Great stay for a great price. We were a bit shocked to find some less than appealing things lurking under the bed but otherwise, it was a nice room. Showers were super hot with great water pressure. Building is old, staff not overly customer friendly. Room that I stayed in had a very dirty carpet that smelled and should have been replaced long ago. Furniture is very old and in poor condition (ex: stains on night stand). I placed my suitcases on the carpet during my stay and the odor permeated throughout my clothes and belongings. The maid only […] enters the room to clean once every 7 days (per the front desk). Very small microwave oven - so small that a standard size frozen dinner was too large to allow the oven turntable to rotate. After 2 days I had had enough and checked out. If the situation arose for me to be in that vicinity of town again I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel. Читати далі

Had a great stay, the room was great and they even have kitchens so you don't have to go out all the time.

Bed was hard, not all rooms have latest TV Ect. good for short stay, 6 miles from city

Paid an extra $25 because I thought this hotel was a step up(WRONG!)

Dishes and silverware looked like it came from a garage sale. Dirty stained notheing matched. Everything was cheap. Old style TV with min. channles.

I read the review about this location being hard to get to, but with a dog and a long trip it was perfect for the timing of our stop. I figured that I had a GPS and I woul not have a problem. The Extended Stay in Carnegie, PA was more than adequate. It was near public transportation though it sat on top of a hill and a distance from the nearest town. I wasn't quite used to the concept and had to adapt. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. T.V. remote didn't work. The place is in isolated, mostly residential area w/no restaurants or anythiong near by. The rooms seem to be ocupied by (and I know understand) temporary residents and not travellers. I say I understand, that is their business. While thy try to keep the corridors clean, one can not escape the smell of the cleaning quemicals and cigaret smoking. OK […] if you need a place in the area for an extended stay and you don't mind that but, for the one or two nights I would not recommend it. Stayed here two nights. It was comfortable. Not especially quiet but then, extended places usually aren't. I think there's weekly maid service but there was none while I was there. Not really necessary unless you are a messy person. I'm not. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The access isn't the best. The Hotel stay was very plesant, the room was clean and the electrical equipment were working and clean. There are three areas of concern as it relates to the location of the phone and additional electrical outlet and lack . The phone is located next to the bed and no other phone or phone jack is available in the room. At the desk for eating or working […] if there is a need to access the internet if the wireless is not picking up a strong signal, it becomes ackward to drag the lap top to the area of the bed to work. If an additional phone outlet could be placed by the desk this could alleviate the current problem. Secondly, when needing to utilize the Ironing board and iron, there is no available outlet behind the 40" television (would not advise using that outlet with the TV in sight) and there is no outlet by the bed closest to the window. The only option is to utilize an available electrical socket by the desk which is used to work and eat further complicating the flow of traffic within the room. This becomes another ackward place to work, since it blocks the free movement of people from the bathroom to the bedroom area and overlaps the area where people are working and eating. If an additional socket can be placed beside the bed closest to the window, that would solve the congestion issue and allow free movement of two or more people in the room at a time. The address of the hotel was easily identified on the map quest and GPS device, however the road leading to the hotel was unexpectedly rugged and rough. Nearly twice after returning to the hotel I missed the turn off since there was no sign indicating this was the turn. I had to raise my head/eyes and look up to ensure the turn off was correct. If that road could be re-surfaced and a sign for the location and the names of businesses clearly marked could be created and installed, it would make the visibility of driving to the business park area more inviting. We came to Pittsburgh for a Pirates game so we just stayed one night. The hotel was really hard to find and it probably would have been impossible without a GPS. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Great value for price. Choose if location is not important and you are driving

can't beat this room for the price. VERY ROOMY. like a small apartment. did have a strange odor but couldn't put my finger on it. after about 5 mins. you didn't notice it. also very plain. all in all we were pleased. would stay here again.

This hotel was a great value for the money I spent. Not a lot of items were in the room, such as soap, shampoo etc, but i made a list and took it to the front desk and they accommodated me. The staff were extremely friendly. Easy access off/on of the main highway into downtown. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and it would've been nice if we were staying for more than one night. The hotel was in good shape and in a good neighborhood the only complaint was that the Air Conditioning froze over in the middle of the night. For the one night we stayed there it was extremely uncomfortable. Oh and the girl at the desk was rude.

Not a fancy place, but had a Kitchenette and would be great for a long visit to the area.

The only complaint I have is we had a smoking room and no ash tray..
