Very disappointed in conditiion of hotel. I would not stay there again or reccomend it to anyone.
"Dirty Dirty Dirty"
Appalling condition of the room. Our room did not even have a room number. Our sliding door lock was broken, stains on almost every surface of the room --- walls, ceilings, bathroom, floor. Do NOT recommend.

Good value for sure. Staff was very helpfull. I did have minor issue with entry cards being difficulty.

Well situated. Comfortable beds. Well-appointed room. Decent breakfast. Only complaint was we could hear the people above us a bit.

This hotel was very nice and clean and was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the pool area was good. This hotel is an excellent value

Our room had no phone - and when I addressed it, the only solution was changing rooms (after we already unpacked) The only access to the pool was by going outdoors, and it was freezing that night...so this wasn't pleasant. Come on Days Inn can you put a lock on the 2nd floor balcony's sliding door? Anyone in decent shape could climb up here and walk in at any time. To fall asleep I had to stack chairs and the little table from the room in front of it so it would make noise if someone did. Maybe paranoid but I ain't goin out like that. The Saturday morning trash pickup […] at 7:00 AM was pleasant as well, what with the truck's engine, back up beeper signal, and the slamming of dumpsters outside the room. This was in Ann Arbor but I had a really nice room in Orlando, too (Water damage to one wall that was molding and actually splitting vertically). "Ann Arbor Days Inn"
Hotel staff was very nice, and accomodating. The hotel was clean, and it was quite. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a joy to them because it was 32 degrees outside..only complaint was that the chlorine was really strong...I would stay here again.

"The Big Difference!"
An area college put us up at this hotel when my son was being recruited. The room was very nice. So I felt like I knew this hotel. However, the room we were assigned with this stay had a floor lamp with not plug, the key reader worked intermittently, and there had been damage to the screen overlooking a little deck. Our beds actually fell into there frames when we got in bed. my husband rolled off and hit his forehead on the wall. That left a goose egg on his forehead!

feces in the swimming pool and broken treadmill. The breakfast is worst than Mcdonalds.

"alright but not great"
The room was alright but outdated, old furniture old tv.the cleanliness of the area were breakfast was suppose to be served was dirty.when you walk in the smell of the hotel was terrible.overall i wouldn't stay there again.
I reserved a room for one day and I did it all on line. My reservation process was fast and easy. I went to check into the hotel and it was about 9:00pm when I arrived. In the lobby and the front desk there were no people. I waited at the front desk about 15 minutes thinking someone knew I was there because there were cameras and video screens around […] the front desk showing the parking lot , hotel corrridors, breaaskfast bar etc. There was also a camara pointing at me and I could see myself on the screen. After a few minutes a hotel guest came wanting more towels. We waited several minutes more and no one came. We were knocking on any door near the desk to seek help. We called the hotel on our cell phones and there was no answer. The guest had a guest from his room call and see if he could reach the front desk and also no one answered. After about 20 minutes I decided to leave and check into the hotel next door. Turns out it is owned by the same company. The front desk man left that hotel and climbed over the front desk and checked me in. Turn out only one employee for the hotel and he was helping some other guest. This place needs more staff!.Rooms clean but worn out looking. Needs: more staff, remodeling, and update of rooms and lobby. "Hilariously Terrible"
This hotel is quite possibly one of the worst I've ever been to in my life. To say that the room was' well worn' would be an understatement. Not that the room was dirty, but you could see the years of use and quite frankly some terrible craftsmanship. Save yourself and spend your money else where!

