When it comes to hotels, you really do get what you pay for. This was my second stay with La Quinta hotels and I was not impressed by the first stay nor was I impressed by this stay. While staying, a coworker mentioned his bed sheets had a splotch of blood on them while I overheard another guest saying someone put a cigerette in his toilet. I personally […] had no issues with my room. The elevator constantly smelled of cigerette smoke. The breakfast is basic. Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles and toast. I'm not sure the orange or apple juice can really be called fruit juice as they appear to be completely artificial. If you are looking for a very basic set up and do not care the cost, go with La Quinta. I personally will go for Hilton next time around. Читати далі

Only complaint would be that the breakfast is lacking. But its a great value and the staff are always very friendly.

We asked for a non smoking room and the first thing you could smell when you walked in was cigarette smoke. They said the whole floor was non smoking. The air conditioner/heater was falling off the wall and was noisier than it should have been. We had to have it on because the noise from the highway kept us up.

Quick check in, very clean, comfortable room. Price was excellent for the quality of the room. I only have one small complaint. For some reason, the window in my room did not seal completely and allowed a moderate amount of traffic noise in. Not a big deal.

I walked into room after checking in and the window was open, closed it and tried to lock it but it would not lock. I called front desk and they sent the manager. He tried to lock it but said it won't lock this is as good as it gets as far as locking. He said, " no body can get in except a ninja" meaning, I was on the 4th floor and he doubted anyone […] could get in. The room stunk, there was something spilled on the carpet that smelled like self tanning lotion. the towel bar was broken. I put the broken towel bar in the window track to prevent "Ninjas" from getting in. The next morning at I left at 5 am and I walked down to front desk and no one was there. I walked to front door and could not get out because it was locked. I went back to front desk and said hello loudly 5 times before the young female clerk said," I'll be right there". She walked around the corner looking like she had just woke up. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. What if there had been a fire???? I was in town for three days, and the hotel did what I needed it to do. The breakfast was a minus, but for the price I dealt with it. Would stay here again.

very nice, clean and affordable....we enjoyed our stay and plan on a return in the future....

Stopped in for one night. Rooms were a nice size and cooled down nicely with the a/c. Pool was a little cool but felt good on the hot day. Was well located and very quiet for being close to the highway. Will be glad to stay again if we are in the area.

Stayed there 8/26-8/27/11 Very clean and updated room. A new 36" LCD Flat Screen TV had just been installed in my room. The continental breakfast included a waffle iron and batter to make your own.

We've never stayed at La Quinta before and were not impressed! When we went for the complementary breakfast, they were out of salt! Had to wait for coffee to be remade both days, and the garbage can was over-flowing by the time we got there. I thought we had requested non-smoking but our room stunk of old smoke. We had a room on the first floor but […] the ice machines were located on the second and third floors! We did talk to a couple of other guests and they both told us that this was not normal for La Quinta hotels, mostly they are alot better than this! cleSN GOOD CHEAP

room was really clean, except for bathroom next to toilet which looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks. Made you think rest of room was "surface" clean. Overall great price for a 8 hour stay.....and room was comfortable enough. Why pay double or triple at other hotels is the way I look at it. I would stay there again.

Good price, but not very clean and the service was very poor. My husband waited in a line for 10 minutes at the front counter (There was no one at the front desk) to get towels!! We tried to call down to the front desk several times and each time nobody answered. We were not very impressed.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. When we first went to our room we noticed the mattress on one of the beds was sagging in the middle quite noticeably. We called down to the front desk and they moved us to another room without a fuss. The staff was friendly and accomodating to our very chatty children:-) The pool and room were very clean. Hotel is ok..if you are just in and out. There were coffee stains in the sink. And the Shampoo had already been used which told us the room had not been adequately cleaned. We have been traveling and staying in a different hotel every evening for the last 5 days. I would not choose this Hotel again. I Will stay again!

Very nice hotel --a surprise. We needed a pet friendly place and this was an excellent selection.

The overall experience was good..the pool needs a bit of renuvation..the cement from the bathroom walls were coming out..the breakfast was good

Very friendly staff, rooms clean, beds comfortable my husband is 6'8 and he slept well. Pool and hot tub great, hotel kid friendly and we will use this hotel again.

This was our 1st time staying at a La Quinta Inn, but it won't be our last! It had everything we were looking for, indoor pool, close to restaurants, and free breakfast! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but I read the reviews and knew that. Overall, very nice and family-friendly.

