I didn't like my stay. I am not trying to be on overt complainer, but this hotel is not nice. It is beaten up, run down, and it looked like there are people actually living there full time. There were trucks, big ones parked in the parking area, the doors on two different room didn't fully shut...basically, it was just not that nice.

I thought the rooms were very nice. Decor was a bit dated, but who cares about that? The bed was comfy with enough pillows. I did hear a lot of noise like the water in other rooms, people walking in corridors talking, so my earplugs came in handy. We walked a short distance to a restaurant because we were unsure of the property's food. The breakfast […] was pretty good.The free happy was a good thought, however....the selection of happiness was poor! For an area near a wine region (Temecula) the wine was bad, the beer warm and flat. OK, so this is a personal opinion. The transportation from the airport was unavailable, so we were told to take a cab and they would pay. The van was available in the morning back to the airport. Everyone was exceptionally nice. Loved the location near to hwy. and airport, but really quiet. The rooms are nice and comfortable really clean, and mostly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the happy hour drink they offer on your staying. Overall I do really recommend this hotel, I love it. will stay again for my future trips.

The Hotel was older and needs some work. The surroundings were not ideal. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are flying out of Ontario it is an ok hotel to stay at, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay for vacation this is not the place for you. I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning. They served scrambled eggs, sausage […] links, waffles, breakfast potatoes, buscuits & gravy and fruit. Also, in the evening they have a social hour where you receive 2 free glasses of wine or beer. Positives: Excellent staff, clean room and comfy bed, microwave and fridge. Also the breakfast was delicious. Close to the outlet centers, airport, restaurants, and stores. Negatives: Security was lacking. I saw some creepy and unsavory individuals walking thru the parking lot. Overall rating-4. Slept like a baby.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast buffet. No complaints at all.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this Best Western hotel. The building was in generally good repair and my room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good and the happy hour was most welcome. This was a very good choise and I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel for the money, great breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again.

I checked in early for business meeting and I was told it would cost me $20.00 for early check in (not a deal breaker) but when I agreed they tolb me they didn't have the type of room I reserved avaiable. I told them I book this hotel because I need a suite. So I waited for a suite to become available. Unfortunately it was a smoking room (I had requested […] a non smoking room) so I had to make due. The staff was very friendly and helped me arrange a meeting room on premisis. Breakfast waqs ok but they had a hard time keeping up with the coffee. I thought it was going to be a two room suite, but when we checked in and got to our room that wasn;t what we had. There was a couch in the bedroom and a microwave on the counter, but no separate roooms.

Great place. It even had a clean smell. I would go back there.

Perfect stay

Had strange guy lurking and following me around property. He was guest as well. Hotel was very accomodating about and helping me change rooms. Rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Pretty decent value. Would stay here again as well as recommend to friends.

The bed was the softest yet firmest ever. All outlets need multiple plugs, not extention cord - (6-1 outlets).

Upon check-in my Internet did not work and only after three phone calls to the Front Desk and four hours did they send someone to look at it. During the four hour wait I was told someone would call me. This did not happen so I was forced to call several times more. The shower's water temperature would begin warm not hot then go to cold so showering […] was quick and uncomfortable. I called the Front Desk and was told someone would look at it. I returned that evening still a warm to cold shower awaited me. I called again and was told that someone would look at it. Again, the same thing. Upon check-out I told the Front Desk clerk what happened with the shower and she simply said 'Sorry about that'. There wasn't the slightest bit of sympathy in her voice and she even seemed to look at me as if I was going to ask for something like a free night or a lesser bill. She wrote something on a piece of paper regarding the cold shower and said 'Thank you'. This hotel used to be one of my favorite but from sparsely stocked and reused breakfast items, to weak Internet connections, cold showers and poor Customer Service I will add $20/night to my usual hotel budget when I am in the area and stay somewhere else from now on. They have finally convinced me that they do not care about full Customer Service. Читати далі

Except bathroom was not really good. In the bathroom , the curtain was smelly. Also bathtub faucet was broken..refrigerator was not working. However, room was very clean. quiet..

Wow! What a great breakfast! Enjoyed our stay! Will stay there again when in the area.

The only problem I had was that I specifically asked for a smoking room, but I was sent to a non-smoking. Also, no help with bags, and the elevator was not close.

