"Comfortable hotel close to 3 great resorts"
While it would be nice to be walking distance to Park City center, they have a shuttle to town and there are a couple of busses that stop at the hotel too. The upside is that the service is great and the resort is minutes away from the Park City resort and about 15 minutes from Deer Valley and Canyons. The temperature was comfortable, but we noticed that air circulation wasn't great, because the room smelled like the shower hours after we'd taken one. The Hotel was great to go up on the spur of the moment for an nice get away.
The hotel was very nice, the one thing not mentioned at the time of booking was the renovations and that the swimming pool was not working. I had 2 very disappointed kids who could not go swimming because the pool was under renovation.

The hotel was fine, but they need to do something different with the pool and hot tub. There was water puddled up on the deck and nowhere for it to drain, which was annoying. When we got out of the hot tub we smelled like wet dogs! (there were a lot of little kids in the hot tub). The pool itself was nice, just needs better maintenance.

This room was much nicer and we were more than satisfied with the noise level (or lack thereof) The only complaint I have is with directions we were given by the staff. We asked for directions on how to get to Main Street. The friendly front desk person told us to wait for the shuttle and we would go right there. The shuttle came right when she said, but it was not a direct ride and we were lost as to where to get off. Luckily, there were friendly people on the bus to help us out. Besides that the stay was good. We did not try the food and i can't say how good it is. Comfortable beds, room had plenty of light.
No air conditioning in rm--only hot air blowing out. Hotel people came but could not fix it. Room was stuffy and uncomfortable. Tub did not drain well. My wife and I stayed there one night and the room was very nice and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I did have a couple of grips one minor, one major. "Outstanding hotel in Park City"
If you don't want to spend an arm AND a leg for a very nice accomodation in Park City then this is the choice! My wife, who is rather finicky when it comes to hotels, said she would like to stay there again on our next visit to PC!!! The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful. I am not against children but my first room had one window facing the pool. I was woken up at 7am on a Saturday due to screeming children in the pool. "Decent hotel...one BIG problem"
We had a room that opened onto the pool area. Not a big problem since the pool closed at ten. There were kids playing in it just after 8 am, which was earlier than we wanted to get up, but oh well. The worst thing was that there were no black out blinds/curtains. We had sheer, white curtains that were SEE-THROUGH! My husband went to check outside and […] sure enough, if we had the light on, you could see in, no problem. And the pool had plenty of people in it. And our sliding glass door was literally less than 10 feet from the edge of the pool. They had those fake curtains that don't actually close. The room is a bit larger than most hotel rooms, and we had two queen beds rather than two doubles which is much more comfortable. "Happy Family!"
All the staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were all happy with the comfort of our beds and size of room. The first day I did have a cold shower, but never had a problem after that with anyone else. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was everything I expected at a great price!

Room was clean, staff was nice. Great indoor/outdoor pool for the kiddos. We had a problem with the a/c, and they got a tech to fix it within minutes. Great service, highly recommend.

"Marriot Hotel, Park City, UT"
Our stay was just fine. I have only one complaint: I think I was double charged for the "pay ahead breakfast" package. It was confusing at check out and came to a lot more than I expected...
"Great place to stay during Thanksgiving."
We were very pleased with this Hotel. Great location to a Movie Cinema. They had a Thanksgiving buffet. Everything but the dessert was great. The price was a little high for the buffet. But over all it was great. We had a room that opened to the pool I was worried about the noise but it was quiet by 9:30. Overall Great place to stay.

Phenomenal hotel, wonderful rooms, great beds! If you can, try and get a room on the first floor by the pool, as they have nice patios that open out to the pool/jacuzzi/steam room area. Definitely recommended!

"Great place to stay in Park City"
The price was great, the bed was AWESOME, and the location makes it quick to get everywhere. I loved staying at this hotel. I will stay again for sure. The desk people were great, too. Helpful and friendly.

This was in a great downtown location of Park City. I found the room to be very nice and comfortble. It is nothing over the top, but was a great stay. We would stay here again!

The room was a nice size and clean. We had a king size bed, and the bedding was very nice. The room also had a flat screen LG tv which was better than I was expecting (it was a decent size too). The staff were polite but it seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. Perhaps they were new. I would stay there again.

"Needs Improvement"
1) Online is said that there was internet access. But what we didn't know until we got to the hotel was that you have to pay $10 a day for it. 2) There were two phones in the room. One didn't work at all and the other one's buttons were jammed in. 3) Pool hours are posted 10-10 and we heard yelling, screaming kids at the pool until 11:00 and then the […] next morning by 7 am 4) The maid knocked on our door then came in at 8:00 saying "house keeping." 5) The Tv buttons were locked ON the Tv so we weren't able to hook up our DVD player and computer to watch our own movies. 6) The lobby store was closed the entire time, even though the sign said "be back at 6" 7) The Starbucks in the lobby was closed, except when we were leaving. 8) The hotel restaurant WAS exceptional, though and we highly recommend the dinner menu. We were offered a free breakfast, but declined at 9 am because we wanted to get the heck out of there and go home to rest. 9) No continental breaktfast, unless you pay for it. And $7.95 for sausage and eggs is TOO much. 10) I would not recommend this hotel, even though the bedding was comfortable. Читати далі
"Needs plumbing help"
The rooms were good and the hotel nice, but they need help with their plumbing! There was brown dirty sludge coming up from the tub! It was disgusting! They were nice and got a different room, but I am waiting to see if they give me a free nights stay.

We booked here as a stop gap as we could not get in the hotel we really wanted for two days. We always stay "ski-in/ski-out" and this was over a mile from the slopes so did not look good. But what a fantastic service the front desk provide. Your skis are loaded on & off the shuttle and kept over night. "I was expecting a little more.."
Overall this is not a bad place to stay at all. Id say its really a bit on the pricey side for what you get. The best part of the stay is the bed which is amazingly comfortable and if you're not planning to spend too much time at the hotel itself and just sleep there - that will suit you just fine. The fact that there was a bus stop right outside our window that ran till 3am also wasnt ideal to say the least. "Excellent Value!"
This hotel was the best hotel value we've ever had. They had a shuttle service that ran to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort. The free city bus stops right outside the hotel so you do not need to rent a car. They had hot apple cider every afternoon at 4p. The staff was extremely helpful in every way. We highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staff-couldn't have been nicer or more helpful Prices-food in the restaurant, room-service, etc... were not your typical "trapped rat" prices that are typical of hotels in ski locations. Beds and Towels-pretty cheap I wouldn't say don't stay at the PC Marriott but I wouldn't raive about it either. "Great Hotel!"
Clean, convenient and comfortable. Large rooms and internet connection available in rooms for a fee. Free wireless internet in lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the hot rum cider (could choose it without the rum)that greeted guests every evening in the lobby. Great after coming in from the cold.
