It has been a while since I stayed on the strip. Hotel was clean, crowded, and old. Rooms were clean but seemed small. 30 minutes waiting in line to check in reminded me of the airport. 30 minutes in line to get in the diner for breakfast. Guess im not a big city guy.

Booked room through Hotels.com and got the "Tower Suite" which was a fairly nice room but only on the 5th floor so had a great view of the gravel on the roof as well as lots of booms and flashes from the Siren show out front. Worst stay ever!!!! Get there to check in they had 4 people at the front to check people in was no line I sat there for 15 mins before they even acknowledge me and then when I decide to walk up there the guy says sorry sir but I'm not ready for people I was like nobody is in line and I have been setting here for 15 mins, then getting my car from the […] valet it pulls up with water coming out the rear passenger door the cooler that was in the back somehow fell over not sure exactly how that happened since it was a big cooler but the guy asked me if I want some towels so I can clean it up I was like are u kidding me you spilt this why don't you clean it up! Nice stay. Good buffet - not very much choises, but really fresh and good quality. NB! Wheelchair users - they have almost everywhere a thick carpet, so its quite difficult to move around.

Very nice hotel, in the center of the strip. Great service, delicious food (kahunaville). Beautiful pool with enough sun and shade to be enjoyable for every one

The hotel was fine, but when I booked with hotel.com it said that my fees were fully paid, yet when I arrived I was charged a resort fee.Which increased the cost of my 2 days stay by almost 30%. I had no choice but to pay even though I had documentation which said I was covered.

Check in was efficient; everything that was advertised as included in the package was presented to me at the time of check in. Great location to explore newest hotels/casinos and shopping.

Rooms were well appointed, the casino was fun to gamble in and the amenities inside the hotel were very good.

Treasure island was excellent! The price was very reasonable and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are excellent and modern. Would definitely stay again.

No Complaints just wish Hotels put coffee makers back in the rooms, The Spa was amazing and very very reasonably priced. Will come back again.

The hotel is quite nice, rooms are spacious and clean....but dont waste time and money on the buffet...it is dreadful. The best reason to stay here is the hotel's location near to the Venetian and Mirage and the shopping mall

The adjoining room occupants had their TV/music on very loud through 3:30 a.m. I called the front desk to send security twice starting at 12:30 a.m. They said that they only had 1 person on security and that was why it was taking so long to send someone up. Hotel was comfortable but didn't get much sleep because of the noisy neighbors.

My boyfriend and I were put in a handicap accessible room for the first night of our stay because all of the petite suites had been taken. We went down to the front desk to complain because I had paid for and booked a petite suite months in advance, and they generously upgraded us to an executive suite. Besides the wonderful hotel room and the great […] pool, the Treasure Island casino was hands-down our favorite place to gamble on the whole Strip. We booked a suite and when we checked in the staff put us in the handicap accessible suite. Once we realized the mistake they fixed it immediately. They were very courteous. You could see the age of the bathroom fixtures (residue build up, the jet tub name plate came off, the shower stem moved) but the cleanliness and comfort of the room was great. […] The room service menu is very basic and not too appealing. We went there for our five year anniversary. And our room keys did not work multiple times requiring us to go all the way back downstairs and stand in long lines we missed out reservations for our anniversary dinner because of the long delay fixing the keys and the staff was completely indifferent not caring at all. Our group included 2 couples for a 2 night stay. We got 2 standard rooms and were able to get the connected ones. One room held a king bed while the other held a queen. We had a special called the Hangover package which included discounts for our room rates as well as multiple coupons for surrounding areas. We only ended up utilizing the goto drink […] coupon at Galleys which is the best bbq place and is located within TI. Our overall expierence was great. The only negative would have to be our maid service because nothing was cleaned up after the first night. It looked like the linens and towels were the only items changed. The TI is not in a bad location but being pretty much at the end of the main strip there is a lot of walking involved if you want to see all the other larger hotel/casinos. There is not much else to say about the hotel, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the petite suite and it was worth the few extra bucks. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was divided in to two rooms, one side was a closet, whirl pool tub and a toilet. The other side was a closet, roomy shower and another toilet. Great location......was guaranteed a non-smoking room. When checking in was told 'since you booked at the last minute we can't guarantee a non-smoking room.' Was waiting for the words 'because the room was cheap we are giving you a cheap room.' Will not stay again.....

I Love this hotel, other then always being clean it brings back memories. this is the hotel my family stayed at when we went to Vegas for the very first time!

the room was clean and location was excellent. The various restaurant choices was very good and the food was good. The ONLY negative was the loss of a mobile phone and the Security Dept. (aka LOST AND FOUND) was less then helpful.

Check in took over an hour. The desk help we worked with was unfriendly and I would pay more money at another hotel to have all of that hassle go away!

Nice hotel, good location. If you don't use the pool and you don't work out, I don't know what you are getting for the $28 resort fee. They should at least throw in a free breakfast.

-Pools okay (will Like to see bigger pool). Small TV size compare to the hotel. Not the best buffet. No Microwave no Iron, no coffee maker. --------------Comfortable Room. nice, soft, clean bed. Clean Bathroom. had great show w/ 30% discount with hotel Room Key.

Stayed at TI for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything was great expect room service. Wanted to surprise my fiancé with breakfast in bed for her B-Day. Ordered French Toast, Pancakes, OJ and Coffee. When I looked at the bill and it said $47, I got a lump in my throat. For one we probably could have went yo the cafe downstairs and received a lot more food […] for $47! That's not even the best part when room service brought out food up to our room, they forgot the OJ and had to go and bring up our order.