The hotel was great convenace for us as we attened the Sade concert, the hotel provided shuddle service to and from the concert which saved us money and time. The breakfast was also included and was very good. The staff was great too. Thanks Hotel.com

I was very disappointed in the Best Western Inn in Ontario. They advertised black-out drapes, but there were only curtains. I had a light outside my window and it shone it my room all night. There were no reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity that I would feel safe walking to. Great rooms, personnel and service from this hotel. Close to stores and food places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and well organized. The bed was fantastic. Felix

After looking at several hotels I decided to stay at this hotel because it had lots of comments about it being clean, quite and nice. Not my experience. The hotel staff was reasonably nice at check in but I honestly had little interaction with them. My room was on the third floor (no elevators that I saw) on the back outside of the hotel. The stairway […] was covered with leaves and dirt for the three days, two nights I was there. People were doing car repairs in the parking lot. There were tennis shoes hanging from the phone lines behind the hotel (a sign of drug dealers in the area). The surrounding area is not very nice, I would not recommend walking around the area by yourself at night. I will say the room itself was very nice looking, exactly what I expected it to look like from the photos. The bed was ok for a hotel and the pillows were giant and uncomfortable. The hotel still uses bedspreads. The refridge and AC were both turned off and the microwave and coffee maker were unplugged when I got in the room. The fridge got plenty cold overnight, but took a few hours to get there. The coffee maker uses a plastic disposable tray that warps and falls into the cup as it is brewing (brewed 4 cups in the room happened everytime). The noise level was very high. I could hear people below me (yes below I was on the top floor) who seemed to be just listening to TV. I could also feel the rooms shack when people walked by the room. The hotel is on top on the freeway and I listened to the freeway all night both nights. Overall this hotel feels like someone stopped caring what it looks like and is allowing a hotel that use to be nice to run down. There are plenty of much nicer hotels in this price range within 3 miles of it. I would recommend staying a one of the many that are located directly north of the mills mall (much better area and nicer looking from the outside). Not a five star hotel but, this hotel was well kept, the staff was very helpful upon checkin (working to put two room reservations near each other) and the included breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not simply a "continental" breakfast but actual eggs, waffles, etc. I'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

I booked this room for a quick overnight trip. It is a very nice property that could easily be used for a nice, relaxing weekend away from home or a family vacation. Great pool, hot tub, outside patio, and BBQ area in the courtyard. Pleasantly surprised!

We were quite surprised when we opened the door to our suite, at how beautiful the room was. Your company thought of eveything. Unfortunately we could only stay one night. The room itself was nice and it was nice to have shuttle service. However, the shuttle service was painfully slow. My Grandmother and I requested to be picked up from a restaurant 0.2 miles away and it took the driver 40 minutes literally. We could have walked back ourselves much quicker, however, this is not wise at night and when you are travelling […] with your Grandmother. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine. It's clean, convenient and includes parking, wifi and happy hour BUT the walls are VERY thin and I heard every bump, thump and footstep.

Room needed a little mantenence but was nice and clean. The free breakfast was best i've had.

First off they give me to wrong room that I requested.I called front desk to get corect room they were sold out so I couldnt change plus room smelled like cigarettes smoke in a non smoking room it was a long night sleeping with that odder.On the second night got back to room and door card key wont work so had to go see front desk clerk.Gave lady that […] was card keys so could reactivate them ask if i could get different room she said why did I keep room the day before I replied you were sold out.The desk clerk at this point is starting was being rude to me so I went my back to my smokey room.I will never go back I been stay at the hyatt this what I get for being cheap never again. Although it is very close to the freeway, the room is very quiet and well-appointed. The free breakfast is one of the best I have seen.

Good location and a decent place. However we came @ 3am to check in and the hotel staff was not expecting me and was not very helpful. We came back to our room in the evening and was locked out. went to the front desk and the girl working was not helpful and the card never worked. Thanks to a nice maintenance guy he had to get us in by a key. Then our […] room was never cleaned and the lame excuse from the girl at the front desk was " we don't clean rooms the day of check in". Once again the maintenance guy came to the rescue and demanded our room to upgrade and he made it happen. And wouldn't you know it , we got locked out again. When I called down to desk and specifically asked if the restaurant was open for dinner, they said yes. So we walked all the way and only the bar was open, we could order from there and eat there where they were playing pool or take it to our room. I was very upset as we were way in back. Front desk person was extremely accommodating ... particularly when I asked for another room. My original room was next to a room housing several not-so-good appearing young men. I got another room ... had my bags transferred while I was at dinner. Good job by all involved! However, my new room was on the freeway side and flanked by a bunch of partying […] young men who made sleeping up till 3:00 am, very difficult.
