"Not a 4 star hotel"
We had a conference at Diplomats Hotel and the organization company recommended Denisa Hotel as a 4 star hotel same as Diplomats. I dont think it is far near 4, maybe 2. The place may look old on the outside, but I could see they have renovated the rooms. So the beds, closets, and bathroom were pretty new. The place was generally clean and roomy and warm even for cold winter. Nice breakfast. Staff was helpful. Very good wifi connection. Convenient location is close to metro and airport bus stop.

We really liked the hotel. It was quite basic but met all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and all spoke good English. A good price. We paid more than three times as much in Munich. The hotel is good for the underground and about 3-4 stations (about £1) from city centre and the castle. The area appeared safe and clean, and eating and drinking was great value compared to city centre (rip off - they don't include tax, etc. and food is about 30 per cent than on actual menu). Even though the hotel is not at the central of the city, it has the great access to the metro (five minutes walk to the nearest metro) and it only takes about three stops to get into the city center!! This hotel is just a few moments walk from the green line metro (devichka) which easily takes you to the National Museum, The Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, etc., within 3-5 stops. There are hotels closer to main attractions, but the public transit is so excellent that it wasn't much of a factor with the exception of the few nights I stayed out past 12:30p when public transit shuts down. "Hotel Denisa - Prague"
Although the staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly we were disappointed by the interior of the hotel including the reception area and bedroom. The décor was very dull and reminded us of a HOSTEL rather than a 4 star hotel as claimed!!!! The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we only ate there once and didn't bother again. The bedroom […] was extremely basic and had no feeling of a four star rating atall. Everything was just about basic.The only English speaking satellite channel was Euro Sport. One duvet cover looked grey as opposed to white.The carpet had seen better days and the room needed a good decorating overhaul!!! We would rate this hotel as only just 3 star. On a positive note, there are lots of local bars around there at night time which we ventured into (as there is no bar in the hotel either). The food and drink in these local bars were very nice and again all the staff were very friendly. The hotel is very near a metro station which was very handy for travelling around and easy to navigate once you get used to it. It is only three or four stops form all you'd want to see in Prague. Be careful not to get ripped off by taxi drivers if you decide to travel that way as they can charge the equivalent of £20 for a mile and a half journey. Although its far from city center, it has a good access with metro. In general, about the hotel every thing was Ok. Do not use the recommended city tour of the hotel! It sucks!

Overall a very nice experience. Free WiFi and i-net in main lobby was useful. The staff was very courteous. Metro and tram station was 200 yards and budget and expensive eating joints very close by. Slightly away from city center but excellent price for the service and good breakfast.

Thisi is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we were not dissapointed. It's just right for the price we paid for it and wouldn't expect neither more nor less. "Great Value"
This was great value. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and also quiet at night. It's close enough to Prague Castle to walk there in 10 minutes, and it's only 2 minutes walk to a major subway stop Dejvicka - where the airport bus arrives! If we're ever in Prague again, we'll stay at Denisa.

"Denisa-rigtig god til prisen"
God beliggenhed: tæt på metro, bus (også lufthavnsbus 119) og sporvogn. Pæn, rolig kvarter, men ikke kedelig. Hotelet ligner ikke 4****, måske 3*** men prisen er heller ikke høj, så det passer sammen. Gulvtæppet havde nogle gamle pletter og vi manglede lidt mere skabsplads, men ellers behagelig, hjemlig atmosfere. Gode senge. Det var koldt udenfor mens […] vi var i Prag, derfor var vi meget glæde for at der var dejligt varmt på værelse. Badekaret fyldt med varmt vand er også skøn efter lang, kold spadseretur. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Parkplätze sind rar, aber gegen Gebühr kann man direkt auf einem reservierten PP vor dem Eingang parken.
syntes ikke servicen var særlig høj og rummet hvor vi fik morgen mad var meget lille og der var slet ikke plads til alle på en gang. Der var meget lydt og udsigt til gård og ejendom.

アーリーチェックインにも快く応じてくれ、フロントの人がみんないい人だった。お部屋の雰囲気もよく清潔。交通の便も良くて、朝食のパンの種類も豊富でおいしかった。

有電梯，近機場，附近有地鐵和電車站，交通挺便利的，但是距離各景點較遠，沒有步行可以到的景點；早餐很好吃，櫃台人員懂英文，可免費寄放行李(我們放了一天，再回來住)。整體還不錯~

Почему-то в интернете указано что отель 4-х звездный. В самом отеле выясняется, что 3. А по факту - просто очень добротный 2-х звездный.

Det var nogle helt i orden værelser - tip top i orden. morgenmaden var som det skulle være - dog kunne lokalet hvor morgenmaden indtages måske godt gøres lidt mere hyggelig. Mindede lidt om cafeteria, nu når værelserne var i sådan en høj standard som de var. Lidt ærgelig at vandet om morgenen ikke kunne følge med - sådan forstået at dem på 6. etage […] ikke havde vand førend dem under var færdig, vi snakker 10 min. med sæbe i håret og på kroppen inden der var vand igen. "Hotel Denisa à Prague : tres bien placé"
Hôtel très bien placé, a 20min de l'aéroport en bus et a 5min du centre de Prague en métro. Environnement calme, avec restaurants. Petit déjeuner correct, seul bémol la salle est un peu petite donc il faut parfois attendre qu'une place se libère. Il n'y a pas la clim donc il doit faire chaud pendant la canicule :)
Hotel muito confortável com quarto grande e bem limpo, banheiro também bom. Café da manhã bom e variado. Wi-fi no quarto com sinal bom. Próximo a uma estação de metrô, a um ponto de onibus e a um ponto de tram. Atendimento bom e atencioso dos funcionários.

"Denisa Hotel i Praha - verdt pengene"
Hotellet holder mer enn nok når man kun trenger et sted å sove. Bra service. Litt langt unna sentrum, men går helt greit når man lærer seg t-banen ! Skal vi tilbake, skal vi hit :)

Номер просторный, есть холодильник, фен. Кровать удобная. спалось хорошо. Номер был уютным, но уже требующий обновления в ремонте. Больше всего не понравился скудный завтрак и обслуживание в столовой, не успевали убирать столы. На 4 звезды совсем не тянет.