Hotel seemed somewhat smaller/older but was very well maintained. Exceptional cleanliness throughout. Nice indoor pool/spa area. Adequate free breakfast. Pleasant stay at a nice price.

Our room was decent enough, the hotel was in a convenient location, however the pool/whirlpool area was terrible. The humidity was so bad it was dripping from the ceiling, the pool was cold and the paint around the edge of the whirlpool was all chipping off and there was black mold on the bare cement. The stay was in a convenient area near restaraunts and shopping and it was right off of the expressway so it was very accessible.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. They even opened the breakfast early so the soccer players and their families could eat before their 8am game. Also, we were able to bring our dog, which is huge for us....we rarely travel without him. Only complaints I could possibly raise were no mini fridge or microwave and the pool was not heated. Room was what we expected - fine for the money. We didn't want to pay a lot because we were only in town for one night for grandson's soccer tournaments. The room we reserved (King) was not available. We were given a double and to "ease the pain" we were told it was more expensive. This hotel is a basic place, near the King's Island amusement park. It was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. It's not an elegant place, of course, but it's reasonably priced and does the job.

La Quinta Northeast was great until about 10pm when a bar next door to the hotel parking lot had a band playing. It was so loud, you could hear the band outside the bar and all the way through the walls of the hotel. The band continued playing into the early morning and was distracting until we turned the air conditioner on to drown it out. When I called […] to the front desk to ask how long we could expect the noise, they were apologetic but did not offer to move us to another room. The hotel was very busy, so it may have been full. our stay was as expected...very nice. smooth, fast check-in, staff was most helpful and friendly, hotel was nice and very clean. also our hotel location was very handy to get in and out of and also convenient to the attractions we were there to visit. we will most definitely recomend this hotel chain to our friends.

This place is close to Kings Island, but not too close to get all jammed up, or ripped off. There are classy bars, restaurants (not just fast food), gas stations, and even a Walmart for all your needs. WE got in and the first thing we noticed was the pleasant person up front. The pool was great. Room was clean. Beds were nice. Didn't make the breakfast. […] I ended up getting the room for another night, and when I went down the next morning, the guy from the previous night had everything done. This hotel is a great value for the money and is located conveniently, near various restaurants and stores and only a few minutes from Kings Island. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. Would recommend.

The hotel was very close to Kings Island, and allowed us to come back during the day to take showers after a hot afternoon to return reenergized for more fun. Breakfast wasn't anything great but provided us with just enough to get our day started.

The hotel, room, lobby, breakfast was wonderful. Pool a little small but nice. Had rowdiness going on until 2:30am without improvement after talking with front desk 3 times.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast -- In doing my online research before booking a 4-day stay at a motel outside of Cincinnati through Hotels.com, my primary concern was cleanliness. There are some nasty motels closer in, from other peoples' posted reviews. We were VERY WELL PLEASED with this La Quinta Inn. The lobby and hallways are very clean […] and new, and they SMELL clean. Our room was excellent - and the king bed very comfortable. We had booked a non-smoking room, which was not available our first night there. Lana, the desk clerk, offered to have us transferred to a non-smoking room next day, but we were settled and comfortable so we stayed in that smoking room the whole trip (surprisingly there was no smoke smell). I enjoy the free make-it-yourself waffles in the morning eating area, along with the fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc. that they provided. They also have an enclosed swimming pool with a slide-back roof at the end of the main hallway. Plenty of parking, and a Lone Star Steakhouse (and other restaurants) just across their parking lot. This motel is very handy to I-71, and my Navigon GPS had it built in as a point of interest (POI) so it was very easy to locate. I do recommend this La Quinta Inn, and I'm picky and hard to please. We really enjoy the pool after a day at King's Island. The breakfast bar is good also.

Hotel was satisfactory in all respects. Location was close to Kings Island Park, Interstate was very accessible, and there were plenty of places to eat in the area.

I was glad we chose this hotel. There was a nice shopping area with some great shops and restaurants. (We ate at Abuelos Mexican restaurant.) It was a bit loud with the interstate, but I still slept great.

I have traveled to this area annually with my son since he was 3. He is now 18 and we still enjoy getting away to King's Island and the time at the hotel in the pool area. We have stayed with the hotel through several name/management changes and they have never disappointed us. LaQuinta is holding up our tradition! The only disappointment is that Fudruckers […] is no longer there. We enjoyed eating there near the hotel. Читати далі
