The check in process was probably the smoothest I've ever experienced. I did get a bit turned around heading to my room, but I had a map, so it worked out. While the Yarrow is aging, it's still a good value in a wonderful location. The staff was responsive to all of our requests, the room was clean and well kept, and it is conviently located for any Park City activity.

On check in I was given a room with someone else already in there. The replacement room had two Queen beds rather than one King bed that had been requested. Between 4am and 6am a drunk kept trying to get into my room (and others) as he couldn't find his own room - to be fair it is quite confusing. There is a 24 hour supermarket within 100 metres which […] sells alcohol and food 24 hours a day, which was great for me when I got into Park City after 7pm, and depending on what you're looking for this could be a major selling point. We had a great time at the Yarrow Hotel. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. There was a party in the next room, but if they kept their door shut, we couldn't hear them at all. We found out later that they were a bunch of soldiers just home from the Middle East and were on leave for the weekend. If we had known, we would have thanked […] them for their service. Having been checked in, I got to the room to find someone else already in it. I got re-assigned another room which had two Queen beds rather than the King bed I ordered. Between 4am and 6am someone repeatedly tried to get into my room (by the sounds of it they had forgotten their room number and liked the look of mine). The staff in the evening were […] nice, the ladies in the morning, in my view, looked on clients as an inconvenience. Nice hotel w/ seasonal outdoor pool. Walking distance to grocery as well as other stores and affordable nice restaurants. Shuttle to everywhere is across the street so a car is not necessary.

I would give this a top rating but my one down side had nothing to do with our recent experience. They do not accept pets. Thus that limits my use to only trips without the pets. It is in a good location, close to nearby stores and not a bad walk from old downtown. The pictures on the site are much better than it really is. Smallest toilet we've ever seen. Room didn't have adequate lighting. Remote for TV. Didn't work. One room key didn't work. Courtyard was ugly.

We were there for a wedding and we totally lucked out with the location. We were the only party to stay at a hotel, everyone else rented a condo. Our condo inquiries went unanswered, so after the family wanted to know where we were staying...I found Yarrow and the rates we received beat all the other condo offers and we didn't have to wash the sheets. […] The hotel is located close to everything and the main street is a short drive away and is certainly within walking distance had we not had a little one with us. Our little one got sick and the staff did not bat an eye and readily cleaned the carpet, the curtain, and changed all bedding including the bed skirt. Well done! Читати далі

The pictures for this hotel must have been taken right when the hotel was built because it is nowhere near as nice as it looks online. I felt dirty the whole time I was there and the pool was not well-kept at all. The only plus was the location but I won't be staying there again.

Stayed at the Yarrow during President's Day weekend, which is apparently the peak season for skiing in Park City. The entire area was far more expensive than I wanted, making the Yarrow good value in comparison. Had to switch rooms first night because the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Front desk was good about finding a replacement room. Second […] room had a slightly loose fitting on the faucet, but we could live with that. Pool was advertised to be closed for winter maintenance, but it was actually open. Hot tub was great. Fitness area is small and basic. You have to go outside to access all of the above, so you might consider changing in the bathrooms in the Fitness center, rather than running barefoot on frozen concrete stairs like we did. Ouch. No problems with staff, but the room was budget. The bad - Not enough room for bags except on floor. No comfy furniture to sit in. TV buzzed. Uncomfortable beds, bathroom was in need of serious work, grungy tile floor, etc. Jacuzzi didn't work but was hot. "Heated Pool" was almost cold. The whole place (except maybe the lobby) was in need of renovation. […] The price was right but we've stayed in nicer places for the same or less. Restaurant had limited choices, go somewhere else to eat. The good - location, price. I'm usually not one to complain so next time we'll try a different hotel. Читати далі

Clean, comfortable. We've stayed in other places (as in, the condos for rent) for almost exactly the same price. This isn't a condo where you use drop boxes for keys and have no service. This is a full service hotel with all the amenities. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Great location but interior a little worn -- any place else this hotel should charge alot less.

It was great for the price. The location was nice. It is right next to a movie theater and grocery store.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Having only looked at it on-line prior to arriving, I was happy to see that it lived up to my expectations. Actually it was above my expectations. Casey checked us in and was very helpful. He answered all of our questions, gave us directions, and even looked up some stuff for us. His friendly, outgoing personallity […] started our stay out on the right foot. That night, we went to the restraunt for a late dinner. My friend and I really wanted to have breakfast items. The lady that was waiting on us, asked the chef if he would allow us to have some breakfast items. He agreed and it was wonderful!! The best omlet and crepes a person could ever ask for. The chef even brought them out to us personally. The following day, I had surgery and it took longer than expected. My friend went back to the hotel for another night. This was not a planned stay, so she didn't have a reservation. Casey again went above and beyond. He arranged for her to have the same pricing as the prior night, and upgraded her room to a king bed. The hotel is very clean, friendly, and in a great location. There is shopping near by, great places to eat, a movie theature, and even a grovery store. The ski hills are also right there. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and therefore had limited choices for a reasonable amount of money. It was fine for what I paid, but there was certainly nothing exciting about it. My biggest complaint is that we booked a king bed, and right when we were almost finished with the check-in process the clerk bluntly informed us that even though […] we booked a king they only had queens left. I'm pregnant, and it made for a rather uncomfortable weekend as my husband and I, who are spoiled by a king bed at home, kicked and punched each other every night. Other than that, the room was clean, the accommodations were fine, and if you go to Park City on a budget it certainly is an acceptable place to stay. Читати далі

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Yarrow. We wanted to escape for a quick weekend and liked what we received. The hotel itself is dated but we didn't spend much time there we took either the 20-30 min walk downtown or hopped on the free bus to be on main st pc within the same amount of time. The overall stay was great , very nice lobby and staff were very friendly and accomidating however our ac never turned off so we were called at night or hot , the furnishings dated , and almost kind of damaged handsome down , the hotels class of people that resided with our stay was also disappointing.

My acknowledgement of Ivan Aguilar. Far beyond what was expected. Have never been treated as well, or as respected at hotels in this price range...it was a wonderful weekend, and we will be returning to the Yarrow at our earliest opportunity...

We were there for the Park City tournament and it was less than 5mins from the playing fields. So nice! It was close to stores and restaurants since it was central. We loved the customer service. The room was nice and comfy. Outside is a bit outdated and not much parking available. The hotel is next to a grocery store so we parked in their parking, […] the slots that were closes to the hotel. Considering the higher costs of surrounding hotels, it was amazing to have amenities equal to and/or surpassing other places we have stayed in the area...

Everyone I spoke to was nice and very helpful. Good location for all Park City attractions.

I chose this hotel for a recent stay particularly for the good reviews. I must say that I was sorely disappointed. It WAS in a good location, that is the plus. Unfortunately it was VERY old and as much as they cleaned, when somewhere is that old and run down, there is only so much you can do. My feet were black from walking to and from the bathroom […] to the bed in my room. My guest and I took turns killing the spiders and bugs that seemed to always appear....very scary. Everyone said that for the price, this was the best option. Next time I am going to spend a little bit more for some quality cleanliness. Читати далі

The room was small, but pleasant. There was a big wet spot on the floor we kept stepping in by the A/C, and our room was close to the ice machine, and people were getting ice between 1:00am and 3:00am, and were very loud. That made it very frustrating and hard to sleep. I couldn't understand the gentleman at the front desk very well with his thick accent, […] and he smelled like cigarette smoke. the rooms are beat up, and the bathroom is very small. no business center - just had to sit in lobby, and the one computer/printer didn't work 2 of the 3 days i was there.
