deilig med noe annet enn croissanter og syltetøy. Badet var delikat, toalettsakene gode, dusjen […] fungerte fint. Jeg hadde rom i toppetasjen, dvs. i 8. etasje (7. etter fransk regning). Jeg sov med vinduet åpent og det var ikke noe problem. Rommet vendte ut mot Avenue des Ternes. Det er klart at man må regne med litt støy når vinduet ikke vender mot en bakgård e.l. Om morgenen var det trafikkstøy og tuting i bilhornene, men det er sånt man må regne med. Det ligger en del restauranter i nærheten av hotellet. Som alenereisende er det ikke alltid like hyggelig å gå alene på restaurant, men det var ikke vanskelig å finne et sted jeg ville gå inn. Metrostasjonen lå like i nærheten, to RER-linjer gikk fra samme stasjon. For meg var det stort pluss at flybussen til CDG stoppet rett rundt hjørnet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. Читати далі

God fornemmelse at bo paa Villa des Ternes. Rigtig soede mennesker og 1000 restauranter i naerheden. Super Location - og laekker morgen buffet.

Agréable, propre, confortable, bien situé. Chambres un peu petites, mais de taille très acceptable pour Paris.

Malgré les travaux, la clim fait pas mal de bruit et on entend très bien de chambre à chambre sans parler des claquements de porte.

Hotel perfetto per la nostra vacanza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,camere pulitissime e luminose,spazi ben organizzati con tutto al posto giusto, bagno spazioso, sempre molto pulito e dotato di tutti gli accessori. La posizione è comodissima, ad appena […] 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e di diversi pulman che portano nelle varie zone della città. La zona è molto tranquilla, sotto l'albergo si possono trovare market aperti sino a notte tardi, tabacchino e svariati ristorantini che meritano una visitina!!L'hotel villa des Ternes ha decisamente contribuito a rendere fantastica la nostra settimana.Dovendo tornare a Parigi non avrei dubbi e ri-prenoterei sempre quà!! 地下鉄ポルトマイヨー駅から徒歩７分位で、シャルルドゴール空港からのリムジンバスも徒歩３分のところに留まり大変行動しやすい場所にあります。 こじんまりとした部屋だが清潔感があり、フロントの対応も良かったです。パリ中心部で一万円以下のホテルを探されている方にはお勧めです。

bon rapport qualité-prix, sauf une odeur de "renfermé" ou de moisi dans la sale de bains.

空港バスの停留所がすぐで、メトロも近くなので便利です。

ホテルはポルト・マイヨ駅の近くにあり、テルヌ通りに面しているためとても便利。国際会議場のすぐ近くでもあり、また近くに商店が2つあるので生活用品・水などには困りませんでした。お隣には高級ホテルのラファイエットホテルがありその地下にはスーパーやショッピングモールもあり、ホテル近辺にはカフェもあります。ビジネスマンにはとてもよいところだと思います。 受付の人も英語が通じるし何一つ不自由がなかったです。 部屋もきれいに掃除してくれるし、アメニティも完備されているので歯ブラシと寝巻だけ持参すれば問題ありません。朝食はややお高いですが、満足できる内容で、パンがおいしかったです。 メトロに乗って色々なところに行けるので観光にも良い場所でした。 ただエレベーターが日本と違って精度が悪く、がったん、ってなるの […] が気になりました（笑）。日本の技術のすごさを感じますね。 Читати далі
