I was competing in a triathlon in Kemah and, although I live in Houston, past experiences led me to book a hotel closer to the event the night before. Close to The Boardwalk, the room was clean, bed comfortable, decent breakfast included, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that was wrong was the ironing board in room was broke.

We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting the Johnson Space Center. The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were clean and did not smell of smoke or pets. The continental breakfast was excellent. The car ride to the Space Center was less than 5 minutes.. I would definetly stay there again and reccomend it to others!

We decided to go to Kemah for the day, so this location was perfect. It was about a mile away but it was well worth it for the price. The hotel was very clean and the lobby attendants were very pleasant and helpful. It was surprisingly quiet and cozy, compared to some hotels that are crowded and have lots of activity going on in the lobby. The pool […] area was very nice and clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and smelled great. They had all the amenities that really make a difference (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker). The free breakfast was amazing with lots of options and everything was fresh! The have a back access option that I don't see at every hotel - so you don't have to walk very far if you have to park in the back of the hotel. We will definitely stay here in the future!!! we really enjoyed it and will return back to stay with them. The breakfast is good you had a variety of eggs, bacon, sausage,biscuits and gravy, waffles,yogurt, pastries, bagels,Croissants, cereal coffee, three different type of juices or your choice of fruit and might be forgetting more either way very good and clean.

The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 all across the board was the bed was a little hard for me. But other than that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at for the price. Would recommend and will stay there again.

We were traveling with children and arrived late at night and the manager, Moses was so nice and helpful, He made sure we were comfortable... gave my husband the key to the room so the kids could go to bed while finalizing paper work with me, made sure I didn't need anything. else before turning in for the night. As it was a last minute booking done just hours before the 3 o'clock check in time, it really was a fabulous stay. Close to the Kemah Boardwalk and a number of things to see and do was a huge plus. Great and comfortable stay. The hotel is super clean, has a great breakfast, and has a staff that goes out of their way to please. The room was quiet, and the a/c and heater worked well. I drove down to Houston from New York and stayed all over the country in different places. This is one of the best experiences I had, from the friendly service to the great breakfast, to the lack of any major problems. Only two things prevent me from giving it 5s across the board: First, when I initially checked in, the room they sent me to was not […] cleaned. However, they quickly and easily replaced the room so it only cost me about 10 minutes of my life. Second, the parking lot had a lot of work being done, so it was difficult to navigate. Highly recommend the Quality Inn. We were upgraded to a suite, had our breakfast included as well as fruit and beverages in the room and all for a very affordable price. Our kids loved the chance to share a room without Mum and Dad, as well as the free wifi. Overall, great experience .

My only problem with the hotel was the smell of the room (at least it was the smell of some kind of cleaning solution). The breakfast was good. There was some kind of hot sauce they had to put on your eggs that was out of this world. We even asked about it. People were nice and overall it was a very good stay and would stay there again.

Every member of staff, especially management were extremely accomodating. The rooms had an upscale feel and breakfast was excellent. Cookies and popcorn served througout the day. We were very pleased.

We were upgraded to an adjoining room which was so awesome since we had 2 kids with us. The room would have been a little small for a family of four. The website pics make it appear more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was awesome too. Belgium waffle maker with every topping you could imagine. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, pastries, […] bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.My husband asked for fresh biscuits every morning which they quickly provided. We requested 7 more pillows with no problem. The pool is secluded enough with noodles to float/play too. Upon leaving, the front desk gave us 2 cold bottles of water and koolaid for the kids:) Only negative, the lock on our door was broken and even after they fixed it, it still wouldnt lock later that day.