"Spa was way to loud to use it"
Spa was way to loud to use it without worrying about bothering people a few doors down, so relaxing with it on was out. Still though everything else very nice; staff excellent. They really do need to get a maintenance guy though.
A great dog friendly hotel. Everything was perfect to care for the dog

It was very nice and the staff was fine - polite, friendly and professional. I did leave a cell phone charger behind which, I was told today, has been found. I'm still waiting for a call back on how it will be returned to me. I'm prepared to reimburse you for any mailing costs.
"gross place"
I stayed here because other reviews called this place a good value, i didn't not find that to be the case at all. The furniture and carpet was fine but honestly it looked like they remodeled a condemned building, the place was practically falling apart. I took pictures of the gross moldy caulking in the bathroom and the water damaged ceiling and tile […] tub surround and sent them to friends to share in my horror. Also the refrigerator did not work and the heater had too options - on and blazing hot or off and freezing in the cold november michigan night. The bed also only had half size pillows? no full sized ones, not sure what that was about. I requested a non-smoking room and the whole hallway smelled badly of smoke. I didn't feel safe there. I could go on and on. This is the first hotel review I have ever written but my experience was that negative I just really felt the need. Spend a few extra dollars and stay some place else! The only problem I had with this hotel was that I had to go elsewhere to get change for a 20 dollar bill in order to use their vending machines... which btw the man at the desk was very rude and inconsiderate... This particular Days Inn is in need of a complete renovation. The carpets were stained in many places. The paint is falling off in several areas. The room was too small for a king bed. Hotel staff was very accommadating but the building itself is showing its age. Extensive renovations needed for peeling wallpaper and no ventilation fans have created a musty smell.

I booked with a friend thorugh Hotels.com. The condition of the hotel was very disappointing, run down, musty and took away from a great weekend in Michigan while we attended the Michigan Football game. We asked for a change of room upon arrival. Room 230 smelled of smoke, the balcony was litterd with Cigarette buts etc. The new room 242 was much cleaner […] by those standards, but the faucets were not properaly fastened to the sink and the toilet was abrely fastened to the floor. After a 6 hour drive from Toronto we assumed Days Inn would be a safe bet to book via Hotels.com non-refundable. if rooms were available at other hotels we would have eaten the cash and paid to move. "Poor condition and noisy"
Spent two nights at this hotel while attending an event a the local community college. The hotel was in horrible conditions and very poorly maintained. They obviously have a problem with college students reserving rooms for parties. The first night was very noisy... people talking loud and walking up and down the hallway into the early morning (5am […] - 6am). There were signs hanging on the side entrance doors and in the hallways that state parties are never permitted. That doesn't seem to be the case. The room condition was poor and not maintained... it also had an old musty smell. I would not advise anyone to stay at this location. It is not maintained and is way overpriced. "Room smell and bath room fun and electric switches"
the room smell a very heavy of molth, like have dump with water or either the wall are wet. It need to either humadified the room and spray some kind fresh spray. Bath room fun does not work, when either take a dump or shower fun does not vent the air out. The swithes are not either the correct one. If were a city inspector that hotel would have many […] violation codes and a big fine at the end ot the day. This just a note to have that hotel inspected, I have stay others hotel which might cost me $15.00 more, but well maintained and enjoy the stay, but with this hotel I felt I got ripp off, but did not have choice to change. "Convienient but NOT Comfortable"
The beds were small and hard....the hotel's outside appearance was very run down. It was an old Days Inn hotel attached to a new Comfort Inn hotel...the pool was in a seperate building... "DAYS INN NON-SMOKING Does Not Mean NON-SMOKING"
Overall, the DAYS INN is OK, and the staff is accomodating, but regardless of what DAYS INN says about NON-SMOKING, its guests try to cheat the system and smoke regardless. DAYS INN'S southern site section, which was previously the SMOKING section (rooms without NON-SMOKING placard on wall next to room door) in fact is cigarette-smoke overrun. Any […] non-smoker will quickly recognize the odor, and is likely to make a room-change request. I'm sure that when DAYS INN truly enforces a NON-SMOKING environment, it will command better reviews. "No Days Inn"
Days Inn vary but this one was low end - gum in the carpet, torn bedding, broken furniture outside. I was on a business trip and had to spend 2 hours looking for another hotel in the middle of our stay.
"Run-down old hotel"
This is an old hotel that is showing it's wear. The AC in our first room didn't work and we had to relocate. The lighting in the hallways was dim which made for a very dreary look. The continental breakfast did not have much to offer at all. It had fridge and microwaves in rooms, but overloaded outlets looked risky. The nicest part was the pool area.
